We had a wonderful experience at this location and had amazing support and customer service provided to us by Drake. He was very knowledgeable about their entire inventory and asked us thorough questions to get to know exactly what we were looking for. We never once felt like he was pressuring us or trying to upsell us. Drake answered all of our questions and helped us learn more in depth about our options. The store itself was very clean and organized. We appreciated our experience and left feeling very good about our purchase. Definitely recommend for people to go here if you’re looking for a mattress.

The thing about mattress shopping is, you don't really know how complicated the process is until you need a new bed. You think, "It's a bed. I sleep on it. It can't be that complicated." Then you step inside and you're inundated with options and the whole process becomes overwhelming. I expected this when I went into Mattress Firm but to my surprise, there was a wonderful woman named Linda Miles there, and she made my experience absolutely stress free. She took my husband and me around the store, asking us about our needs, how we slept, etc, and had us try on beds that were perfect for us. She's incredibly knowledgeable and made no effort to pressure us into a sale. I could tell she wanted to make sure we were confident in our choice, and thanks to her, we were! Anyone who buys or considers buying a mattress from Linda will be in great hands. Now, when people ask me how I sleep at night, I'll get to tell them, "I sleep great." Thanks Mattress Firm!

They not only do price and gift matching… they have a 120day price guarantee. Add on to that that they don’t landfill returned mattresses they instead resell at discounts, donate, and recycle. And then the representative that assisted us was amazing. I believe their name was Stev0 and they normally work in the Puyallup stores? Honestly I feel like we lucked out that someone was sick today and I’d tell people to drive the extra bit to Puyallup just for him. I was very nervous about someone being pushy or creepy or sketchy. This person was just nice, funny, honest, and helpful. Very helpful. They didn’t rush us at all. They didn’t force information we didn’t care about on us. Etc. Honestly, they made me kinda wish we were friends. Good human. Fantastic customer service. Neat store policies. Next mattress I’ll be visiting them.

Very knowledgeable salesman, Drake. He was not pushy but very patient..... We even took about 2 hours to figure out what we wanted which ended up being the Purple Mattress. Drake was also able to work in some discounts to our purchase. This was especially helpful because we went with the top of the line Purple Mattress. The selection at this location....North Federal Way....was ginormous! It appeared to me that they have an excellent mattress selection for about any budget.

I came in looking for a pillow and I was greeted quickly, kindly, and professionally by a store associate named Jerry. He assisted me with finding the perfect pillow by allowing me to try every pillow available at the location! I was given the space and time I needed to make my decision and find something I am happy with. Just got me and my daughter some new beds. We had spent all of our money on our move, and I work full time, so it was hard to organize a buy for what we were looking for. The Staff, Linda and Tommy, helped so much. They stayed within my price range and helped me organize a delivery, and found the right beds for us. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I’m giving this 5 stars is because of Jerry!! Went to this location over Labor Day weekend, and had the most pushy, know-it-all sales person! It was so bad that we ended up purchasing the mattress (we were told was the right fit for us) online. Once it arrived it was terrible! We had to go back to find a bed to exchange, otherwise we would’ve been out $600 ($500 restocking fee & $99 pickup fee)! We were so stressed that we would have to deal with the same person, or someone like them. When in fact we had the experience we’d hoped for from the start!! Jerry was so knowledgeable, super easy going, he didn’t hover over us, presented so many options to help eliminate all the fees we would’ve been hit with had we proceeded with a online exchange. If you go to buy from Mattress Firm (which I DO NOT RECOMMEND, there are two other smaller places locally that have the same products minus the Purple) make sure to call ahead, and make sure Jerry’s there to help you find just what you need.

I had a wonderful experience getting my new bed at Mattress Firm! I entered and was greeted by Olivia who gave me the attention I needed along with the correct suggestions to hone in on the best mattress for me, as well as some specials they had available. After a bit, Drake also chimed in with some suggestions and before long I was really cruising with a ton of info to sort out. I was going to wait 'til after the weekend but I felt good about what we'd selected and decided to jump on the deal and make it happen. This was on a Friday. On Tuesday it was delivered (I chose that date because I'd be home) and the delivery was between "12:15-2:15" which was very accurate as they arrived at 1:15pm. The two gentlemen who brought my mattress and adjustable frame up were very polite and you could tell they were super knowledgeable about their job. They worked efficiently and politely and I think the whole thing took about 20 min from opening their truck door to leaving me with putting my sheets on my bed. All-in-all I had a very pleasant experience buying from them and I highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks everyone! :)

This review is more about the experience and customer service and not the product, since it hasn't been long enough to break in: Olivia was very welcoming when we arrived. She gave us a quick test to gauge what type of bed we were looking for and she pointed out several options that were all pretty great! She respected COVID rules made sure we were good on every bed we tried and she was SUPER patient with us. Our old mattress was from an online dealer so we never got to try it before buying it, so going to a mattress store and trying out ALL the options is very time consuming. Olivia made sure she was available to answer all our questions for each bed we tried. She was very informative and as we started to eliminate beds we didn't like she was able to adjust and suggest other beds as we started to figure out more of what we liked. She was a very positive person and was very relatable! Overall it was a great experience and we are still breaking in our new Beauty Rest! Reviews on the product doesn't seem great, but after trying so many beds, every person is different. Mattress firm has a trial period and warranties so we will see how it goes once its all broken in!

He kept my budget in mind and worked with me to find the best mattress and frame for me. He even scheduled delivery for the same day! The delivery team was just as awesome. I went in Mattress Firm to get a President’s Day sale Serta twin bed that I really needed. On arrival I was met by a very nice sales lady ready to help me find what I was looking for. She did just that then proceeded with showing me the great sale price and we carried on to the few additions that I wanted. She assisted me in getting the headboard online that I was looking for, which was priced to my budget. The sales lady fully explained all the details of my purchase and I left the store completely satisfied that I made the right decision- a very happy customer.

