I was referred to Beds By Design from a friend a yr ago. From the minute I walked in I was impressed with the knowledge, amazing customer service. I came in with back/ neck pain. I was advised to get a Omni pillow. What an amazing pillow, lifetime warranty was impressive. I’ve never had more comfortable pillows. I’ve had them readjusted a couple times an no hassle guarantee. I was also looking at s mattress an from the minute I layed in one, I new there beds were amazing! I had relaxation & no pain immediately. Add an adjustable and I was in heaven! It’s nice been a yr from that visit of wanting a mattress. I just received my new adjustable frame & Mattress last night. For the first time in over 6 months I slept wonderfully. I’m in heaven. No pressure on low/ mid back. Dillon was amazing. Understood my needs from start to finish. I was so happy yesterday when I received the text from him saying they could deliver a day early. I have purchased two beds from Beds By Design roughly 4 years ago on one bed (for my son) and 6 months on the other for myself. I have had an incredible nights rest since purchasing my bed 6 months ago. The quality is of the highest feel compared to every other bed I’ve owned. Great beds, great people, great service! Came in needing to replace a bed old enough to vote, not really knowing what I would like. The sales representative was very helpful in describing what goes into each type of bed, how it would feel, and what it was best for. Made it very easy finding what I would like and deciding. Upon purchase and receiving the bed, everything was great! There were a few hiccups regarding a few pieces that didn’t fit correctly, but thankfully they were more than willing to overnight the correct pieces and give advice for the time being. I ordered a custom bed so I understand things can go wrong, I work retail too! They even threw in a very nice pillow for me as apologies. Even throughout the issues they were courteous, quick to reply, and understanding in helping me out with the problems. As of today, everything has been resolved and my bed is a dream to sleep on. Long story short, go here for beds! They’ll treat you right all the way through, good or bad.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't sell us something we didn't want....told us exactly what day they would deliver. On that day, 2 installers came and totally setup the bed from start to finish which was a major understanding since we got the incline and massage...there is a lot of frame under there...the installers were fast and very friendly...top notch!

Recently purchased a pair of their king size pillows and while I originally wasn’t sure I could justify the price tag, after sleeping on them for the past two weeks I can say with confidence that they are worth the price! They come with a lifetime guarantee for filling and the cost to recover if the case becomes damaged is nominal. When originally purchased the pillows were stuffed too form for my liking. Went back two days later and they removed some stuffing and now they are perfect, took about 5 minutes. I am now getting the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. Highly recommend their pillows.

Came to Beds by Design with daily back pain. I wasn't sleeping and when I did it was horrible. I was seeing a chiropractor and orthopedic docs looking for relief. I visited many mattress stores and after trying several different mattresses in the store I had the same problem. After only a few minutes the pain returned. I was very disappointed that I wouldn't find pain relief. Then I visited Beds by Design. I walked in told them what was going on and they had me try some options. Got to the Omni bed and layed down. I layed motionless for over a half hour and even nodded off a couple times! That was the longest I had laid in the same position in months. The service was friendly, and they had my new mattress delivered the same day of purchase. Great people, great products great service. My quality of life improved after finding Beds by design!

We went into the store and worked with Spenser. He took a ton of time to work with us and explain how their store works and how they will “tune up” or “comfort adjust” their beds after you have had them 3 months, 3 years, or 10 years. They truly want you to love your bed and be happy with it. He explained that if you aren’t loving the firmness or something about your bed, they can literally take out or add layers at their store to perfect the bed to your liking. Spenser made bed buying an enjoyable experience and took time to really explain the differences between all of the options of beds. We will definitely be returning for beds for our kids’ rooms in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a really good experience at Beds By Design. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and showed us all the different layers that make up the beds. They even had name brand beds that they cut open so you could see what their layers looked like for comparison. We like that the beds are made right there. We like that they take your old mattress and either donate it or recycle it. And if you aren't happy with some part of your bed they will bring it back in and rebuild it.

Friendly staff. I went to quite a few places in Sioux falls and if you're looking for a mattress. This is definitely the place to go in my opinion. You can select your mattress from the insides out or visa versa. They have excellent service. Financing if necessary. They will custom build a mattress for you. I gave them the measurements to my daybed and they made it perfect according to my specs. They also offer upgrades at only the additional cost of a better and/or bigger mattress. in other words, if you buy a single then later buy a double to replace it. You only pay for half the new mattress because your old purchase gets credited to the new one. Also if for Any reason you decide that the mattress you purchased isn't right for you. They will exchange it with no questions asked. They don't have anything in the way of furniture or bedding but they have a serious corner on the mattress market in Sioux falls. I am super impressed and extremely happy with my purchase here. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a mattress. I can't express enough about how satisfied I am having done business here. You owe it to yourself to check it out.

BBD is the BEST in the industry! We purchased our first BBD bed, a split king with power foundation, in June 2020 and received our bed only 1 week later! Our sales representative, Spenser, was super helpful and the delivery guys were quick and very knowledgeable as well. When we needed new beds for our kids last month, I called BBD and ordered 2 Twin XL mattresses and we had them in less than 2 weeks! Our kids love their new beds and the ability to upgrade their beds in the future with BBD and only pay the difference really appeals to me. I bought a bed from them about 7 years ago from these guys. My wife and I loved how much better it was than the one we got from the furniture store. I spoke with Eric about how it was starting to sag a bit. He reminded me that my bed could get a tune up at anytime. We decided to turn in our old bed and upgrade to an even better bed one. Eric credited the full amount we paid 7 years earlier and we were able to put it towards the upgrade. We brought our old bed into the store in the morning and had the brand new upgrade later that afternoon. I would highly recomend buying a bed from Beds by Design. I went in to check out the prices of their beds and adjustable bedframes and they were absolutely wonderful . Dylan waited on me. I told him that I moved to To Sioux Falls and I needed a bed delivered tonight this was at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, But he said that he got off at 9 and he would personally deliver the mattress so that we would not have to sleep on the floor and they would deliver the adjustable bed frame the next day between 9 and 10 and they did.

