Great experience with everyone I encountered, Dan spent almost 2 hours with my boyfriend and I trying out all the mattresses and educating us with his sleep expert knowledge. Came in a few days later to pull the trigger and Mike helped us and was just as pleasant and knowledgeable. Brian helped us because our sheets didn’t get delivered before the mattress and gave us a deal on some sheets that were in stock to have immediately/ as a spare. The guys who delivered were friendly and efficient and I could tell worked hard for their money especially in this heat. I haven’t slept on the mattress yet but so far I’m in love! Thanks guys!

We decided to visit Mattress Firm after speaking with a very passionate employee who goes by Mattress Mark & we are so glad we did. My fiancé & I were looking for the ideal pillow for our individual ways of sleeping. Our experience was above what we could ever expect. We were lucky enough to have the sleep expert Kyle (manager from a mass location) who truly is an expert in his field. He was extremely knowledgeable & found us the best pillows as well as helped us with a base that inclines both the legs & head. I never thought I needed such a thing until he showed us & we immediately fell in love. He made sure we got the Black Friday specials & guided us through the entire process. He also loves a good dad joke and that never hurts. :) We would highly recommend Mattress Firm for all your sleeping needs.

I've had such positive experience with Mattress Firm that I think I will look for the same store wherever I go! The store manager has been a superb expert on sleep, and honest, attentive, and resourceful salesperson. Each time I reached out to the store Brian and his staff have been quick to respond to address my questions and concerns. I am very happy with their arrangement to make me feel happy with my mattress choice. Would count on this store for future purchases!

Brian was amazing! He educated us on mattresses (which I had no idea how much there was to learn.) My fiancé and I felt taken seriously as we are very young, and he treated our budget respectively. We left there with a mattress that fit our needs, a very nice base, a pillow, and a phenomenal experience. We will be coming back to buy pillows every year from Brian. The man deserves a raise.

If you are looking to buy a mattress this is the store to go to and you must talk to Brian. My fiancé and I will be coming back to buy again from Brian! He deserves a raise!!!
