I was in the store for about an hour, trying to make exactly the right decision about a new mattress. Rory was patient and thorough, answering all the questions I asked and the ones I don’t even think to ask. He found the exact pillow I use at home so that I could have a good comparison as I went from mattress to mattress resting to find the right one for me. It was one of the more pleasant buying experiences I’ve ever had. I never even made it to the plethora of other mattress stores in the neighborhood (which I intended to do) Delivered the next day, this mattress and base are the perfect fit for my sleep.

At first when we first came was February 23rd, and the first person we talked to was horrible and made it seem like everything we said was wrong and he was right. We decided to come back anyway for our mattress, today is February 26th, and I was relieved off the bat that it wasn't the same salesperson. I am so glad we decided to come back because if not we wouldn't have met Tony Faison. Tony took our feedback about the last employee and took care of us. Let us take our time and was very understandable about everything. He didn't bribe us and was very honest about our concerns when it came to the mattress and our budget. He hooked us up on a great deal and always had our best intention in mind. He was a very nice person and very happy. I am so glad he is the owner of this location and not the other guy. I am solely making this review so that he can help others get the help they need when it comes to a great night's sleep. I'm happy to say that I will shop here again for the customer service. He took the time to help us find what we wanted and even gave us a detailed explanation on everything he was doing on the computer. 10/10 if you are on a budget come here and ask for Tony. To make sure you can recognize Tony there is a photo of him and one of him off guard helping and explaining it again to fiancee. I will keep you guys updated if there are any hiccups.

Great customer service. They were very friendly and everything went smoothly from the showings of the mattresses to the actual purchase. Not yet sure about the delivery yet we set it up for a later time delivery and we just purchased today. I will update after the delivery. But so far 5 out 5 for this business.

The mattress we wanted was not available at the store, but they found one that matched the same specifications just a different brand and got it out of storage and allowed us to try it. My mom and I just had one of the best shopping experiences ever! We were searching for a high quality mattress and just happened to stop at the Mattress Firm is Draper. Elizabeth greeted us and explained how we could "test" the mattresses we were interested in and still comply with COVID requirements. She made us feel welcome and comfortable as we tried out different mattresses. Elizabeth checked in on us periodically and answered any and all of our questions, she was awesome! She was even very accommodating when she realized that both of us had different ideas about what we felt would be the best choice and value for our budget. She worked out a great deal for us, not only on the mattress my mom wanted, but on the one I was interested in as well. In other words we couldn't pass up such a great deal and bought both mattresses. Tony did a great job selling me a mattress set. He asked us what we wanted, and showed us a quality mattress That was above our price point, but then he gave us a great deal. It was clear that he wanted to sell us a mattress, but wasn’t pushy or aggressive. He let us show around to other stores without pulling any used car salesmen like games. The guy at the store across the street said “I’m not here to sell you a mattress, I’m here to educate you.” Well, if that’s the case, he should find a new job, because I was there to buy a mattress not receive an education. I’ve been looking at different mattresses online and around some local places but we really got the best deal here. Tony was not only super nice and helpful he was super real and upfront with us! That was the number one reason I didn’t want to go in to any store to begin with because of high maintenance and pushy salesmen but it was super relaxed and I am so glad that I did go in. I also didn’t have to spend a lot time which I was nervous about as well but the process was easy and Tony explained everything super well. Thank you, Rory, for your excellent service! I visited the Mattress Firm in Draper, UT yesterday. I was looking for a mattress, but wasn’t sure what I wanted. Rory took the time to get to know my needs and then took me around the store educating me on the unique benefits of each mattress, warrantees and the history behind their development, which I found very interesting. He was very patient with me as I tried out each mattress to find the perfect fit for my body and my needs. And listened to how each one felt for me. He didn’t try to sell me one particular mattress as he seemed more concerned that I find the mattress that I would be happy with for the life of the mattress. Mattress Firm’s guarantee was also a plus. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have 4 months to try it out and return if I find that it isn’t right after sleeping on it for awhile. My sales associate was Jake G. Upon entering for those worried about the Rona, this location has mask and hand sanitizer for everyone's safety. Now, on to the mattress. Jake took me through their how to select the proper mattress protocol. I'm typically a side sleeper with a little back sleeping from time to time. I like plush and that's exactly what Jake steered me towards. I settled in on the Beautyrest Hybrid Plush queen. Being the owner of another Beautyrest Black Hybrid the choice wasn't difficult. Got a great price on the mattress, box spring and bedframe. Jake gave me fair pricing and wasn't pushy in the least bit. All in all, was in and out with delivery a week later and receipt in hand in under an hour. And on the way out the door he gave me a Roll Tide (I was wearing a Bama hoody). Fantastic guy! I had a great experience choosing a mattress at The Mattress Firm. I spent probably half an hour trying out mattresses and finally going back and forth between my two favorites for half an hour more. They never got impatient or made me feel rushed. Anthony (Tony) who helped me continued to give me helpful information and ask me questions about my sleep, pains, past experiences, spouse's sleep, etc. to help me choose the best mattress. In the end, I chose a Beautyrest Hybrid Firm and I love it! After 3 other mattresses and 4 toppers in 1 year trying to find the right thing, it's so nice to get a good night's sleep and wake up without pain. I also bought a fantastic memory foam pillow at their recommendation that has helped with a neck injury. I need to add that the reason I shopped here is that they have a great return/exchange policy. After choosing my first bad mattress at RC WIlley next door (too soft) and having to bring it back, I was stuck with my 2nd bad mattress (too hard). They only have a 1-time courtesy exchange. This led me to wasting hundreds of dollars on toppers and purchasing another mattress online (also too firm) which was a pain to return. (Not to mention all the bad sleep I got during this time). So knowing Mattress Firm would let me return/exchange multiple time meant I wasn't tied into a mattress that didn't work for me. Such a relief. I'll never shop for a mattress anywhere else now!
