Had an awesome experience with Mattress Firm! Brady took great care of us and we walked out feeling like we got everything we needed/wanted for a fantastic price! We had a good idea of what we were looking for when we came in and Brady took that into consideration when he talked through and showed us our options so we didn’t feel like we were being “sales pitched”, if that makes sense. So excited for our new mattress and adjustable base to be delivered! We will be recommending them to everyone!

A most excellent location to buy mattresses! I went in with zero expectation (because I'm clueless in this area), but Lisa, the store manager, was incredibly friendly and very discerning about my needs in a mattress. I have back and hip problems, and she was quickly able to sift through which ones would be a good fit. She even made the financing option seem less scary, which is great for someone who has never done it before. A great pleasure to shop here; your body will thank you.

My wife has scoliosis so she asks a lot of questions while looking at a mattress. Angel was very patient with her and provided answers for all of her questions. We were actually there for a couple hours and not once did he act annoyed or bothered by us. He also gave us time to talk and decide on our purchase. Both of the salesmen working were very friendly. And were able to accommodate all the customers that came in while we were there. Would recommend both of them to friends and family.

I wish more salesmen were like Brady. We came in looking for a bed and he came through and more! He listened to our needs and never tried to intimidate us when we brought up concerns. Purchased a precious bed and it ended up getting replaced under warranty. This mattress that I purchased before was terrible. I was lied to the first sales agent but we loved with it. Got in contact with the warranty Department, going back and forth for a few times they finally agreed to replace it. I feel different about the warranty. They don’t give you a like to like model they give you a store credit causing you to have to go in and reselect. Went in and worked with a store manager Angel he was awesome. He made my bad experience into a positive

I just bought a new memory foam from them and so far it's great. The only thing I didn't like is that they seemed to be rushing through it. They cut the delivery fee in half for me which was great since I went in with a budget. The people were super nice and polite. They only thing I would truly change about this place and the company in general is being able to set up a payment plan. I would rather pay them in monthly installment that my credit card with interest being racked up every month.

I went in thinking I wanted a memory foam mattress. However after the salesman, Dijon, asked me a few questions and had me try some beds, I quickly realized that memory foam did not fit my needs. He was very insightful about the beds and finding the perfect bed for my sleep preferences. When my budget did not match the price he went above and beyond to find a bed that would. Also I explained to her my pain issues and sleep problems I was dealing with. She was so patient with me as we tried several beds. I had many questions & she answered them all. In the end she helped me find a great bed within my price range & helped me to adjust it to a position that totally eliminated my back & knee pain. Don't believe their price matching claims and don't believe their return policy. IN fact, just don't shop here. After buying a bottom-of-the barrel twin mattress for $179 here, i saw a much MUCH better quality twin at Costco for $120. So i called them back and asked them to match price and they refused because they said it wasn't equal quality. I told them the other one was much better quality for much lower price but they didn't care. Then i asked about their return policy and they informed me there would be a $59 sanitation fee. I told them the bed was still in the original packaging but they didn't care. they refused to waive the sanitation price. They lost a customer for LIFE over a stupid little fee. was it worth it, guys? was it??? UPDATE : After contacting customer relations, their new York office gave me the option of returning without penalty or being refunded the difference. I chose the latter. I'm glad they're corporate service team was willing to help, but I'm still frustrated that it took a high-level intervention to do what in my opinion should have been good Common Sense customer service to begin with.
