Fantastic service and product! Tim is amazing to say the least. Only by Gods Grace could our timing have been more impeccable. We just happen to call him as we were coming in to town on our way to Canada and he was able to put together a mattress and box frames. Not to mention delivery to where we were staying for the night! I’m not saying this could be the case for everyone but his willingness to go the extra mile is beyond comprehension. I highly recommend this business and the product he sells.

Actually had my sons front bumper get knocked around and before replacing, we pulled over to secure it. Owner Tim came out with zip ties and a can do, can help mentality. Don’t need a mattress but urge any in area to use his store. Thanks again to the Good Samaritan.

Excellent customer service. I loved the way Tim demystified latex mattresses and explained to me how to pick one myself. Unbelievably, he manufactured and delivered our mattress the same day we purchased! It's the most comfortable mattress in our house and we purchased latex mattresses from Seattle mattress and bedrooms and more in the week prior.

I bought a mattress from here a few years ago that began having an issue. I reached out to Tim but did not hear back. Apparently he had my old number from when I purchased the mattress. He tracked down my new number and called me to rectify the situation. Great interaction.

Tim is excellent. He took the time to have a long conversation with me, stayed late to make me a custom mattress in a time crunch, and sold me the mattress at a better price than was originally quoted after I agreed to the higher price just because he saw that I needed the help. I've never been so touched by the kindness of someone working at a storefront. Absolutely amazing.

I had a really solid experience with Seattle Satural Mattress to help me create a custom bed for my adventure camper van. The process was very smooth and I learned a lot about the different types of materials you can use for mattresses. My van is a small space so I didn't want off gassing from other types of materials. We developed a cool bed and couch combo using the natural latex and cotton covers. Everyone who sits down and lays back on the new camper van couch bed loves it! I would rather sleep in my van on the new bed than at home 😁. Sleep is everything in your life so invest in quality. Support this local small business where you can get customer service in actually speak to a human in person about your bed project. I highly recommend visiting. Thanks, Tim

I can't say more about my experience at Seattle Natural Mattress! My sister and I originally met with the owner, Tim Ley, in March 2014. Tim was very down to earth and extremely funny! He answered all our questions about latex mattresses (even the silly ones)! He didn't "pressure" us to buy. He even recommended that we shop around at his competitors, giving us a couple of nearby addresses. About a week later, I placed my order with Tim. I live in Roseburg, Oregon (which is about 7 hours from Seattle). So, we arranged to meet in Portland for me to pick up my mattress. The mattress wasn't as firm as I thought I wanted, so Tim "remade" the mattress in a firmer option and picked up the original mattress and delivered the firmer option. He came all the way to Roseburg! Talk about customer service! Buy from Seattle Natural Mattress! You'll be very glad you did!

Genuinely the best place you could possibly go to buy a mattress. Both the product and customer service are beyond what you could expect from anywhere else. The mattresses are all organic, chemical and glue free hand made here in Seattle by a straightforward gentlemen who clearly cares deeply about his product and people and after visiting a few other places that had more options in larger price ranges I am sincerely thankful I found here. I paid slightly more than my initial set out budget but I got a quality mattress that I'm delighted by (that would have easily cost me 2x-3x as much elsewhere) instead of a disappointing one for a couple hundred dollars less. Seriously do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Here it is, as succinct as I can make it: (1) Tim the owner is a top notch low pressure but highly informed ORGANIC LATEX BED pro. (2) He assists you in trying out various formulations of components of bed {support layer} and {topper layer} firmness levels until you go WOW, "I'm floating on a cloud"... (3) He discusses variations such as should the Topper be combined inside with the support section or separate with its own cover, so you the customer get all of the variations to make your personal best decision. (4) He then personally delivers and sets up the mattress after personally building the components for you himself, all with great attention to detail (just look at his organic cotton covers to see what I am saying, they are well made and well stitched. (5) Did I mention his pricing is as good or better than an online price, not kidding. CONCLUSION: The best experience, buying the best product, from the best guy, for the best price..!!!
