I've never purchased a bed before, so perhaps my experience was more typical than I believe, but I was beyond impressed. I was prepared to spend hours looking over beds and frames and the like, but the store manager, Mr. Agnew, was able to pinpoint our specific needs quickly and easily so he could recommend the perfect bed. After trying it and just a few other options, both myself and my significant other were completely satisfied with his recommendation, as well as his further recommendations on sheets and other accessories. There were options I would have never learned about that he was eager to explain, including an option that wasn't even sold in the store; that made it feel like he genuinely cared about our sleeping satisfaction, and I will always commend people for looking out for the customer's interests like that. The prices were great, the service and help both friendly and entertaining. This location has my highest recommendation.

We needed a simple mattress for our son’s fraternity house room at UF. We were not sure how long we would need the mattress beyond this coming school year, so we came in looking for something good but relatively inexpensive. The salesman Will was super helpful and friendly and got us hooked up on a full-size mattress for only about $500. We were able to pick it up and bring it home ourselves no problem and it was a super comfortable mattress!

I had a great experience here a couple of years ago, had no pressure from the manager on-site but he was very informative and based on our feedback recommended a Pure Talalay bliss Mattress and I will never look back, hands down best mattress I have ever owned, I also got a Z gel cool dough pillow as well a few days ago based on the recommendation from the manager, it is fantastic. Thank you Will! I would like to let whomever know the Gem you have in William. I came into your store after a dissatisfied attempt at rooms to go, to get information on customer service for repairs on a bed I paid over $2500.00 and have own less than a year. Without hesitation Will tested the product found the item to be defective, and he began looking for a part that may fit the bed I purchased at rooms to go whom basically told me I was on my own. Trying to contact their customer service for the issue I was experiencing was frustratingly difficult due to Clovis 19 high volume calls that lead to nowhere. Will offered me water, soda, and even a beer and I told him if I ever needed a bed he would be the person to sale it to me. Thank you Will, for great customer service and a great bed, my daughter loves it.

Purchased a mattress this past fall from Bed Pros. The store manager Chris was very helpful to work with and Bed Pros had the best prices around after visiting a few other stores. When they delivered my mattress and box spring, I was a bit unhappy with the height of the box spring, as it made my bed very high off the ground. I called Chris and he proposed different solutions on what he could do to make me happy. I ended up switching the box spring for a bunky board and Chris had his team come right over to make the change. It was exceptional customer service! Now I love the new mattress and will never purchase a mattress from any other store in the Tampa Bay area. These guys are the best!

Where to begin; I've always had the hardest time choosing mattresses. Either their too soft or too hard, never the right consistency. All that changed when Andrew showed up. He immediately knew what I'd like just based off posture and boy was he right. I never thought I'd be one of those guys getting to sleep on cloud9, nay, cloud10.
