I’ll start with our purchase with Travis. He was patient with us, informative and did not put any pressure on us. Now to the delivery with Sam, Joe and Conner - these young men were very impressive. They were very kind and respectful - they even walked around our house, through the snow to get our beds inside. They also stayed and adjusted our ten year old Comfort King mattress. This company knows what customer service is about!! Thanks to Comfort King for your outstanding products and service! We would recommend to anyone!

When we walked in we were greeted and it was recommended we try out a few models to see what we liked before the salesman would come back and see if we had any questions. It was really no pressure. There were around 18 models on the showroom floor. There was a big glass wall separating the showroom from the factory. Once we found a couple models we liked the salesman took us through how they were differently constructed so we could decide which one we thought would work better for us. Since the mattresses are made on site they had numerous samples of they layers so they could show us what exactly was going in the one we were getting. They also explained if for some reason it wasn't comfortable they can open it up and swap out layers to dial it in to our needs at little to no cost. My current mattress was ordered online without ever trying it. After 8 months it is sagging badly. I typically shop around and had planned to go to a few stores but ended up buying one here at my first stop. The mattress is scheduled to be made in a couple days and then delivered. Overall I had a really great buying experience. I will update once we have slept on the new mattress for a while.

Dylan at Comfort King was, by far, the most knowledgable of anyone we encountered all day and had a true passion for the product. Are you tired all the time? Well STOP and buy a Comfort King Mattress. I have never felt so good in my life and I'm only 29. This bed is incredible. Is every night perfect? I don't expect it to be. But even when it's not a perfect night's sleep I'm still SO much more rested than I had been before the bed that I still can manage to get through the day with two young kids. This bed has literally changed my life and changed me. It's incredible. And thanks to their great service and quality we found out about them by word of mouth. I plan on spreading the word as well. Only giving this a 5 star review because I can’t give it 6 stars. Bring Dylan and Connor back to my house any day for delivery and set up. What a fantastic job they did! This is our third Comfort King mattress for a third bedroom..first one purchased in 2006. The craftsmanship of the finished product, and professionalism of the staff are excellent. Josh was patient while my wife and I tried different options over the course of a few months. He guided us into a workable bed that has both of us sleeping comfortable again. Thank you Comfort King!

From the moment we walked in the show room to the delivery the folks at comfort King treated us with respect and accommodated an expedited schedule to get a new mattress set up for us. The amount of customization options for the mattress was a little overwhelming but they were very knowledgeable and were able to help us narrow down exactly what we needed. I purchased a Comfort King mattress with an adjustable base last week and it was delivered today! The service I received was excellent, both by the sales person and the delivery team. Dylan and Brendon were here promptly at the scheduled delivery time. They removed my old mattress, box spring, and frame and then set-up the new bed in a timely manner. Dylan explained how to adjust the bed and explained other features on the remote. Before leaving, they wanted to be sure the bed was the right height and said that if I needed any adjustments to the mattress or the height of the bed, to contact Comfort King. It was nice to have a polite, efficient delivery team.

No pressure sales. They encourage you to try out everything and they are very helpful. We bought our second Comfort King mattress after 15 years with the first one. We purchased an adjustable base there a year ago and wanted split a mattress so we could each adjust our side as we wanted. I have two Comfort King mattresses—the Angelic and the Harmony—in my house. I’ve never felt a more comfortable mattress, and the customer service was great. I told them I wanted delivery before Thanksgiving, and they made it happen, even though I live outside Sioux Falls. It’s been two years, and they’re still as comfortable as when I bought them. I purchased a new bed and box spring 3 months ago. I moved it to another room and found my box spring has a serious bow to it like the wood was warped. After further inspection it had wear marks on it as if had been sitting on a different kind of bed frame than the one I have. I called the store to inform them of my findings and they toldme I had to bring it back to the store myself or if they had to come and get it, I wouldbe charged $118. I had it delivered originally. I ask the salesman on the phone, even if its defective upon delivery I have to pay? He informed me yes that's correct. Im not pleased althought the mattress is comfortable I feel I got stung. I don't think I should be held accountable to replace something that was not my responsibility. I believe they pawned off someone elses problem on to me to save a $.

