He was super helpful through the entire process, really knowledgeable about all the products that Mattress Firm had to offer. I can't imagine having a better experience buying a bed, he helped me find a bed that felt perfect and worked with me to get me a great price on not only the bed, but all the accessories as well.

She helped me find the best mattress and helped upgrade my base for my new bed and was so helpful in explaining all the features. Great variety of mattresses from many different manufacturers. Great pricing, same as only or factory outlet stores. Sara did a great job in helping us find the right mattress for our daughter. No pressure, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!

One of the best retail experiences I’ve had was here with Pesha. She listened to my needs, walked me through options, was patient as I checked out different mattresses and at the end she found me a great mattress and base, right on budget, and made the entire experience a breeze. Even though she was the only one working, she treated everyone that came in with respect and patience, while making it clear she would check in on other customers while you tried a bed and return to you. Highly recommend!

We walked in and were instantly greeted even though both associates were busy. We appreciate being welcomed from the start. We knew what we wanted. Kristiana helped us as soon as she was free. She is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get our order placed! The process took maybe 10mins. Thankful they can get it delivered before the holiday weekend so our guests can be comfortable! They are having a great sale! If you’re looking for a new mattress, box spring, pillows or just a simple frame; I’d say check them out!

What a great experience at this location! The manager, Kristiana, made the process of choosing a mattress stress free and very comfortable. I was overwhelmed by the choices when I walked in, but Kristiana was exceedingly knowledgeable about the products, was a kind and attentive listener, and patiently answered all my questions. I felt cared for and am so grateful for her help in guiding me to the mattress that was the best fit for me. Sleep is important! Pecha at the Creekside store was amazing! I am having a hip surgery early next week and my existing adjustable base was broken and left in an uncomfortable position. She guided me to a new base that I could afford and she arranged for it to be delivered in 2 days!! Thank you for your wonderful help! The delivery was on time and the courteous delivery personnel set up the base quickly. They also moved the old base to another area because I could not physically move it myself. Great experience!!! Overall, my experience at the Redmond, WA mattress firm was very good. The sales associate who helped me, Kristiana, was knowledgeable and accommodating to all my questions. I was able to take my time and try out many different styles and firmnesses. The only reasons I give the store a 4 instead of a 5 is that they need more desktop computers, better wifi and more staff so more customers can be assisted at the same tome.

Kristiana was great! When I buy a mattress in the future, I will contact her first for the following reasons: I already knew what I wanted and had a specific budget to work with. She made sure to find a deal, from one month ago, that was from a mattress firm we had previously visited in Issaquah and applied the discounts to our mattress order today. Also, she did not suggest items or specials outside of what I could afford. Overall, she was very knowledgeable and also pleasant to talk with outside of mattress topics, with an easy-going and no pressure attitude. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone that is looking for this type of experience when buying a new mattress and/or sleep products.

If you’re looking for a new mattress, this is BY FAR the best place to get one! I got the pleasure of working with Kristiana and she helped me pick out the right mattress for me! I have had trouble sleeping for years now and she took her time getting to know me and my issues. She asked me very personal questions which made it easier to be more comfortable opening up about my sleeping issues so that she can pin point the problem. After a good amount of time, I found the perfect mattress she recommended and I cannot wait to have it at my home! I highly recommend that if anyone comes here they get Kristiana. She’s worth the wait! When I come back to report my sleeping improvement, I hope to see her in a managers position because she’s qualified and well over due for a promotion! Thanks again Kristiana!

Hands down best mattress buying experience all thanks to Kristiana! My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress after moving. We were not excited to have to go mattress shopping and expected to leave bummed with how much we spent. We walked into mattress firm knowing very little about mattresses and just knowing we wanted to spend a general budget. Mattress Firm and Kristiana changed our whole view on mattress buying and made us both super excited about our new mattress. From the moment we walked in the door, she took the time to understand us and our needs and budget.
