Wilson was amazing!!! A while back, I went to another company and felt rushed into selecting a mattress. It turned out to be awful - harder than I wanted, unable to be exchanged, and wore out within just a couple years. So this time, I had lots of questions and wanted to try EVERYTHING before making a decision. Wilson was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and just a delightful human being to talk to. He took the time to ask about what we needed, walk us through the various features of the different models, and answer every question we had. And, as the only employee in the store, he did so while managing multiple customers at the same time. I went in expecting to buy a certain new/popular/expensive brand, which he gladly showed us. But he also showed us several others to help us make sure we would be happy with our choice - both more and less expensive than what we came in to look at. Surprisingly, we chose one that was literally HALF the cost of the one I walked in to buy. It was just the one that felt the best, and the price point allowed us to add some lovely extras like an adjustable frame and premium pillows. I can’t wait to get it. And I’m so thankful we got to work with Wilson in the process.

Came in to the store with an idea, not totally sure what I really wanted though. Don was awesome! Greeted us at the door and was very welcoming! He talked to me about all the wants I had and listened to my sleeping issues to help narrow things down. Gave me many options, even went back and forth to the other store with us. Tested out some mattresses I had never seen and gave me different opinions and stories from other customers to help. Had some great laughs with him as well. Great guy, great salesman and a genuinely good experience. Never rushed me or coaxed me to buy something I didn't want. Would definitely work with him again!

Called several mattress stores. Couldn’t get anybody to talk to me. Don answered the phone at the mattress firm. Told me to carry something out there was stock available at their other store that I could walk out with. And that’s what I needed and he told me the gentleman there would help me. So I went into the store he told me in the service was excellent and his knowledge of the product was phenomenal. That individual was Wilson. They worked with my budget to give me the best bed I could afford. Thanks guys you were great

Wilson was awesome, he made the mattress shopping experience incredibly pleasant. He took the time with use to demonstrate all the products he thought fit how we described our sleep habits...and laughed at my bad jokes ;-) He must have spent 2-hours with us as we agonized over what felt right, going down the details of bringing various pillows for demo. While the mattress still needs some breaking in I feel it will serve us well for years to come. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I arrived early and it was my second trip to purchase a mattress set at Mattress Firm located in the Landing in Renton, Washington. Right away, Daryl was ready to help by showing me a variety of different beds in various price ranges. He asked me good questions and offered me a break on pricing for delivery as I wanted the mattress right away. I was able to purchase the bed that day and have delivery within three days! The outstanding service with product knowledge combined with careful questions that demonstrated Daryl’s professionalism made this a positive shopping experience. I’ll be honest, I had no idea what I was getting myself into with my first purchase of a mattress, but Donald really made the entire experience very easy as he was as incredibly informative as he was friendly. He truly made the entire ordeal a cinch and even offered us a free mattress to use until ours came in! My partner needed a new mattress, so we stopped by Mattress Firm after lunch (her first “big” mattress purchase, not much prior research, etc). Immediately we were greeted by Pesha, who was *very* attentive to my partner’s needs (we determined she wanted a firmer mattress) and encouraged us to consider factors we never knew existed, like break-in time or frame selection. Furthermore, the staff is required to spend 200 hours of extensive education regarding the “sleep health” side of this industry—these folks are true experts 👍. Without Pesha, this experience could’ve been an absolute consumer nightmare—but thanks to her (and Diego, sup!) my partner found her “dream mattress” for well under half our starting budget😮. I had a decent experience at this mattress firm. Daryl assisted me. I wasn't looking to spend a lot nor was I looking to go super cheap on a mattress. Daryl had lots of recommendations and knowledge on the different mattresses in store. I ended up purchasing one that has lots of bad reviews online! I called Daryl with my concerns, and he assured me that I made a good choice and there are options on swapping it out if I don't like it, it was comforting. I love mattress firm. I purchased a mattress that didn’t work out and James down in the Renton landing was excellent at facilitating the return of the mattress I purchased. Jerry was equally awesome. I had placed an order for mattresses for our beach house and decided to wait until after Surgery in February to resume a mattress search, as my pain level was not allowing me to clearly judge whether a mattress was a good fit. The return on my account was a breeze and Jerry even gave me a screaming deal on an adjustable base. During these returns I kept expecting attitude or sales pitches to keep my money, but never, not once, did I experience anything but politeness. These two are definitely a big asset to the company and the company is truly ethical.