We just purchased the Emerald mattress a few weeks ago and love the comfort of the mattress. We are new to Sioux Falls and I did some research on the local mattress companies and found interest in Comfort King. From walking in the door the staff was friendly and informative and wanting to make sure we were happy with the purchase as well as beyond the purchase. I returned to the store a few days later and bought two of their pillows and love love love them. We have had our master mattress for four years. I felt it wasn’t as supportive on my side as I wished. They quickly came at a scheduled time and used their high tech soft spot detector and discovered a 20% soft spot on one side. Went there to look at getting a new mattress. We have lived in South Dakota this time now for 22 years. During that time we have purchased 6 mattresses. And the places we bought from didn't want to talk about the warranty on the mattresses. So, we went to Comfort King for the life time warranty. I hope we don't need to use it, but we have it if needed. So far the mattress is very comfortable and we have not had any problems yet. They found that it was still under warranty and the work was covered under warranty. Sandy was very knowledgeable about his product and extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding the right Comfort King bed for us. We came into Comfort King very frustrated as we had just bought a Beds By Design bed less than two years ago which we found was of very poor quality and has already worn out in the middle and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite the fact that Beds By Design has a life time warranty they were less than helpful, even rude, when confronted with the issue of their inferior product. Comfort King is right by my apartment, and when I read their home grown story, and how they build their own beds, I was pre sold! I went in and filled out an app for financing. Got approved for 0%. They were not high pitch salesmen. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. I was very impressed and maybe never been so impressed with a purchase of this magnitude, ever! My Mom bought me my first Comfort King mattress when I started high school. It was a twin majestic ( side note they still make this model today). Today (22 years later) my son is sleeping in this bed. It is still a nice comfortable bed. When I moved out of my parents house I bought a queen majestic. Fast forward 13 years, I just took it back into the shop for a tune-up! They measured how much support it has lost over those thirteen years, only 4%!!! What??? Crazy, since industry standard is 20% loss over a beds lifetime. This bed has held up even past its guaranteed 10 year life span. Cheers to 13 years going on.....yet to be determined. Incredible bed! Incredible service! After retiring from the military with a broken body, it was nearly impossible for me to get a decent nights sleep with our old bed (Tempurpedic). My wife and I chose the Oasis model with the power base. Absolutely the best bed we have ever had!! Put the power base on "zero G mode" and it feels like you are floating!! Everything about Comfort King has been amazing!! The staff was low pressure but well informed and could answer any question you can throw at them. This mattress was purchased when I was 6.5 months pregnant and having significant back problems. Our mattress was a total game changer on the first night, both my spouse and I started sleeping better. I purchased a bed from comfort king way back when they first opened. I only had to get rid of it 20 years later because I had kids that lived in it too. Nothing was wrong with the bed. Spring were still good and foam too! But kids. So after much shopping around Sioux Falls I went back to Comfort King. (At least half a dozen times). And talked to the manager. After doing some research on mattresses, my husband and I decided that Comfort King would be the best place to go. Their website is very thorough - they explain how high quality their materials are and the guarantee they provide. We went shopping there today and certainly were not disappointed! Jacob, who works in the factory (that you can plainly see from the showroom), came out to help us. He explained about the materials, told us which ones had what, then gave us some time to test them. We took a good hour or so trying different ones; Jacob would check on us from time to time to answer any questions (and never made us feel rushed). This was NOT a hard sell at all (they don't work on commissions,); he just provided his knowledge of working on them and sleeping on them. He answered all of our questions, showed us the adjustable feature (which we did purchase), and gave us the space we needed to discuss what we wanted - no "salesman hovering." It was a great experience and we are so excited about the bed we purchased. The time frame for delivery was excellent, and we are looking forward to getting a bed that will last us for many years. Pat explained the product line, sold us her mattress, built and even signed the tag on her mattress. Our daughter's mattress is now perfect and she feels special knowing it was adjusted just for her. We had bought a queen mattress and box springs for our 6'4" Football player son and since the frame that we already had squeaked every time he moved he took the box spring and mattress off of it. So it ended up that he bent the frame of the box spring and so the mattress wasn't fully supported. We brought both in and Comfort King replaced the box spring and repaired the mattress. My wife and I purchased two mattress’s about a month and a half ago. The beds are just simply Pure quality. So comfortable and extremely well made. We had hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had dealing with a salesman. Dylan was the salesman who worked with us. He was extremely knowledgeable, and patient explaining what different coils and pads made up each style of bed we looked at. The beds are top notch and speak for themselves but at the end of the day what sold us was our salesman Dylan!
