My husband and I came to Mattress Firm for the first time to price check/potentially purchase a new mattress with very specific details, and requirements. Adam greeted us after a few minutes, attended to our questions, and requests while also attending to another couple. Adam had us try out several mattress until we found two that we liked the most. We wanted to take the night to research, and sit with our options. We called the next day to see if Adam was in store, and he was. We came back in to buy the one we deep down wanted, and Adam managed to price check us the best deal. We were SO pleased, and smiled so big when we left. 5 stars for Adam!

We just happened to need a mattress during this year’s Labor Day Sale. There were several options within our price range and the salesman, Adam, was very helpful in directing us to these options after filling out a short questionnaire that assessed our needs and price range. Also, while were there late in the day with another customer picking up a mattress, Adam remained focused on our needs and helped us to place an order efficiently and professionally. All-in-all, a low pressure environment to purchase a quality mattress and foundation that met our budget requirements.

Both the guys were very helpful. I understand they have to upsell. But it still felt like they understood our needs and took them into account when guiding us to the right mattress for us. We didn't feel pressured and we had time in the store to think about our decision to buy. I went in knowing that a mattress is typically the most expensive purchase when you are finally getting your own place (for sanitary reasons, you can't really buy a used one). I felt comfortable enough in my search to purchase from this Mattress Firm. I don't know how the mattress will be yet. But in terms of customer service, these guys are top.

The only store my husband and I trust when shopping for a new mattress. Whenever my husband and I go in, we never feel pressured into buying something because they "need to make a sale". They really care about your expectation and what you are looking for comfort wise. I would not trust anyone more with helping us with this decision. My husband and I brought our 1st mattress 10+ years ago from Nathan and since then, Nathan and Adam both, have helped us pick multiple mattress for not only us, but also our 4 children. Great customer service. Really helped me to pick out the right mattress for some back issues I’m having with my current mattress. Explained difference between the different mattresses. Didn’t try to upset me to something I didn’t need like a couple of the other stores I went to. They just provided facts so I could make my own decision. And to top it off, the mattress I purchased ended up being less expensive than the other one I had picked out at a different store. Masters was even delivered the next day. Nathan was all by himself working his tail off but still managed to say hello & acknowledged me within a minute of coming in. He was very knowledgeable & didn't pressure sails me, especially after I made my monthly budget clear. I did spend more than I ever wanted to on a bed but I can already tell I have just made an investment on my overall health. I am a female Army combat veteran with lots of surgeries behind me & more coming up. The lift base I got will really help when I can't lay down in bed. (It's impossible the first 2 months to try and lay flat after shoulder operations) it will especially be helpful when my husband is not at home to help if I get bedridden after another operation that requires lots of bed healing. One more Time ya'll!☝️We got the bed the next day! So Tonight will be our first time sleeping on it. I got a great deal & military discount as well on the mattress protector (that can actually be washed in warm or hot water & dryer) As well as the smallest tempurpedic pillow that fit perfect inside my silk pillowcase. Thanks Nathan! Looking forward to seeing how well it sleeps now.

I went to the Pinellas park store yesterday, and Nathan greeted me right when I walked in even though he was with other clients to say hello and he would be right with me. Bought a new mattress here several months back - my partner loves it but unfortunately it is causing me back pain. We opted for the pre-owned (someone had it for a trial period and had returned it) because it was several hundred dollars off, BUT no trial period with pre owned. I was skeptical as it’s my first time getting an expensive mattress and I have sensitive joints/chronic back pain. The salesman seemed convinced that it was the perfect fit for me as I described my needs, describing it as medium-firm with a soft topper… I realize now that it is way too soft and lacking support especially for a stomach sleeper. Just ordered a topper to try and firm it up but it was expensive so ultimately I would recommend if at all possible just bite the bullet and get a new mattress with trial period if you’re nervous or have any type of pain because if it starts hurting and you can’t return, you’ll pay more in the long run to try and fix it!

Without entering a mattress firm I purchased two beautiful kingsdown mattresses with the assistance of a very professional gent named Paul from US19 store in Pinellas park. Paul listened to our needs and explained options I did shop around initially but I felt a trust with Paul. When I thought the less expensive one might work he then explained Yes you can choose that but from what you described I recommend this. I honestly believe he had our comfort in mind Our bed was delivered the day our flight arrived in the USA and with only a bed we had a very restful night. Love our kingsdown bed. Bought for guest as well. Worth the time spent with Paul to get it right. Paul represented all products in line up but with our needs he narrowed it to the beautiful kingsdown Malbec. Thank you Paul I think I’ll drop by to meet him in person. Imagine buying a product you didn’t touch that was perfect. Sleep is so important and comfort!!

As soon as we came thru the door we were politely greeted by the manager, Nathan and told that Ja'Quan, the sales rep and sleep expert would be with us shortly. Our salesman JA’quan was the bees knees. He greeted us upon arrival and assured us he would be right with us and to take a look around. After looking around a bit ja’quan came over after he was done with his prior customer and we discussed what we were looking for. He showed us a few mattress that fit our budget as well as comfort level. During the time of looking, trying beds out, the buying process the thing that made this the most enjoyable was ja’quan was himself. He wasn’t some robotic voice or someone who read the scripture too much. Ja’quan was just there with his own personality and he felt with my fiancé who sometime is too much for people but Jaquan and him laughed several times throughout this process and honestly Jaquan wasn’t with the BS if we asked some thing he let us know truthfully about what we were asking. I think him being himself and giving honest answers is what made this Probably the best mattress buying experience. We really appreciate him staying after hours to not only complete a sale but to have a positive attitude even when we know he has a family to go home too& he was there definitely past closing time.

Updating my review: Not satisfied with this purchase. I purchased online because stores are closed because of Covid-19. The mattress is to hard for us. They want to charge me to return and get another one. There should be some concessions for people during Covid-19 and having to purchase online. I hate this mattress. Freda is AMAZING!!! when I went into the store last week, I was greeted by a smiling face and was giving undivided attention. Freda helped me find the best mattress set and we set up the delivery. Upon my day of delivery, I missed it, YIKES!!! I called one store and associate was very rude to me and said he couldn't help me. I was torn and beginning to cry in my car. So, I called another Store and spoke with Doug, who got me in touch with Freda, who then made her magic happen.
