He listened to our needs, took us to the perfect mattress and within minutes we had all the information we needed, we made our choice, bought our mattress set and were out the door with our delivery date. Darnell was very professional and courteous. He ask us questions to make sure we got a mattress that will make our needs. He listen us and show us different mattress then ask us to try them.After we try them he ask which felt the best. We found one that made both mine and my wife’s need thanks to Darnell. Darnell was fantastic! He was polite, courteous, and respected my space (as I told him if was just looking). When I had questions, after I was done looking, he answered them but wasn’t embarrassed to look things up if he didn’t know the answer off hand. He was honest and very helpful. After 12 years in the same bed, I finally made the decision get a new bed. I live 1.5 miles from Mattress Firm in Red Mill Common and made visit. Graham guided me through the various brand mattresses and explained their features. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made my buying experience a pleasant one. Had a great experience with Darnell at the Red Mill location. We went on on Saturday, he was very helpful and explained all of our options. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and adjustable base and it was delivered today. Delivery was super easy, the delivery guys were polite and quick. They hauled out the old mattress and set up the new. We tested to make sure everything worked and they were on their way. I’m very happy with our purchase and with the customer service.
