Darryl explained everything about adjustable bases among our consideration. Listened to our needs and did not try to upswell us but considered our needs. When there was a problem at the warehouse Darryl & his manager worked out a wonderful compromise. Later when we had a problem with the bed a review of the bed and a simple fix resolved in short order. A new base was in the truck just in case. 👍🏻

Repeat customer, Repeat 5 Star Service! Had to replace a pillow that isn't made anymore & Alexis did EVERYthing to get me set up again. She pulled all my info from when she sold me products 5 years ago, placed 3 similar & 2 different type of pillows under my head (got in a few mentions towards a new mattress too), worked w/me on the pricing & sold me something I didn't expect - and I LOVE, a coconut pillow (yeh, that's really what it's called). Look - you can drive around to a buncha places, or you can just stop here for superb service, good prices & incredible products that let you sleeeeep wonderfully - TONIGHT.

He didn't at all try to sell us just guided us and we felt no pressure. If the product is good it will sell itself. But to have a professional guide you it was wonderful.

Wow! We walked in about thirty minutes before the store closed, and immediately were greeted by a friendly worker. I told her (Rachael) what type of mattress I wanted, and she directed us to several styles. She said she had been in the business of mattresses for about 10 years, and we could tell. Rachael knew all the details and other options (such as pillows and bases) that would be good too. The whole process was a great experience, despite it being near closing time. We ended up getting a queen mattress and an adjustable base. She also helped with setting up delivery to a time that was convenient for us. Rachael made it so easy to finish up everything, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is mattress shopping.

I had a amazing experience with Robert and Christian at the store over the past couple days. I was hesitant to come in at first and when I started talking to Robert he was extremely helpful answering questions and not pressuring me towards any particular mattress but offering me information and details so that I could make an informed decision about my mattress. Great experience! Anyone who has shopped for a mattress knows how difficult it can be. We tried several different places before stopping here. Dee, the store manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and will do what it takes to make sure you are happy. I found the bed I wanted for a bit cheaper somewhere else, but I wanted to go through Mattress Firm because they have a great 100 day warranty period that most other places dont offer. Luckily they stand by their price match guarantee, and we got a great deal. Not only that, we had our mattress delivered that very evening!
