Tyler was friendly and professional. My only complaint would be that after I declined a $99 add on ( sheets, pillows, etc), Tyler said he would throw in the add on and then later when going over what I was buying, slyly asked if adding $35 for the add on was ok. I said no.

Made us very comfortable in our choice and then surprised us with being able to deliver the bed the following day. You worry a lot of times that these types of salesmen will just try and get you to buy the most expensive product but Steve helped me find the mattress that was right for me and well within my budget. I went to the Mattress Firm in Brentwood. Bigger store, multiple people. The manager, Steve, was working with 4 different customers at once, bouncing back and forth. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable and most importantly got me the best product for my budget. I am sure happy to have walked in and dealt with you guys directly.

The manger was so helpful!!He took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and was patient I most have tried 14 mattress and kept changing my mind... He was truthful and honest now days you don’t get when people sell you stuff! I battle with pain and sleep issues so I would give him 50 stars if I could for helping me find the right mattress.This is the best buying experience and customer service I have had in along time. Yesterday afternoon the Salesmen helped us pick the right adjustable foundation for us. Didn't take too long, we weren't hassled about buying the expensive one. Fair deal with the store-wide matttess base sale going on. Delivery and haul away of the old one should be worth the price but that is yet to be seen because it won't be here until tomorrow.

The mattress is sensational! I've spent the last 3 nights in a pain-free zone, which is unusual with scoliosis. I'd recommend this latex/hybrid mattress to anyone who can't tolerate pressure on their joints. The delivery men who set up my mattress w/adjustable frame were so polite and helpful. They centered the bed so it was directly under my wall decoration, as well as centering the mattress on the frame. They demonstrated using the adjustable remote and they carried away my old mattress/box spring as well as the shipping debris (box, etc). I would give them 10 stars, easily.

We are repeat customers for Mattress Firm. We appreciated the low key, take your time approach at this store. During our first visit we were warmly welcomed with the comment "don't feel like you need to make a decision today. We expect you to visit at least 2 ir 3 times before making a decision." Rather than asking us for contact information the sales person simply told us "see you in a few days!" All told we were in the store over 30 minutes and not once did we feel pressured into makin a decision. Between our first and second visits we did our homework and learned that while many stores had similar options the overall delivery and set up options were not the white glive treatment we could receive from Mattress Firm. On our second visit the store manager was on duty and took almost another hour to walk us through our options explaining the pros and cons of various mattress and base styles. After repeatedly testing 2 options we purchased a midrange mattress and a nice adjustable frame. We talked ourselves into additional products which were priced lower than Amazon, Target and Macy's. When we replace a mattress in tge spare room next year we will be shopping this store first.

About a year ago we were searching for a new bed and after a few other places we went to Mattress Firm. We were greeted by a friendly face and someone who answered my zillion questions. Trevor helped to ensure we knew all of our options, was really knowledgeable and never pressured us which was a big plus. We ended up purchasing our new bed which is a hybrid (foam and springs) and as he promised, we love it! I recommend the store to all of our friends and family, and highly recommend that you ask for Trevor too! If you want high quality service and need a little help finding the right bed, he's who I still contact!

This was my first time purchasing a nice "adult" mattress and had no idea what to look for but the entire experience was seamless. I actually walked into the store not wanting to purchase a mattress but instead look around and get some ideas about what I wanted to purchase in the future but the friendliness, knowledge and support of Greg was above and beyond. Greg was amazing! I have been going to the chiropractor for back problems and the bed my boyfriend and I have was not providing the support I needed. Greg took the time to explain the different types of beds and understood that we were on a budget as well. He showed us the right bed for both of us. Great guy! Very personable. It is not often when you interact with a retail salesperson for furniture/beds, and they don't try to rip you off. You won't find that type of experience here!