I went to Mattress Firm because I was at Macys and never got acknowledgment that I was in the store or help. Kristie delivered and was such a pleasure to work with. Laurie at the Renton Landing store was incredible. Not only was she knowledgeable and incredibly informed about thr science of sleep but she was also super sweet and nice and let me lay on practically every single mattress they had until I found the absolutely perfect one! She really went above and beyond my expectations and it was probably one of the easiest and most enjoyable customer service experiences I've ever had. And I worked retail myself for a decade! Honestly never expected buying a mattress to be so fun but I was very pleasantly surprised thanks to Laurie. Give that lady a promotion and a raise bc she's GOLD. I thought buying a top of the line mattress would leave me feeling price tag reflux, but I feel great. That kinda sales talent is rare and it was all Laurie. Hooked me up with a great mattress and a great monthly price point I can actually afford and I left feeling confident and pleased with my investment in my sleep health. I had ordered a mattress as a gift, and it was out of stock due to supplier, so they upgraded me to a model that was 400$ more for free and refunded my delivery fee. I had to purchase a mattress for my senior parents to be delivered to assisted living. I live out of state and had to do it all over the phone. Pesha was incredible. I told him what I was looking for and was able to freely check several options. We took a quiz to determine what type mattress might work best for me and he answered every question I had!! He also assured me of the sanitizing of the mattresses being tested. I'll be getting my mattress delivered tomorrow and looking forward to it. Daryl (store manager) was quick to greet my wife and I and quickly showed us mattresses that fit our criteria. We were looking for a mattress that was going to last us for a while so quality was a main concern. Daryl was able to point out a few mattresses that he thought would be a good match for us. My husband and I had been researching mattresses online and needed to feel the difference between different styles, but...COVID. We went to this Mattress Firm and noticed that they did indeed allow customers in the store by appointment only, to minimize contact. We went and saw Arthur and he educated us so well on the different types of mattresses (spring, memory foam, coil, etc) and i felt safe in the way we were allowed to "test" the mattresses. I very much appreciated that Arthur knew out budget and while he pointed out higher quality/priced mattresses, he certainly didn't push them on us! We actually got a great deal on the mattress we bought, a better mattress we intended to get, but at the price we wanted to spend! Even during the check out process when I asked about mattress covers and protectors, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but not at all pushy in any way!! Our mattress was delivered the following day and we were happy with the delivery process as well. Why buy a mattress any where else?

My salesman was Tony and he did a perfect job helping me find the right mattress. First things First. Alex Cooke. Awesome! He is the ONLY reason for a 5 star review. Otherwise i would be leaving 1 star for Bellingham store 3 star for Monroe store 5 star for Sealy chill plush hybrid And 3 star for Purple 4 hybrid mattress If you buy a bed from mattress firm... Make the drive to Renton. Our experience was a nightmare that started in Bellingham. Then went to Monroe. Endured and ended in Renton. After 3 different beds... 3 deliveries. 2 of which were a joke.... And thousands of dollars (8k +) ... We finally ended up with a split king purple 4 hybrid. First. It took a lifetime to even get the bed and frame and sheets etc... Weeks on end... Repeated phone calls. Delays. Delivery snafus ...lies! When we did get the bed.... All complete. 2. we were sold a mattress (Sealy) on the wrong power foundation ( mattress firm 300).. Which could potentially void the warranty due to manufacturer specific requirements. And then found out it was not even the correct mattress delivered (firm vs plush).... We wondered why this plush bed needed a gel topper!! I paid 200.00 for from Amazon. It shouldn't. Only explanation was a firm version deliver rather than the purchased plush. They look identical. ... I still think the Sealy chill plush is the most comfortable mattress i laid on in the showroom. But couldn't risk not getting the right one.... The second time around. So we endured the weeks it took to get the first bed.... It was delivered with out sheets and protector.... So the bed Sat in our room for weeks while we waited for the final delivery. Per the 120 night guarantee. Your not supposed to use the bed without the protector and sheets. Or possible not exchange. Then finally after we got the sheets and protector... We used the bed. Horrible!!! Not the same as the showroom.... Why? Because of reasons above. Wrong power frame. Wrong mattress.etc.... So then finally after a few weeks.... I was in the landing parking lot.... Saw the mattress firm store and decided to go In there and explain the situation. Luck had it. Alex was there .... He listened to my whole issues..... And got to work fixing the problem. Between poor service at Bellingham store. The shipping issues between the Bellingham and Monroe store.... The contrasting stories. Excuses that we were told by multiple sales reps. Finally we got great service... A person who listens and doesn't lie... And a new bed and power foundation correct for the mattress. Alex ended up solving the issues.... Handled the return process . exchanges and financial details. The delivery was another story. Not great. Delivery person didn't even know how to do set up and installation. I had to coach him thru the instructions.... 3 hr process of delivery. And install... The second time delivery..... 3rd delivery was a little better.... But still awkward. Bed is crooked in our bedroom. We'll figure it out. End of story. Alex Cooke saved the day. Regards to the sales and service Simple recap 1. Bellingham store sucks 2. Sealy chill plush mattress 5 star 3. Monroe store difficult to deal with... Except for the woman manager was fantastic and helpful at the end. With getting the bedding. 4. Renton landings Alex Cooke stellar performance. Should be promoted to sale rep trainer. 5. But i am exhausted throughout this process... So i am just accepting the purple. Its a Jello mold.... Squiggle wiggle mattress.... And not plush at all ... Really a medium at best. Hard to explain. Great for watch tv. So so for sleeping.... Side sleeper. 6ft1 inch 235lbs

The person helping us get our bed initially was very helpful, but the mattress just wasn't working out for us so I went back (within the time limit) to talk to them about a trade-in. I was quite heavily pressured to go back and give it another try. I did, for a month or more, and it just hurt too much so I came back again. Again, I was pressured to give it another shot, and we left. Now, a few months later, and I have pain every morning in my ribs and back. I tried to see if there was anything they could do but they said they're locked out after the 130 days. I understand that, but it just feels like it was a sales tactic that took advantage of my lack of knowledge about how fast mattresses are supposed to soften up, and I'm kind of bummed about it.
