Got a twin and queen foam mattress for some long term guests we’ll be hosting. We had checked out some deals online that were really good deals. We went in and saw Janna on a Sunday morning just after they opened. She made the whole process super easy and the mattresses were delivered the next day. Customer service can earn or turn away future business, and if we need any help with a mattress in the near future we will be back. Janna was that fantastic.

Always a great experience here. I’ve bought my mattress a few months ago and just came back to find a cheaper but comfortable/warranty mattress for my daughter. The sales guy listened to what our needs were, didn’t over sell us and found us the perfect one within the budget. And it came with a 10 year warranty like my more expensive one. I am happy to know this will be the mattress my 5 year old will have for the next 10 years and it didn’t break the bank. If you’re shopping around definitely stop in here as it’s worth the time. I was looking for only a box spring. The service I received at this store was beyond exceptional. I went in looking for what has to be the lowest priced item that the mattress store has. I explained from the beginning and I got service that absolutely knocked my socks off. I recently just moved into the area all the way from VA and am a Veteran. My wife and I had purchased a mattress elsewhere for our guest room and alas discovered we would need a box spring. I went searching on a mission. This particular mattress firm understood the assignment. The customer service was like that from an old time store and both store representatives were very on top of helping me make a selection. They also both were then very assuring and informative regarding directions to the warehouse to pick up the selection. I will send anyone and everyone I know to this location. Bravo!!!!

I was happy with the product because I had prior knowledge of the purple bed. If I had known before sale was.complete I would have canceled the whole thing had I known it was an additional $138 to have the foundation removed. In addition there is no way to attach a headboard. It's been over two weeks and I have not received the promised pillow or a return call with information. I am happy with the bed but will be even happier with a headboard and pillow

Joseph got us a good deal on two box springs for my California King bed, and had them delivered right away to our home. The two delivery folks were very nice and did a great job. After they left, we discovered that the box springs that were delivered were for a regular king size bed and were therefore 3" too wide. Joseph got on the phone to the nearest warehouse and found a set that would fit our bed. We were able to go get the new ones and we were compensated for our time and gas, as well. We didn't get what we wanted initially, but Joseph made it right as quickly as he could. Couldn't ask for more.

My husband and I called ahead to ask questions about a sale and Preston was very nice to speak with. He showed confidence that he would help us find our new bed. We came in to Preston’s location the following day, he greeted us with a smile and had us try the Winward Luxury Firm Legend with the Mattress Firm 900 adjustable Base and also the Luxury Cooling Pillows. After laying on that set up we tried 4 more beds and brought the pillows with us to each bed. We ultimately decided on the whole first set up but in a split king and can’t wait to have it delivered. Everyone was very nice. Great service. I didn't feel like a bother explaining what I wanted and needed. My biggest issue was with pick up at warehouse... they couldn't hardly say 2 words to me, let alone smile. I understand not helping fasten down load for insurance reasons, but being disabled it was difficult for me, especially in the rain. They could have given the slightest bit of customer service there... at least communicate to me when you walk away with my paperwork and say nothing.

My husband and I have been in need of a new bed for a long time. We went into Mattress Firm and Joseph Scerbo helped us. He made it very easy and helped us make a good choice. The next day however we were informed that the mattress we had chosen had been discontinued. Joe called me right away and invited my husband and I to come back into the store to choose another mattress. Now I was expecting him to give us another mattress for the same or lesser value but I couldn't have been more wrong. We ended up leaving with a better mattress that was $200 more than the one we had chosen. Ironically we had originally wanted this one but couldn't afford it. We did not pay another dime towards it. I just moved here from upstate ny, leaving my old bed behind. Bed shopping is a huge commitment, but finally decided I had to do it before moving into the unfurnished house in 2 days. (I'm a procrastinator). The salesman, Joseph, greeted me and asked what I was looking for in a mattress. All I knew was I wanted firm and thought I didn't want an adjustable base. Well, I now have an adjustable base... with massage. You know what they say, the two material things you shouldn't go cheap on are your bed and your shoes. We were in search of a new mattress to replace an IKEA one that we’ve had for 8 years. When we arrived we were the only customers. Amber was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. There are lots of measures in place to maintain health and safety due to COVID-19, and we were still able to try out the mattresses until we found the one that worked for us. She explained each mattress to us based on our budget and our needs. She was never pushy and only exuded kindness. We qualified for free gifts which she helped us pick out (pillows, mattress protector, and sheets) and was very thorough, reviewing our order carefully. Amber also guided us through using Lugg for pickup and delivery so we wouldn’t have to pay sales tax! Wonderful location with wonderful staff! They’re also open until 8 pm!

Let me start out by saying that I am profoundly suspicious of most sales experiences. I particularly don’t like salesman who are on commissions of any kind. That being said, I’m going to go ahead and leave this review for Jeff at Mattress Firm. He was personable, enthusiastic, informative, and stayed out of our way as much as possible. When I proceeded to do online research regarding accessories in front of him, he didn’t bat an eye, but gracefully agreed to match prices. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision, did not attempt to upsell us on the brand and type of mattress we were looking for and saved us over $1000. Absolutely the most important thing though was that he was approachable and allowed my wife to feel comfortable and satisfied with the procedure. When she is happy… I am happy. Broken down over the years I expect to sleep in this thing, the cost was reasonable and the service was entertaining.

My boyfriend and I bought a mattress and frame from Patrick on Black Friday. We thought we had also purchased 2 pillows as well, but when only one showed up in the mail we were confused. We decided to wait 4 days to make sure it wasn't just a delay in shipping before we called the store. When Patrick told us there was only one on the invoice, we decided to just go with the one since we didn't want to add more to what we financed. Tidewater is 100% the worst company I have ever dealt with! Their systems are extremly outdated. They didnt communicate with me after the purchase was made. I didn't have any idea how to connect with them.. They harrass you about payments. Oh and the big deal- even though everything is so "secure" with verification about social security number, phone number..etc a Bethany in Springfield. OR purchased a bed and instead of creating her own account Tidewater placed that finance on my account then basically told me I was crazy. Made me look into it. Mattress firm got invold, ensured me they would take care of it. So thank you mattress firm. But then even though that charge was suppose to come off my account they sent me another statement with the wrong balance again... They promised things but then never followed through. They are just a joke of a company. I'd like to sue (which isn't typically my style) but they are so incredibly irresponsible, I want to help prevent another person being mistreated like I was! Unfortunately, I don't know a lawyer. The harrassment alone just isn't worth it. The angry emails, the incompetent employees who don't know how to fix issues. If you Google Tidewater, it all says the same thing I do. I feel bad for Mattress Firm because they provide excellent service, but they need to ditch Tidewater.
