He wasn’t “pushy” and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we understood about the warranties and uniques features of the mattresses and frames. I stopped in to try out the mattresses for a warranty claim with Tempur-pedic, so I wasn’t there to actually buy anything. Alan was kind enough to help me every step of the way, even though it wouldn’t end up with a sale for the store. He walked me through the beds and talked to me while I tried each out for about 45 minutes. When it comes to replacement I will definitely be back and would highly recommend the store for anyone considering a purchase and weighing all the options available. Definitely helps when the entire Tempur line is available to test and the people are knowledgeable and honest about the trade offs!

The staff of store manager Kristina, John and Allen are exremely knowledgable and professional and help to ensure you make the best decision that is right for you. I needed to experience all the options in person. The team diligently helped me understand the differences in the product features and we came up with the perfect solution. My bed arrived earlier than anticipated and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The adjustable base makes all the difference in the world. If I go on vacation, I would want to take my bed with me! If I would have simply placed my order on line, I would not have made the right decisions. I strongly encourage you to visit the Tukwila team to ensure you find the perfect match in a non-pressure setting. Your tempurpedic purchase is a significant purchase and do not buy until you visit the Tukwila store. A tempurpedic is not one size fits all! Got to this showroom and find your perfect fit.

We shopped here this morning for a replacement mattress. This will be our second Tempur Pedic bed. (The first one lasted over 12 years.) No, these are not cheap discount mattresses but they are a worthwhile investment in a quality product that will help us sleep well and feel better for years to come. We got to test a wide variety of options in a private session with knowledgeable, no pressure support from our sales rep. This was a great experience.

We were previously approved for a warranty claim and we went to this location to look at the new models. We told Jonathan our situation that we were debating accepting the one for one trade that was offered to us or possibly upgrading. Regardless of our decision nothing would be bought from this store as it had to be done through the warranty department. Jonathan assisted us and answered our million questions just like you would expect as if we were buying. By far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Will definitely make the trip again to see Jonathan if we need to purchase in the future.

My Fiancé and I had been wanting to purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress for quite some time. We live in Tacoma and had visited a couple of mattress stores in our area prior and we did not have a good experience. The Sales people were pushy, not informative/educated about the products and were making up stories about prices going up to get us to buy now. We both agreed that taking the trip up to South Center was a better idea because we could see all the products and hopefully could get straight answers. We went to the store and were surprised at how nice and clean the showroom was compared to the other mattress stores that he had went to. It was seriously night and day. We met Alan and had many questions for him and he answered all of them gracefully. We really felt that Alan was very educated on all aspects of the mattress and warranty information. We also told him what we thought we wanted and he thoughtfully took us around to each type of mattress to ensure we got what we wanted. Alan took his time and let us know the difference of each one in depth and was not pushy at all. Alan also was more educated regarding the ergobase that we were not planning on purchasing. After Alan went through all of his information regarding the base and his demonstration we opted into purchasing this option as well an an upgraded mattress. This was such a pleasant experience and my only regret was visiting the other mattress stores in the beginning. This was a great experience and we are eager to be sleeping in our new mattress soon. Alan, thank you for everything we sincerely appreciate all the time and information that you gave us. If you are thinking about getting a Tempur-Pedic don't waste your time on going to other mattress places and just come to a flagship store from the get go, you will not be disappointed.

We arrived at the store seeking to find the closest to our loved Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody created in 2009. It has seen better days and Jonathan Tomlinson gave us a thorough description how the product has changed, yet preserved the qualities of conforming and motion isolation. As the smaller partner, the sleep time rodeo of being pulled into my partners gravitational force from my current mattress is completely remedied by the motion isolation that Tempur-Pedic is known for. Jonathan paired us up with the LuxeAdapt Firm and we are thrilled to get our new mattress. I highly recommend seeking out these experts in their low stress friendly environment. Great store! With Amazing Customer Service We bought two pillows for me and my partner Unfortunately, My pillow seems to me to firm I got a neck ache from it . Do you to Covid they don’t make any refunds when the item is open and been in your household so make sure to know it before you buy. I was so upset To know it . However their team especially manager Kristina was above and beyond! She provided an excellent customer service. She replaced my pillow (she did not take one which I open due to Covid) with Another one which has a softer surface. I was so pleased with the professionalism that I went online and bough Tempur-pedic mattress for my newborn. I’m loyal to this brand !

Edit: mattress is even better than the first night a few months in. They even sent me a personal thank you card! Amazing. Walked in about 30 minutes before closing. Was pretty quiet, which I suppose isn't very surprising. I chatted with the salesperson about my current mattress and what I was looking for. They suggested a few to check out. I really liked two of them and asked what the difference was. The salesperson was really candid about it being pretty subtle and suggested if I didn't feel a strong "this is the best mattress ever" feeling that I just go with the cheaper model. They were super helpful and my daughter and I were in an out with a mattress ordered and paid for within 30 minutes. Strongly recommend if you're looking for a great high-end mattress you check this place out!

Jonathan was by far one of the most kind, honest and patient people we have connected with. Our family came in for a private shopping hour which was super safe as my disabled mother felt comfortable with all of the safety precautions and didn't feel rushed. We visited the South Center Tempurpedic store which had Covid appointments only practices in place. Jonathan look after us right from the moment we stood outside the front door until we left. His service was exceptional both in terms of Covid precautions (e.g. mats and pillow sheets to use) and in his knowledge of mattresses. Normally mattress companies are obsessed with their own brands but Jonathan did a great job of explaining the different types and why Tempurpedic would be a really good fit us. We spend time talking about sleeping positions, softness of the mattress, the differences between those in store and a really good conversations about body heat whilst sleeping. We left without but without question will be buying a King Size ProAdapt this week. It was obvious from the conversation with Jonathan that it was worth paying the extra for to get a mattress that suits our needs.

Just trying them out, comparing quality vs. other competitors in the neighborhood and they win hands down should I ever decide to replace my current one. My wife and I recently purchased a Tempur-Adapt mattress and Ease adjustable frame from the Tempur-Pedic store in Tukwila, WA during the annual President's Day sale. We're very satisfied on all counts. The salesman, Eugen Barbu, was friendly, informative, and didn't pressure us. He even gave me a phone call after the purchase to let me know that I feature I'd wanted on the frame was available. The bed was delivered on schedule and the deliverers helped us dismantle and move our old bed upstairs. We're very happy with the mattress. I'm getting up less often at night and we both feel more rested in the morning. Victory!

I can only recommend this store in highest terms. My review is more about how I was treated as a customer rather than Tempur-Pedic products (which I obviously like since I purchased from them). I looked at Tempur-Pedic and at SleepNumber, and I purchased at Tempur-Pedic thanks to their product but equally important, thanks to Victor and Eugen from the Tukwila Flagship store who approached me and my wife as people, with great patience, and no sales pressure (contrary to our experience with their main competitor). They understand that selecting an expensive mattress (no hiding that fact either) is tricky and takes time. The "thank you for shopping with us"-note after getting our mattress was a nice personal touch underlining their personal involvement.
