We came in this weekend looking for a mattress and were not disappointed! We had great experience from David when we came in just looking for a mattress. He was very respectful of this (although he said he didn't make commission anyways) and was respectful of our budget. He showed us a couple mattresses that were in our budget and met the qualities we were looking for. We came back in the next day to buy the mattress and were also met with a very professional sales rep who respected the discount David had given us and gave us a mattress cover at a good discount too. We then went to another location to pick up the mattress and were met with yet again another professional sales rep who quickly helped us get loaded and be on our way. We'd definitely buy from this place again.

Since the pandemic, there has been shortage of workers, and companies have been hiring 'just anybody' who don't know what they're doing, not working hard enough, just clocking in and out, and etc. But Jason and Christiana at this location are amazingly good at what they are doing. They have great expertise to refer to and ask questions to make the best purchase decisions. They are also greatly talented to make good rapport with customers with their great personalities. The company should appreciate having them as their employees. I see the employees like them are truly valuable assets for the company. I am glad that I went there to spend thousands of dollars. Jason showed me the whole new world of adjustable bed, and it will definitely improve the quality of my life.

Amazing experience with Hayley. She is so awesome. We bought 4 mattresses from her and she explained the best deals and was a pleasure to work with. We left Macys feeling annoyed with the salesperson and came here just to look, but ended up buying because she was so knowledgeable and not pushy.
