He has been there for over 12 years so he knows his mattresses and won’t try to oversell you on a more expensive option if that’s not what you’re into… (ahem. Purple) After getting a great deal on a mattress he called the warehouse to make sure it was in stock for us and let us walk away with all his extra Halloween candy! 🎃 👻

I don’t usually write reviews but this store is so wonderful!!! We went into the store not expecting to find anything but wow! Bill is an amazing sales man!! Not pushy what so ever, explains every mattress with detail until we found the one we loved! He also gave us a great deal. We put a deposit and returned a few weeks later. The store manager, Cash, helped us get the financing within minutes. They both explain everything so well with detail and gave us great advice. They helped us feel comfortable and happy with our purchase. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family. You will not walk out of this store disappointed!!

I purchased a mattress from this store about 4 months ago and I worked with a guy named Bill who was very through in his approach to picking out a mattress so I did my due diligence and picked a very nice Sterns & Foster Queen that I truly thought would turn out to be the one but it was not and my back was letting me know so I came into the store to talk with Bill about getting the bed exchanged and meet the store manager, Maggie who assured me that they were going to do everything to get me into another bed ASAP., I picked another suitable bed and have it set to deliver in 5 days. The costumer service was fantastic!!! A big thank you to Bill and Maggie you guys are awesome !!!

I helped an individual who has severe cognitive and mental health issues buy a mattress here. It involved several trips to the store, and each time this individual was treated with the utmost respect and dignity no matter how abrasive they became. We worked closely with Cash, the store manager, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about how great he was. (No, I'm not related to him in any way.) I would send anyone to this store. I'm sad that my husband and I had purchased a mattress elsewhere the previous year. I wish we had known about this Mattress Firm and their staff earlier!!!

The bed I got from here is insanely comfortable. I waited waay too long to get a new bed. I was having chronic back pain for about the last 2 months, I couldn't sleep for more than about 7 hours because of the pain. I got the bed yesterday and I slept a good 9 hours, most of my body used to hurt when I got out of bed from my feet to my legs to my back, now there's almost no pain. The adjustable beds are really nice for people with back pain, they elevate your legs and your head which takes a lot of pressure off of that lower back. Apparently that feature also helps with acid reflux, sleep apnea, and snoring. If you deal with frequent back pain, you may want to get a new mattress. It's almost like sleeping on a cloud, even though that's impossible.

Bill Carlson was the best. He “listened” and then he found the bed that worked for me. He found a sale that was coming up and made sure I would get a refund to the sale price. But he went above and beyond that. When the movers couldn’t find my Brand New Street, he worked with me on getting coordinates to the drivers and arranging contact information so we could coordinate. Bill called me daily, making sure their two hour delivery window would fit my schedule. We had to reschedule several times till we could finally connect. And then when an extra I had bought wasn’t delivered, He had me come to the store and he gave me one to replace the one I didn’t receive. (later when the driver came back, I did return this one back to the store). Alberto was my delivery driver. Once he found me and we connected, he was fast, efficient and very careful of my house. And when he found out he had left the extra I had bought on his truck, he called me and made arrangements to meet me to deliver it. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from the store in Taylorsville. and these two employees are part of the reason why we keep coming back.

I’ve been struggling with neck pain and having trouble sleeping due to it. I was going order a pillow on Amazon. Almost checked out when I was at the chiropractor. After I left I drove by mattress firm. I thought I should just check to see if they have any pillows since I didn’t want to wait for Amazon. And I didn’t know which one I liked. I learned that sleeping on my stomach isn’t good. Been a stomach sleeper for life. And needed help finding a pillow for my side sleeping position. The representative asked me if I needed help. She was kind and letting me know I would need to get a pillow that isn’t too high or low. We tried some pillows. And I loved the purple pillow. Yes. I was bummed when I was told that it wasn’t available till 8/10 at the warehouse or delivery may be sooner. And it was 7/26 when I made the purchase. I screamed with excitement when I saw the package at my door after work 7/28. It’s so comfortable and look forward to using it on my side sleeping painless journey. Thank you. I definitely am going to purchase again when we get a new mattress in the future.

By far the most positive furniture/mattress purchase I’ve ever had! Bill “Not the Other Bill” Carlson, aka “The Cool Bill” lol, was so kind and charismatic, he taught us so much about mattresses and answered our every question. He was SO incredibly generous and gave us one of the best discounts I’ve ever gotten on any purchase EVER! He didn’t try to pressure us on prices and worked within our budget, we got our entire bed set (mattress, adjustable frame, sheets, pillows, mattress protector) from here because he provided such incredible coupons and also he’s just an amazing salesman! We looked at RC Willy and we were going to look at other stores to get the rest of our bed set, but looking online I realized no other place had anywhere near as low of prices. The store looks great, the staff are so nice and you can’t beat how much they teach you about sleep and mattresses, they definitely see their craft as an investment and care about you getting your best nights sleep. 10/10, excellent location!

I have a fully enclosed mattress cover for my FULL mattress (purchased elsewhere) that is way thicker than the one I got for my KING mattress from Mattress Firm. My husband and I went into this Mattress Firm because it is close to our home. I would say that when we walked in I was glad to be greeted by John. There was a warm and friendly presence about him. He was very patient with us (especially me) and was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. I take my time and like to try all the beds when I make a choice. John was very helpful and patient as we talked, never indicating a hurried attitude or trying to up-sale us. Because I take a while and don't like to be rushed he gave my husband and I space to try and choose a mattress. When we finally did, he took us through the process and talked to us. When I went to the store, I didn't want to be hounded by a sales person. I wasn't. The lady that helped me was really informative and nice. She wasn't clingy and gave me my space to look. She was there when I needed her and didn't stalk me the whole time like they do at other competitive stores. When I called Bill at the Taylorsville store, I had been ignored at another location I went to in person and had been mistreated at a different mattress store. My step mom is staying with me after heart surgery and I needed to get a mattress she would be comfortable with since the one I had was too soft. I ordered a mattress and the driver failed to call both numbers I had left him. I gave two numbers because I knew there was a possibility on the delivery date that I would be unreachable because I was at work, so I left my boyfriend's number as well. A few weeks ago, my husband and I were pricing out mattresses. We were given a quote by Ryan, and returned today to buy the Mattress. The quote was honored without hesitation by the store manager.
