First of all, I want to note that if not for Kinsey's & Crystal's efforts, this would have been a 1-star review. Because of my experience with these two ladies, I could not be happier with my mattress, box spring & pillows. After placing an order, we ran into multiple issues with delays form the warehouse, wrong box spring, not getting pillows, etc. However, Kinsey & Crystal did not run away from my phone calls. Instead, they were very sympathetic & did everything they could to get my order to me. I will spare the specifics here, but if you are looking for a superior customer service, look no further. These ladies will have your back till the end.

This place was great! I was able to find a great bed with the help from my sleep expert Kinsley. My only complaint which the mattress firm experts don’t have control over is they didn’t have popular brands like lull, Casper, ghost beds, etc. in their selection. Definitely check this place out if you need a new mattress.

They were fine and nice but make sure they put your information in correctly before you leave the store. We had an issue and they wrote my name and email incorrectly, told me they would fix it before I left and never did. Now I’m not getting any email notifications for anything and can not track a portion of my order that is being shipped via the manufacturer.

Did some research online and on the website. Found my local store online. Apon arrival we were greeted by the sales associate and I asked where the memory foam beds were as he was helping someone before us. And was happily told. Apon trying afew models available the sales associate freed up after taking care of the others there before us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. After explaining the the options in soft and firm we happily made a purchase of the bed and a nice electric frame and delivery the same day WOW! We went here hesitantly over the weekend after having a very bad buying experience a little over a year ago with a different company. We were very non trusting of salesmen due to our other experience. Right away John Slanovec approached us and within just a few minutes made myself and my husband feel comfortable in his knowledge and his honesty. He knew exactly why our year old bed had crapped out after just one year and made us aware of updated designs. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field without being pushy and dishonest.
