Had such a great experience. I had enough of sleeping in my old bed and needed a major upgrade. Walked in not expecting any of the great service the store manager Les(SUPER GREAT GUY) in which he assisted me all the way. Les was extremely knowledgeable, definitely not a pushy sales guy. He understood what I was looking for and gave me a really great deal on a purple mattress. If I had to stock up all my rooms with beds, I’d definitely come check this place out. Excellent service!! My wife and I came in with no idea on what we needed, we just knew what we were currently sleeping on was awful. Luckily Victoria helped us every step of the way, from finding the right amount of cushion all the way to making sure it fit in our budget. We were able to go in, try almost 15+ mattresses, decide what we’d like, and purchase our mattress in about 30 minutes. It was extremely refreshing to have an honest person talk to us and give us multiple options for what we were looking for, all while trying to get us the lowest price. First visit went decent, would give it 3 stars based on the salespersons knowledge, essentially got what we wanted and needed time to think about the purchase but the following day, went back and talked to a different salesperson, which in my opinion sold the bed to me. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and sealed the deal, it’s a shame that that salesperson won’t be getting the commission, they absolutely sold the product. Overall, everyone was polite, store was clean, many varieties of products to sample and the price was competitive to other brands of manufacturers.

My husband & I were shopping for a new mattress & walked into Mattress Firm & was greeted immediately. George from the Brandon Florida store asked us what our needs were & was very knowledgeable. My husband & I had very different requests & needs for what we wanted in a mattress. I have a bad back so I was looking for a latex or foam mattress where my husband wanted a more conventional coil spring mattress. I explained that I sleep on my side mostly where my husband sleeps on his stomach. George showed us several options & suggested that we do a split California King option. We ended up with a Tempurpedic adjustable bed & I think it was the perfect solution for both of our needs. George was wonderful & made our shopping experience stress free & enjoyable. I think we will both sleep like babies & I can’t wait to have our new bed delivered. Thank you George, it was a pleasure!

I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. My experience buying a mattress was the most enjoyable purchase I’ve ever made in my 27 years on this earth thanks to Joe Santos at Mattress Firm in Brandon, FL. He was personable, factual, and funny. He listened to what I wanted in a mattress and recommended I try a bed he thought I might like within my price range. I kid you not, the first bed I tried was the only bed I tried because it felt as though that bed was made specifically for me! Keep in mind I tried all 30 beds in Macy’s right before this and had some I would have considered returning to for purchase after Mattress Firm if need be. I was worried coming to a mattress store that some salesman would be pushy or hovering but that wasn’t the case at all. Joe laid down the facts about the mattress and then told us to take some time to lay on the mattress. In fact he encouraged to lay on it even longer than I would have thought normal in a store to really get a feel for it and let my body make the decision. Long story short. Joe helped me pick a mattress feels like you’re laying on a cloud with a great price! He made my day by just being a wonderful guy and not being that stereotypical salesman that we all love to hate. My friend and I said to each other after walking out of the door he graciously held open for us, that Joe is the kinda guy that makes you want to stop in just to say hi to from time to time! Thanks a bunch Joe at Mattress Firm!

I don’t think Les in Brandon, FL could have made the sales experience any better for us. We purchased a mattress on Amazon about 6 months ago and have hated it since day one. Have been talking about hitting up MattressFirm for a few weeks, and decided to today. Les asked us what we didn’t like about our Amazon mattress, and our sleep positions, threw a few things in his fancy machine and recommended us the best mattress the first go somewhat like a magician! We tried out a bunch of other mattresses, and always went right back to the first recommendation. Les answered all of our questions before we asked them, the man knows his mattresses! Fantastic experience, we will be back to buy another one from him when we need one. Thanks again for all the help.

When I walked into the store wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Les took the time to introduce me to all of the different beds and what their benefits were. We walked around the store and he waited while I laid and took a tiny nap on every single one of the beds. He suggested I try out different pillows. He told me about the different pressure points and what each bed and pillow would help. He was absolutely amazing. So today, it was my second time going in. I was glad when I walked in and saw that Les was there. He was amazing again and help me upgrade my bed because I did not get a big enough one the first time. The process was quick and easy. I highly recommend when you go into the store to ask for Les. He was wonderful.

