My mom was dealing with vertigo while shopping and they both took their time while helping us and allowed my mom to be able to find the perfect mattress. I actually went in recently to make a payment on the mattress I bought from Christopher and wound up buying a second for my guest bedroom after talking to Jim. That's how great the service was. Just needed to thank Chris at the MattressFIRM store in Woodinville, Wa. I stopped in on 10/5 to begin my research only, on purchasing a new mattress. It had been 6 or 7 months since I had slept completely through the night on my existing mattress. Chris provided me with one of the most comprehensive, professional customer service experiences I had encountered in an extremely long time. He was patient, knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled in his presentation. The short story is I bought the bed that day, that he and I determined would be a good fit, a good value, and possibly the healthiest choice for me. That mattress arrived last Saturday morning, and I have slept through the night, each night since it arrived. Thank you, Chris. I appreciated your time. My mattress buying experience can be described in one word, fun! The store was clean, and there were a myriad of mattresses to test. The most important and most impactful part of my 5 star experience, began with my sales associate. From the moment I walked in the door, April was on task! April took the time to thoroughly educate me on the important details related to the many modern mattresses on the showroom floor. April took the time to allow for a full scale mattress comparison, whilst helping to remind me which features I preferred, as we moved through the brands, and specific models. In the end, I chose to go with a completely different type of mattress, and I’m very happy with my decision. I felt like my decision was more of a collaborative effort, due in part, to how committed April was in getting me solid information and useful facts about each brand and model tested. I never thought I’d end up purchasing a Purple mattress, but once I was shown how the bed base unit provides so many options, it was a no brainer! Now I’m eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new Purple bed with the power platform. This setup includes power tilt function for the back and the legs, and even has a power massage feature which I’m greatly looking forward to using after workouts and mountain bike rides. My advice for anyone looking to make a mattress purchase, GO SEE APRIL!!! You’ll get a terrific sales experience, end up with a great mattress, and have fun in the process! We came to the Woodinville Mattress Firm after the Purple Mattress we bought at the Canyon Park didn’t work out for us. We had such a better experience at the Woodinville location! Our sales guy, Clay, spent easily over an hour with us trying out each mattress, assessing our alignment in various sleep positions, and even figuring out the right height settings for the adjustable base. I clearly didn’t even know what questions to ask at the first time around. Definitely worth driving a bit farther to go to this location.

It was a very one on one experience, him walking me through tons of options and I had in my mind what a good bed was, and we found it quickly. Clay listened to my price point, and showed me many options there. Although I just couldn't resist one in a higher range. He layed out all my payment options clearly, and helped my specific case where my credit wasn't very built up. He stressed his availability to answer any questions and explained anything I didn't fully understand clearly. Alexa took such great care of us! Like many people we had delayed purchasing a mattress due to covid. We are so grateful we finally decided to shop. They have their covid protocol figured out. Masks are required and they have disposable covers for you to lay on when testing the mattresses. They also use spray sanitizer to clean mattresses between visitors.
