Truly the best experience i’ve had buying a mattress. The sleep expert who helped us Megan Winward was WONDERFUL! She really knew her stuff and wasn’t ever trying to push one type of mattress on us vs another. She really listened to what we wanted and found us exactly the perfect mattress. Great service, great store, great selection. 10/10!

Jeremy truly was an expert in terms of helping us find the right mattress for us. He was no-pressure and totally respectful of my budget. He wouldn't even suggest more expensive options unless we asked about features. He was always interested in reducing costs without compromising quality. Even after two days of indecision, he had a great attitude and a positive demeanor. He was patient, knowledgeable, supportive, friendly, everything you wouldn't exactly expect in a salesman. The sales girl was very professional and kind, even when she was under stress and pressure as several more couples came in at the same time. The phone kept ringing, she stayed calm and took care of all customers as quickly as she was able to, yet still providing great customer care. My only issue was the store didn’t have the type of mattress we were looking to sample, so we weren’t comfortable purchasing a very expensive set at that time. We did buy a smaller mattress and got a great deal, so that was a pleasant surprise.

A few months back I purchased my first mattress from The Mattress Firm in American Fork. They took care of me the moment I walked in the doors. They insured I was purchasing the right mattress for a good night sleep, they didn’t disappoint. I just want to give some thanks to Daniel, and his trainee Carlos. Both of these men were professional and did exactly their jobs. I am currently sleeping on the floor of my basement and when I came in hesitant about what I wanted, Daniel helped me find what I wanted to get online, determine the times for shipping, and then negotiate a price. Due to my budget, I was worried I was going to be priced out of most options. He really worked with me. It was also awesome to see someone with some work ethic training someone else. It's cool that I chose to buy in store versus online. They did really great jobs and deserve to be recognized for that. I didn't feel like I was being swindled or being upsold to. I was just told what was happening and that is enough for me. Hopefully I can move this review to five stars if the mattress comes in good condition and arrives (somewhat) on time. **UPDATE** Mattress arrived at it has been amazing thus far. It is a little firmer than I was initially expecting but that is great because I love a really firm mattress. So glad that Daniel recommended this to me. Only wish I went for a Queen mattress now though seeing as I am a little tall for the tall. I will make it work though. Really nice job to both these men for working with me and following through. Happy New Year!

After deciding between two difficult choices, I placed my order. Then after leaving I started 2nd guessing myself. I went back the next day, and changed my order with no hassle. Our daughter and son-in-law recently purchased the Sealy Silver Chill Mattress with an adjustable base. We laid on it and knew we needed to upgrade our mattress. My husband has had back issues for years and just laying on the mattress with an upright tilt on the head and feet took the pressure off of his back. Our children told us where they purchased it. We were very happy with our experience. Bronson was a professional. He spent just the right amount of time with us as we tried the various mattresses in the store. We bought a Queen purple 2 mattress in February 2021. We loved the mattress when we tried it at the store. It only took a few nights to adjust to the mattress. So after 90 days both my husband and I have been sleeping better and both our backs have improved. They were very kind and helpful, however not super respectful of our budget and consistently tried selling us more than we wanted, which I understand is a salesman job.. but we are obvious college newly weds and not the right bait for that. They had some decent options but not a good price variety in store compared to their website. Every mattress in the store was over $700. Also, we were unable to get the military discount because they said we were already getting a discount since it was a floor model and they can’t apply two discounts, which I felt to be a bit unprofessional. Still happy with our mattress, and to have that checked off the list!