Great customer service -- in the store. Waited all afternoon for mattress to be delivered and some guy at the warehouse decides to change the delivery date (with no good reason, according to the sales person who called to check) to the next day! We're seniors sleeping on the floor on an air mattress. Not happy! Update: Minutes after I wrote this review I'm editing it because our mattress set was just delivered and with a plea for help to put together the frame for us, the guys did so with smiles. They left with a tip and a bottle of water. 4 stars, instead of 5, because of the angst they caused with the scheduling.

I stopped at Mattress Firm to purchase a mattress for my new place. Tommy was my salesman and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about all the products, he didn't pressure me to purchase something that I couldn't afford, and he even offered me water during my visit. Their AC wasn't working properly and they had separate units in the store and he even made sure we were always near a AC unit for my comfort (I am sure his too). He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend this location to my friends and family. Let me start off by saying that we bought a mattress during their Memorial Day special. My fiance and I, are first time mattress buyers and had an easy, no pressure buying experience. We were helped by Joe and he took the time to explain the difference between each mattress and even though he could have suggested the most expensive mattress, he often steered us towards the mattress that was the best value. When it came to setting up the delivery of the mattress, Joe was sure to let us know which mattresses had supply chain issues/was sure to get a delivery date that worked for us. We just moved and got rid of our old gross mattress so we were sleeping on air mattresses and we needed a king sized mattress for a decent price and they had one we liked a lot, got to try it out, and same day pick up to take home. perfect! Buying a mattress can be overwhelming. So many choices!! Joe did a great job educating my wife and I about the different types of mattresses. Which made made us really confident about our final choice. Also, we didn’t know anything about adjustable bases and had planned to buy a regular bed frame. I only write reviews when I think it’s worth it, and Tommy at mattress firm is definitely worth a review! Tommy helped me in my search for a mattress and he was fantastic!! He stayed past closing to help, he took his time to explain everything perfectly, is a great conversationalist, very welcoming, honest, attentive, patient, nice, and funny! I had a great experience shopping for a new bed at Matress Firm. I knew from their 4th of July ads that they were selling king-size beds at queen prices with head adjustable bases so I wanted to see what they were offering. From the moment I went in to their Brandon Mall store in the shops across the street from the actual mall, I was greeted in a low key friendly fashion by my salesman Tom Schoettle. I explained I needed a very firm and supportive bed for a large family member who is disabled and can't walk very well. Tom questioned about my price range and features I'd like and had me compare a few Beautyrest matresses in their Pressuresmart line, updated traditional, wrapped coil units with either medium or firm gel memory-foam pillow tops. I was extremely impressed with the firm model, similar to a hybrid style mattress, very firm and comfortable to me like a floating cloud! Plus, I was offered the option to get the model, if available, from their discounted outlet stock for their Tampa area stores if I didn't mind this and to save significantly on price. These are sample mattresses returned from a few months of use by other patrons on their inspection trial offer, completely cleaned & disinfected, reviewed for resilience and reliability but without a manufacturer warranty and at half the cost of the Mattress Firm retail cost. Tom told me I could add up to a 5 year warranty and he would give me the head adjustable base even though I wasn't purchasing a brand new bed. Normally I wouldn't buy a used bed but I was so impressed with the quality of the product and the salesman's pleasant, easy-going attitude that I settled on the outlet version. The first offer was with the head and foot adjustable base with a brand new mattress costing $1,700 plus for I believe the delivery and tax. I saved about half the $2,000 base price, added the 5 year warranty and the tax and delivery/old bed removal for under $1,500! Great deal and I've already referred people I know to Matress Firm for their bedding needs. Thank you Tom for such an easy-going, excellent shopping experience when buying my new bed!

If you're the only person walking into this store, beware, you will have bored salespeople trying to sell you on everything. I was not impressed with how we were treated by our sales guy. We ended up buying a mattress on one visit, but the 2nd visit when I was just there to browse, we were still accosted. They were rude to my child and me during one of these visits and during our purchase they were trying to sell us a ton of things we didn't need. Even after saying no, they were relentless.
