My boyfriend and I just visited this store after purchasing a mattress through the corporate side of mattress firm at the big e. Unfortunately we received a firm mattress instead of the medium that we ordered. So we went into the store to feel the mattresses to be sure and talk to someone. We dealt with Stephen who was such a pleasure to talk with, he gave us honest opinions, feedback, was very helpful and extremely kind. He made the experience seamless and wasn’t a pushy salesperson by any means. We felt comfortable jumping from bed to bed, trying them out as we would sleep at home and he was extremely patient. Highly recommend mattress firm, this location and Stephen specifically if you need to shop for a new mattress!

I walked in thinking I knew the mattress I wanted so I laid on it and right away was like nope. I then asked Jim if he could suggest something for me. It's like he knew what I needed because when I laid on the mattress he chose for me,my entire life changed and my body became so relaxed. Then he's like "wait, here" and made life even more comfortable with a cooling pillow. I felt like I was in heaven. There was no way I was leaving the store without purchasing that mattress, box spring, and pillow. I haven't had a new mattress in a way too long. I can't wait until it's in my room, and I can actually sleep and I won't be waking up sore and in aching pain. Jim was awesome, and mattress firm even gave me a discount since I had signed up for emails. I'm so excited. It was a very positive experience for me.10/10. Jim, you totally deserve a gold star. Steve in the Smithfield store was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and caring. He actually listened to my wants and concerns. Because of previous spinal surgeries he helped find me many different choices of what would be individually best for my needs; as well as many price points. He never tried to push me into a price range over what I told him I was looking to spend! I would highly recommend purchasing a mattress at mattress firm... Make sure you give Steve a visit in Smithfield, if you're not in the area it's worth a little drive to work with him. I couldn't recommend any other mattress sales person who was as wonderful as Steve 💯🙂

Eric and Steve were absolutely wonderful to meet and have alongside us in the process of buying a new mattress. We also learned so much about how to prolong the life of your mattress, day to day factors that effect the quality of a mattress and the function of certain features in a mattress. Stephen was amazing. Let me roam and explore on my own but was quickly there for any questions. The deal was really good. I got a Sealy mattress, free adjustable base, mattress protector, and delivery/removal all for a price cheaper than the mattress was originally priced. Left and went to Sleep Number to try them and knew I could not beat this deal so quickly came back and did the paperwork.

There was a wide selection of mattresses to choose from and many of them were promotionally priced. The associate was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and help us find the perfect mattress in the price range we hoped for. The actual sale process was quick and we are looking forward to getting our mattress delivered and set up for us. They will even take the old mattress for us! Very pleased with the visit to Mattress Firm.

I came to mattress firm on a fluke because Macy’s was supposed to deliver a mattress today but when I called Macy’s they neglected to call to tell me the mattress was on back order until Nov or Dec. Ian was very helpful. I said the price range, what I was looking for and what I had ordered from Macy’s so he would have a good idea of what we wanted. It took no time. He narrowed it down to 5 and even told me abt another I might like at a different location. I left with a mattress that feels great and a free head lifting bar for $153 less than I was going to give Macy’s and free delivery and removal which saved us another $123. Excellent