The store manager, Nathan, was fantastic in helping us choose the right mattress for us! He was never pushy and gave us all the assistance and time we needed. When we finally ordered the mattress, he went above and beyond in ensuring that we got everything we ordered and that someone was there to install it. There was some miscommunication between the store and the warehouse about delivery dates and setting up the adjustable base with the headboard, but Nathan always investigated the situation and we finally got them connected. The mattress we ordered is amazing! We're mainly side sleepers and Nathan made sure we got the right mattress that would both meet our needs and fit within our budget. We ended up getting a Sleepy Pillow-Top mattress and it is perfect with the right amount of comfort and support! Overall, the whole experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Needed a new mattress as mine was over 30 yrs old, Tony listened to what I was wanting and quicky took me to ones he felt would be best. I have spinal stenosis, and have had surgeries and knee replacement, and I have constant pain. My old mattress was not helping. I got my new adjustable base and a firm Stearns & Foster mattress yesterday. I was glad they were able to deliver on Sunday.The set up was very smooth. They took my old bed out and brought in the new. They did a great job! I am still getting used to my new bed, I had the remote in my hand all night lol. Very happy I made this purchase!

Ordered a new bed with purple brand sheets and we are still waiting 2 weeks later to get our white set of sheets. Antonio is very knowledgeable of the beds, etc., but I’m not sure how much help he can provide with the sheet order. He tells me the problem is with Purple Sheets, but the fact remains that they are doing business with them and we are out a sheet order that’s been paid for. 🤨

I was pretty pleased with the sales experience, our rep Anthonio was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried all of the mattresses and inquired about online sales etc. We were happy with the price and the fact that it was going to be delivered that week. Our original delivery was canceled due to a snow storm, which was fine, but the phone call that called and told me so didn't even leave a phone number to call back and reschedule. Luckily, we were able to reschedule for the next day before our guests arrived. The delivery duo was great, very friendly, accommodating and polite in my home. However, that night when my husband got home and we started unwrapping the mattress to set up I knew immediately that it was the WRONG mattress! I called as soon as I could, but it was right before closing and he stated this was the 2nd incident of its type that day and they would call me first thing in the morning. I hadn't heard anything in the morning so I finally reached out at 2pm to just be told they had multiple fires to be put out, but they hadn't forgotten about me. I was called late that evening to state that they didn't know what happened, but that they would get us the right mattress when it became available, no timeline or anything. So we are currently sleeping on the wrong mattress and have no idea if or when the right one will come. I was very pleased with our experience to begin with, but now I just feel customer service went down the drain once you give them your credit card.

I am very unimpressed as of right now with Mattress Firm in American fork. I went in on Tuesday and picked the perfect mattress and bed frame for my fiancé and I. As we were going through the loan process Cory informed us that it would be here this morning (Friday morning) I called and they told me they don’t get their transfers until Friday nights, but when I called Wednesday and asked when their transfers come in I was told Thursday morning and that my order would be there Friday morning. Cory told me I would either have to go up to west valley to pick up my order (only if it was in stock) or wait until Tuesday. I have already gotten rid of my other bed and won’t be waiting until Tuesday. Cory told me he would call back to make sure everything was in stock. Cory did work very well with us in the end. With some bumps in the road we are very pleased.

We went here last. We should have started here. The variety and quality of the beds is unbeatable. Also, Jill was super nice and knowledgeable- not to mention friendly and cheerful although we kept her a little past closing time. I have a friend who has been shopping for a bed (we've got a lot of bed stories) every 5-6 months (we're on the 5th bed) trying to get a decent nights sleep and avoid allergies to latex, among other things. This place has the greatest variety and the highest quality. Sleep Number was the one we just returned, and although it was a good quality bed, it wasn't quite right for our situation. We also tried Plushbeds online, a Costco Bed, and an RC Willey bed. All okay in their own right but not quite. We're hoping this inew hybrid intelligel bed is the ticket and will solve all our bed woes! Thanks Mattress Firm! Here's to a great nights sleep! I'll update after we receive the bed! (We're looking for comfort, and a super hypo-allergenic bed.)

my wife has scoliosis and is unable to sleep on any normal mattress ....... the sales rep was patent while my wife laid in the beds for almost 10 mins per bed........ the sales rep was empathetic towards her condition and i could tell she wanted to help her sleep ........ even with orders backed up for Christmas she got us a mattress for half the cost normally and fought tooth and nail with lender to get us enough for the mattress my wife wanted........ the bed finally came and my wife is sleeping in the same bed as me and not on the floor anymore (the floor helped her condition) the sales rep needs a raise or something cause i really felt she cared
