We bought a mattress here and exchanged it for a nicer one a couple months later. They were so helpful and easy to work with. Mike went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. He has a great personality and was not pushy at all. They gave us free sheets and discounted our bed. I highly recommend The Mattress Store if you are looking for a new mattress. The owner and the staff are fantastic to work with.

I had previously been a Mattress Firm fan but Michael Fisher changed all of that! His professionalism and dedication to helping people, especially us military retirees who really need good beds due to our injuries, was by far the best. So far, I have gladly made two purchases over 1K and enjoyed spending money every single time!

Every person we worked with was so cool which was really refreshing having gone to all the other local stores and dealt with unbelievable BS. We loved the price of both mattresses that we got (we got a steal on the guest bed) and when we found out it was locally owned that was just the icing on the cake. I live in Port Orchard and decided to buy the mattress from the Mattress Store so I didn’t have to spend time and gas going elsewhere. I’m happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the Mattress Store. The sales process was great and the delivery team were very friendly and courteous, and took my old mattress.

If you need a new bed, go to The Mattress Store in Port Orchard. Located on Bethal Rd. below the round-a-bout on the way to downtown. Tim is the owner and he is very knowledgeable and answered every question I asked. He doesn't rush and he let's you take as much time as you need to pick out the right bed for you. There are a lot of beds to choose from. Mine was delivered today. So far I love it! Bought an adjustable base for the first time. I can hardly wait to go to bed tonight. So, go see Tim, you'll be glad you did! I like to support local businesses.