There was 1 person working at the time I walked in. She was with a customer, and acknowledged me when she looked up and said "I'd be right with you". This is huge in my book since very few salespeople will acknowledged someone else while with a another customer. They must feel they'll miss out on a sale if they take their eyes off that customer. As far as the product, this is my 3rd time making a purchase from them since prices and customer service are both good.

I made two separate trips to their store... the first time to try out beds- where Jerry was patient, not pushy and explained the differences in the mattresses. My mom and I came in tonight to Mattress Firm to purchase her a new bed. We were immediately greeted with a smile and welcome. Hayley introduced herself and asked us our names which we appreciated. There is nothing worse than being addressed as, "honey", "sweetie" and so forth. We told Hayley what we were looking for and she was full of knowledge about the available mattresses to try out. She made sure my mom was safe when getting on/off the beds and provided a pillow for her. My mom has obvious mobility issues and Hayley caught onto this. She then suggested we could get a shorter box spring for the ease and safety of my mom since it would be lower to the ground. My mom had just been discharged from the hospital due to a fall from her bed which Hayley wasn't aware of. We didn't even know these existed until Hayley suggested such. She moved around several mattresses for us, then grabbed the shorter box spring to test out as well and let us know they offer an even shorter one should it still have been too high. My mom is on a fixed income and wanted the best quality for her dollar. Without prompting, Hayley checked the inventory for the same mattress and box spring in their outlet and in addition showed us their value mattresses as well. We went with the more expensive mattress as it was the perfect one for my mom. Hayley explained the delivery process in detail, noted that they are to take my mom's current mattress and set her new bed up for her when it's delivered. She went over the details of the sale, confirmed the delivery address and contact information. In addition, she relayed the warrantee for the mattress and the 120-day trial period. This location is lucky to have Hayley as she was great to work with, patient and did not rush our decision with cheesy sales pitches, etc. My mom and I had been to a couple places prior and didn't enjoy the process.

My first experience, at another location, was not the best. The sales person seemed uninterested in helping me. She basically said "they didn't have what I was looking for." I almost went to a competing store, but came across this location by accident. I decided to go in just in case. I'm so happy I did. Jerry was attentive as soon as we walked in the door. He asked all of the right questions to determine what I had in mind and my budget. Although, what I originally had my eye on online was not available in store, Jerry showed me similar options. Within a few minutes, we found the mattress to fit our needs, but I wanted to step away for lunch to mull it over. I immediately returned, purchased my mattress, mattress protector, and frame, and picked it up from the warehouse within the hour! Now, normally I do not make decisions to purchase big items this quickly (especially given my initial experience earlier that day). Jerry made me feel at ease and confident about my purchase. I called the store at about 430pm to check if they had the mattress I wanted in stock. They were super helpful and I ended up using their pay through email link to order it. Unfortunately, their delivery services were full for a few days so they said I could pick it up anytime before 7 from the warehouse. I wasn’t going to be able to make it before 7, so I was sending my dad. I called to double check that was fine and they said the warehouse wouldn’t hand off the mattress unless the persons name was on the receipt. So, my new plan was to pick it up in the morning. A little bit later, the store called back to say they would make an exception to help me out. They were super kind and helpful throughout my whole purchase! Highly recommend!

As for the delivery process was accurate and easy too you receive an automated call the day before and then another automated call several minutes before the truck arrives. Jesus and his Co worker (I dont know your name sorry) came and delivered our stuff with his mask and protective gear, everything arrived in order and had no headaches during this weird time that we are living in now with Corona Virus. UPDATE: After I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge on grounds of quality, I received a call from the store manager, Joe. He was very kind and understanding, and we came to a resolution that we were both satisfied with. I'm changing my review based upon the customer service received. Came in to Mattress Firm to purchases mattresses for our kids' twin over full bunk beds. Told sales person what I needed and he directed me to a mattress. We tested the twin sample and agreed to purchase at the asking price. The full mattress felt completed different being on slats of a bunk bed than the twin on the nice box spring and frame we tested in the store. Called the store back a few days later to tell them I would like to return due to the quality. I was told I had to keep trying it for three weeks which I understood. However, it would be an 20% restocking fee AND they had to pick it up which was another $80 fee. Very disappointing experience and I don't plan to ever purchase from them again.

I happened to drop into Sleep Train on a Wednesday afternoon with my partner while we were running errands. We were getting by with our old bed, but weren't getting quality sleep due to the lack of quality in our bed set. I decided I wanted to take a look around and see what our options were. Katie greeted us as soon as we walked in. She let us take a look around and came to assist at just the right time. She asked us all of the right questions to help reveal which mattress would suit us best. Once we narrowed it down to a couple of mattresses that we liked, she gave us some space to let us discuss which one we liked better. I totally loved the no-pressure approach. We ended up making a decision on which one we preferred, at which point Katie asked if we wanted to see if we were pre approved for financing. We decided to go ahead with that and got approved for well over the price of our purchase. She informed us that she could set up delivery for that Friday (two day lead time.. Wow!). Unfortunately, the guys delivered the wrong color bed frame, but we received the correct color the very next day and they assembled and set everything up for us. I had ZERO intentions of walking out of there with a brand new mattress and bed frame! Nonetheless, we have our new bed and we LOVE it! I only have positive things to say about Katie, the store, and the service. Excellent experience! I'm really impressed and recommend Sleep Train to anyone who needs a new mattress and/or bed frame.

He was patient and attentive with my father, assisting him in and out of each mattress, and discussing the benefits of them all.
