I was greeted by the Store Manager, Shaun, and he was very knowledgeable about the products in his store. He answered my questions, listened carefully to what my preferences were, and showed me a mattress that fit my budget. However, he also told me about a great buy on a higher quality mattress that was being cleared out to make room for the newer model. It was slightly more than what I planned to pay, but a much greater value; this combined with the fact that Bed Pros offers free delivery and removal of your old mattress and I was sold! The other places I had visited could not compare when you factored in the additional costs. My mattress arrived a few days later and I love it! I had a very good experience with Bed Pros Citrus Park sales and delivery.

I had a really great experience at bed pros mattress! Shaun was really incredible, welcoming and helped me find the perfect mattress for me and my husband and also for my budget! I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and Shaun gave me 2 extra pillows! The deliver was free and they took my old mattress and I didn’t worry about throwing it away ! Showed up on a Saturday right at opening. Met by Scott. The bed was for my 13 year old son. Scott was extremely courteous and professional. He had my son try a bunch of beds. He then crunches the numbers and gave me the different options. We searched online and couldn’t find cheaper deals. He was not pushy at all and gave us the pros and cons of each bed. We bought a bed my son loves. Delivery crew were also excellent. This is a family owned business. Great place to do business!

I appreciated the Sales Persons approach. He welcome us and told us about what he had, what was on sale and kept it brief and didn't start following me around the store-DON"T LIKE THAT!!!!! So I went around testing the beds and when it was time I called the sales person over , told him where I wanted to be in price and he kept me there with no pressure. I did spend more, but the sales person didn't know that . I could have gone somewhere else and purchased cheater, but I liked the product and comfort. We were very pleased with our experience at Bed Pros Mattress at Citrus Park. We went to the competitors down the street first and I began to think I was at a used car lot instead of a mattress store. The salesman assured us we wouldn't find a better deal anywhere but he was wrong. Shaun not only gave us a better deal he did it without the pressure. We saved a couple of hundred dollars on the deal. Our mattress was delivered first thing Monday morning just as promised by a couple of very professional and polite men that set it all up and explained the controls and the warranty. They did everything except make the bed (I tried)

We worked directly with the manager at this location. He helped us find what was right for us and didn’t try to upsale us. Once we found what we wanted, he immediately gave us a great deal without having to do the uncomfortable negotiating. Once we got our bed, we found that the foundation was higher than we liked. I gave him a call and he is switching it out for a shorter foundation without question! We will definitely be going back to this location when we need another mattress! From the moment we walked into Bed Pros we were treated like honored guests. All our questions were fully answered by Shawn as he led us about and we tried out many mattresses that potentially could meet our needs. The sales manager John was great! We had left Mattress Firm after not finding anything under $700. We really wanted to spend no more than $400 for our queen size bed. Bought the king size plush mattress with the vibrating and adjusting base (of which they were $500 cheaper than anywhere). Problem was wife didnt like adjusting so we ended up getting our own separate twin mattresses 30 days later with their 30-day comfort guarantee.. Worked out amazing as she likes firm and me soft so the beauty rests have a same height pillow top with two different coils one hard & one soft... Heaven! Thanks Shaun! Btw... Shaun was completely professional & courteous the whole time, sure all the reviews were from a bunch of whining complainers that are never happy... We purchased a king tempur pedic bed at this store and had great service. The manager, Shawn, was very helpful. The bed is great but we were unhappy with the height. Shawn investigated what the options were and sent the crew out the next day to switch out the legs. Unfortunately, after a couple of days we felt the bed was now too low. My husband is not well and his caregiver developed back pain caring for him at that low level. I once again called Shawn and he was very accommodating. This was a friday afternoon. On Monday Shawn called the warehouse to see if they had legs in stock that were in between the two previous heights. They did have them and his team came out to again switch out the legs. We did have to pay for the new legs themselves but we were not charged at all for the labor either time. Great customer service. Many other businesses would have just blown us off. If not the first time then certainly the second. We would certainly do business with them again.
