I bought the dreamiest leather couch from these guys about six months ago. They were super helpful and kind. Setting up the delivery (through the company they recommend) was seamless. I got such an amazing deal on my couch and am so thankful I stopped by.

Great deals can be had, every month all the pieces are discounted another 10%. Check the stock often. March 2022, found some additional pieces at a great value. Staff was friendly and load staff were helpful.

The staff was busy, but they found time to help out when we needed the help. They also got us in, and out, really quick once we decided on what we wanted. The prices were fair, and the furniture was in really good shape given the discount. Definitely will be back for future needs, and I certainly recommend the shop.

Wife & I got two pieces of a couch, and then a single piece to another couch and they just so happened to fit together. All-in-all, got a whole couch for a little under $300. It may look a little strange, but it's perfect.

Customer service staff were very helpful. We had specific measurements for the piece we were looking for and they helped us measure furniture. We saw some sofas we liked and they helped us figure out all of the features, including the ones we weren't aware of.

We just moved and have gone here a few times in the past few weeks. Every time we go in, there are new pieces, and lots of things are gone. There’s a quick turnaround, so if you don’t like something one week, it could be worth checking again the next week. I purchased a swiveled armchair that just had a few loose threads; MSRP over $900, and I got it for $400. Very spacious, and you don’t feel like the employees are hovering over you at all, but if you have a question, they are very helpful! They’ll hold your furniture for up to a week, and you need to transport it from there yourself (delivery app available, but it’s not direct through them). When I picked my chair up, one of the employees picked it up wearing gloves, and carried it to the car! Friendly service, good prices and deals, constantly updated selection, clean and open space.

Alot of good deals on odd and ends furniture pieces and sets. Mainly special order returns or miss shipping items. But gret if you have a knack for design.

I like this place a lot. While they many times won't have what you're looking for, it is basically a treasure hunt. They however always have amazing deals on mattresses, and are the West Coast return center for Purple within peoples' first 100 days of purchase. I bought my Purple 3 here for $412 practically brand new (no marks, no dirt, new). They have nice couches and large accent rugs also for very good deals.

Always find something worth bringing home. Was searching for a full size mattress snd they were out. I ended up purchasing a cute storage chair. Note: Bring your own hauling vehicle they do not offer delivery but a delivery app is available.

I have to give this store a 5 star because of Steve Amato, an employee who works there. Me and my husband went there to buy a couch and he went beyond and above to help us, he is so professionally trained and knows he’s job very well. Very good prices. I am a broke college student and could easily afford a nice bed frame. A furniture sales associate named Steve helped me out so much. Great prices, great service, and Great products! I would give it more stars if it let me!

We got a leather sectional and it looks great. But when it arrived the delivery people broke a leg of a sofa and claimed it was already broken at store which is NOT true. We have tested everything during the purchase and these guys mishandled and broke it. We couldn't even complain as it was clearance and no returns. I would have given 5 stars if their shipment and handling was good. After all they charged 200 $ for shipment... I would suggest the customers to be careful here. Make sure to know the Condition before it gets shipped or make your own shipment

Very good service. Their staff: Brian gave up his own lunch time and was very patient and helped me to select the furniture I liked carefully until after work. Their manager was also very friendly and gave help and support.

I love Macy's, and this clearance store makes me love it a bit more. That alone would cause me to give it a 5 star rating. The store employees are pleasant and friendly. The deduction of one star is due to the fact that this store doesn't have an online page...it redirects to main site. I understand that due to the frequent change in merchandise that's why, but it it would be good to have a page that changes in realtime and so you can online order instead of making the trip. Just my thought

To all the idiots buying super discounted items then complaining there is no return policy. Do you see the Macy's across the street? This is where the returns for that store end up, as well as display and damaged items. If you are new to thrift shopping let me explain it. Someone returns a basically new furniture item. They can't sell it as new but they also don't have room for it in their furniture gallery. So it goes somewhere else, sorta like Nordstrom Rack. Do your research before spending hundreds of dollars next time. You can get great deals here, I have been buying my mattress here for years. Go over to the furniture gallery across the street and figure out what one you want then walk over and pick it up for a fraction of the price, downside? No returns.

The store is nothing fancy, but full of a lot of clearance items. Mostly sofas/couches/sectionals with a dedicated mattress section. Tons of rugs, but very sparse selection of bedroom items.

This is the Macy's Clearance Furniture Gallery, and the show room was a open room and you can go look a room full of furniture that has been marked on clearance for whatever reason. It can be a missing leg on a chair or a small scratch on leather. We didn't find what we wanted, but this is the only clearance gallery in the Northwest.