We absolutely love our new Ultra Series Mattress from Beds By Design! I haven't slept this great in years! Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping us find the right mattress and adjustable frame. While the price may have seemed a bit high initially, when you look at it as an investment in the purchase of something you spend as much time on as a mattress you're using every night, it's 100% worth every penny. The warranty and trade-in program they offer is second to none, knowing that with use, mattresses do wear out, it's reassuring that we can simply upgrade our mattress and only pay the difference in cost from our original purchase. I suffer from low back pain, so in March we were looking for bed options that we wouldn’t have to buy a new bed every 5-6 years. We checked out comfort king first....they didn’t seem to want our business & price was doubled (more than we wanted to spend) & didn’t offer a military discount, plus to change the mattress comfort would be $60-$120 each time & that it wasn’t a lifetime guarantee. Friends of ours recommended Beds by Design, Cody was so helpful, was so knowledgeable about what I was describing I needed. We got everything we wanted plus a bed for our son all with in our price range. We love our bed!!!! My son loves his bed!!!! I’ve had the best nights sleep in a long time, I can get up out of bed with no back pain. I sometimes would have to literally roll out of bed and/or need a hand to help me up. Not anymore THANK YOU Beds by Design!!! Also we now can’t wait til we arrive back home from a trip to sleep in the bed. Anyways you can make travel size? Lol!!!

Listen I don’t usually do reviews at all. I met the owner of the company playing Pinehurst #2 randomly. After a fun round he offered to send me two of his pillows to see what I thought. I had been struggling to find the right pillow for some time due to neck pain mostly from playing too much golf. He swore it would be the last pillow I’d use. I said ok and asked him to send them, with skepticism. I had tried so many pillows before this one. He was right. It’s now been 3 weeks and it is perfect for me. Beds By Design has the BEST mattress and pillow out there! First, their Omni Pillow is the most comfortable pillow ever, breathable, soft but supportive and you can really tell the difference from “regular” pillows, sorry Bed Bath and Beyond. For more than five years, I’ve been sleeping in a recliner due to chronic back issues. I was introduced to the Omni pillow in South Dakota, while visiting my cousin.I was so impressed with the support and comfort of the pillow, we went to the Sioux Falls store, so I could purchase one. Upon arrival I met with a member of their professional sales staff, who introduced me to their brand of mattresses. I thought if their pillows were this great, I had to see what they offered in mattresses. With my condition, which included three back surgeries, I know In less than five minutes after laying on a mattress, that I’m gonna be stuck in place unless I get up immediately. I had three such encounters, until I laid on the “Independence” mattress. It was firm and supportive, but most impressively, I wasn’t feeling the sharp stabbing pain from laying on my back. The sales staff tried to explain the quality material they put in the mattress, and I was still in disbelief that I didn’t feel the pain, which I normally feel when I lay down. At that point, I didn’t care what was in the mattress I had to have it. It was effortlessly shipped to California. I could not wait for a good night sleep on a mattress instead of my recliner. I wanted to wait to write this review until I had slept on it for 30 nights. I can’t begin to explain how well I slept through the nights, woke up well rested, and how many pain level has decreased just because of a mattress. My wife who has no medical problems, initially said the Omni pillows were awesome, and that she would give the mattress a try. Initially she said the mattress was really firm, but admittedly she said she is sleeping better. Being a very active and avid runner, she said the mattress was helping her recover quicker. She said it was probably due to sleeping more supported, which makes her sleep more soundly. Thank you BBD for improving our quality of life with your products!

My husband and I went in to the store a few months ago to price out beds to upgrade us to a King and get our 4 year old a twin size bed. Their staff was very knowledgeable and happy to educate us on what makes their beds better than your standard mattresses. We finally decided earlier this month it was time to order our new beds, there was a 2 week wait for delivery time, still seems like not long to get a custom made mattress, however I do know this time of year is pretty busy for them and their turn around time is usually much quicker. I was very impressed when the beds were delivered on 2/24 by the knowledge and professionalism of the delivery guy. We had already been happy with the staff from the store but I was amazed how great of a job the delivery guy had done - I would have to say the most pleasant and professional delivery guy I have every met. The customer service we have seen from everyone with this store has been A+. We have slept in our bed 3 nights now and it has been some of the best sleep we have had. Will go back to them again for all of our bed needs and for sure would recommend them to our friends and family. Also I should add that the price for a custom made bed wasn't much different then buying a pre-made bed from a big box store.

I have had some lackluster experiences with other furniture delivery/assembly lately, so the two gentlemen who delivered and set up my bed were a refreshing change. The only problem at this point is I want to be in bed all the time now!

The customer service is spectacular, the option of preparing the matre you want according to your needs is the best deal. The client chooses and if later you want to fix it or add comfort, you take it and they prepare it for you, they only charge you what they put on it at that moment. Good deals and ample parking. On this occasion a Queen and Twin were purchased. excellent.
