I stopped by to check out the new purple mattress store to see what the hype was about and Marchelle greeted me at the door and gave me a no pressure run down of what the hype was and how the Purple grid is different. She gave me the tour and i could hear the passion and truth in what she was describing. She was right, it is the best sleep i have ever gotten. I highly recommend the mattress and the costumer service. Go see Marchelle and see how a good night's sleep can change your life.

I went in to the Tampa purple showroom and Melissa talked to me about how purple works and really took the time to let me test out the beds. I had so many questions and she answered them and even helped me pick out my most comfortable bed. The showroom looked so cool with live plants clean everything nothing dirty. I was impressed with Melissa on her ability to make buying a bed set in a mall setting. Totally worth the investment. We will be back to shop with her again.

I’ve avoided going into a Purple store because I knew as soon as I tried one of those mattresses, it was going to be a must have… and I was totally right. My partner and I came here the other day and had a fantastic experience with Leo. I desperately needed a pillow that wouldn’t make my severe neck and shoulder pain worse, and I was tired of buying and trying pillows from Amazon with no success. Leo explained and let me try all the different pillows to see what would work for me, which was a relief since there are quite a few different options. My partner and I each ended up ordering a pillow and will definitely be back soon for a mattress!

Bought a new Purple mattress from the International Mall store in Tampa.We were greeted by Marchelle, who by the way has a pretty smile and she showed me all mattress options to choose from, as well as accessories that would benefit me. She was very knowledgeable I ended with the Hybrid 4 mattress.Great experience at Purple.

Loving my Purple hybrid 3. The manager, Melissa, was patient and very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and spoke to our concerns very professionally. We visited a couple of times before ordering and are so glad we spent the extra money on Purple.

I came into the Purple Mattress store already having done my research and found myself still being unsure on “pulling the trigger” to purchase. This is when the sales rep Jasmine comes in. She answered all of the questions my parter and I had, as well as the questions we didn’t even know we needed answered. Jasmine even gave us some of her personal recommendations and told us about some discounts we were eligible for, which we did not see online. This was just the push we needed to purchase. We ended up buying the Premier 4 (Queen), 2 tall Harmony pillows, and the mattress protector. While I am not usually one to recommend flagship mattress stores, Jasmine made the experience extremely pleasant and highly enjoyable. I will be recommending Purple from now on to anyone interested in a new mattress.
