Dan was very informative. He gave good information about buying the more expensive mattress due to my mom being elder and needing a more confortable bed due to her health. He was friendly, knowledgemable and very impressivelt proficient. Thanks to Dan and his knowledge and the efficient time he took to help us find a better bed within our budget I plan to get all our mattresses in the furure there. Dan is far and above professional compared to everyone we have dealt with in the past. Very excellent service. We were bith very impressed and happy with our purchase.

Had my requirements. Queen, pillow top, plush, budget. Just wanted mattress since I wanted to keep my own frame and headboard. My daughter and I checked out clearance and found just what I needed. Totally new and half price compared to original choice. Salesman was super nice and accomodating, pulling out several mattresses to try. Checking out really easy. Look forward to new mattress!

Had an issue with a warranty claim. Other mattress firm locations were giving me a hard time. Called up the this store and spoke with the manager. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Within minutes I was receiving a call for a next day mattress delivery. Honestly, I can only recommend this particular store and manager for helping me and being amazing.

This was our first time purchasing a mattress for our new apartment. We’ve been sleeping on an air mattress for 5 months... I can not say enough about how helpful, informative and patient Jerry was! He really took his time to help us find our perfect fit. My boyfriend was hesitant about memory foam but after learning about how helpful it will be for his back, we decided it was our fit. Jerry priced match our mattress to the one we had previously ordered online and did everything he could for us. We couldn’t fit it in my car so he offered to drive it to us in his own car... AMAZING.... 15 minutes out of the way !! I can’t believe how amazing he is. So grateful for this experience!

Honest Review: Jery with the 1R and Mark are the boys. They hook you up with the best prices in the area and are willing to dig deep to find what your looking for and stay within budget. I didn’t feel like I was being sold on, instead I felt like they really cared about what was best for me. The customer service we received throughout the few days working with them has been fantastic. Also got next day delivery!!! If you want an enjoyable experience I don’t recommend any other dynamic duo!

SO happy we found Jery S !!! My roommate and I each needed a bed, we knew exactly what we wanted, we just needed help figuring out the details - cost, bundle deals, financing, etc. I actually spoke to more than one rep at more than one location in the area, because I wanted to find who I felt would give us the best experience. Jery delivered and was absolutely the best - no competition. He listened to our wants and needs and didn't stray from that like others did. The whole experience felt more like sitting with a friend who just wanted to make sure we got everything we needed, while others just made us feel like a sale to be made without genuine interest in our criteria. Couldn't say one negative thing about Jery and that's not easy to find. Thank you for such an effortless and memorable experience! Will for sure be back for more accessories in future & will be asking only for Jery 🙌

Taylor was my sales associate and she went above and beyond explaining in detail all my different options... from bases to soft spring beds to the purple cushions and pillows also offered. Great experience in store. Delivery was set for a Thursday, Joe called because the delivery trucks to his store were running late and asked if I could accommodate a reschedule to first thing the following day. Unfortunately I could not. Joe was able to go above and beyond to help make the delivery happen on Thursday! I love my new bed and two adjustable bases!!!! I am still waiting for my purple pillow ordered but that comes through the mail and through purple. I will 100% return and will recommend.

Great prices on mattresses. The Lady that was working Wednesday April. 10th mid morning is very helpful.... I was looking for a new mattress, which I'm coming back for it... Great price for it.. I bought a body pillow, which it was on sale, slept with it last night, the pillow was so comfortable I slept all night.......... without tossing and turning like I usually do. The pillow is way too awesome...
