Went in to try out some mattresses and Hunter was there helping us through the process. He did an amazing job! My husband and I took my mother, who needed to gain an understanding of all that is new in mattress technology. Hunter was super patient with all of us and not only answered our questions but also expanded on the information so we gained more info than we even knew what to ask. It was quite the lesson on foams, gels, springs, adjustable bases, everything! Mom my mom got all the info she needed for a fabulous mattress — and my husband I decided to buy a new one as well! He gave us all the pros and cons of each choice we were considering, not pushy or invasive at any point. Trey, the manager, was tremendous in helping us sort out the details as we made the purchase. Thank you for being beyond helpful!

Marc was our mattress expert on 11/19 and he was just fantastic. We read the reviews before we went in and he definitely was better than those. The process was so easy with his help and we left with a new bed. Because of Marc we finally had a good nights rest. Definitely will be coming back when we need another mattress!!

He was an incredible wealth of information and really helped make the purchase in Sherwood a thoroughly informed purchase. He answered all my questions and explained everything about the whole process of purchasing through Mattress Firm, when I visited the Salem store on a whim, and wanted to ensure I made the best possible choice for our new bed. I can easily say without his insight, we wouldn't have gone into the Sherwood store in the first place to try out the mattresses. I really hope someone sees this and makes sure all credit is given to both sleep experts!

It was only yesterday that we purchased the mattress from Mattress Firm in Sherwood, so we have not actually slept on the mattress yet, but we think it will be wonderful. However, we can say today that our shopping experience at Mattress Firm was wonderful! Liam, our salesperson, was perhaps the best salesperson we have experienced, anywhere. He was very informative, listened to our needs and opinions, and helped us reach a decision on the best choice for us. Wonderful customer service! We ordered a Simmons Beautyrest Beyond Firm mattress from Mattress Firm Sherwood a few weeks ago and love it! We also wanted the matching box spring, but it was out of stock and had to be ordered and paid for separately. 2 weeks ahead of schedule, I received a text that the box spring was in and Mike at the Sherwood store took care of my payment promptly and efficiently. The box spring was delivered the next day and the delivery crew was also fantastic! Amazing service from Mattress Firm Sherwood from start to finish! :)

I was assisted by Liam at the Sherwood location and I honestly can’t put into words how incredible my experience was. From start to finish i was amazed by the customer service we received. I went there with my mom and my 3 year old. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the woman working but she kept my daughter entertained for quite a while as I was being showed around by Liam. They went above and beyond to make sure I not only enjoyed my experience but also got my dream bed. The staff is very knowledgeable about sleep health and everything bed related. It seemed less like a job and more like a passion for them. By the end of my purchase I was crying because I was so excited and grateful that I was able to pick out a bed that, quite frankly, far surpassed my expectations! I was treated with dignity and respect and will direct everyone to this store. Walking in on a Saturday afternoon, we were greeted by Liam, the store manager. After giving us a moment to explain our situation, he walked us through the run down of how to best choose a mattress. Guiding us through “this vs that,” and allowing us time to form an opinion on the many beds we laid on, he helped us find something within our price range. A wonderful store manager and an easy process, it made for a breezy experience at this Sherwood Mattress Firm. We also had a friend come here and have a similarly wonderful experience with Kristin(e/a?). I originally went to the Tualatin Mattress Firm and ended up having to return the mattress I got because it was too firm. The return caused lots of problems when I simply wanted to exchange it for a different mattress. Robby jumped in and had me go into the Sherwood Mattress Firm where him and Liam helped me out tremendously. I am so happy with my mattress purchase and they helped remedy a situation that was very frustrating. My boyfriend and I went into mattress firm to look for a new mattress. Kristina directed us to some great mattresses that she thought would suit us. Trying to save a few bucks I went in later that week and bought a less expensive mattress that I thought would be great for me and my boyfriend. When we slept on it the first night I knew it wasn't going to work for the both of us. I should have listened to Kristina, she knows what she is doing. When we came back in to exchange it, Kristina made the process seamless. We chose a mattress that she suggested during our first visit. The mattress was in high demand so we weren't sure how long it would take to arrive. Two days later she called to let me know it will be arriving the next day and had scheduled a spot for it to be delivered the next day. So much sooner then we were expecting. Thanks to Kristina, we won't have to sleep in a hole for even a week. When it is your quality of sleep a few extra dollars is worth it. Next time I will trust the expert.

We did a lot of research before shopping for a new mattress to replace a 10 year old memory foam. We chose to shop at Mattress Firm because their inventory included several models we wanted to try before finalizing our selection. Daniel @Sherwood was very helpful. He showed us about 8 different mattresses that met our requirements. My husband and I both experience back pain, in addition to snoring and sleep apnea. New mattresses are expensive and we ultimately decided on a Beautyrest Pressuresmart mattress to put on our adjustable base. It just felt right. Daniel offered to shop for deals and found last year's model in another city for a substantial discount. As we were finalizing our purchase, Daniel also gave us website links to helpful tips on alleviating common sleep complaints, like back pain, snoring and sleep apnea. The new mattress will arrive in a week and we are so excited. We are looking forward to less pain and better sleep!

We spent an entire afternoon trying out many different mattresses and, with the assistance of our salesperson, feel we made a great decision. The selection at the store was great, and we actually ended up spending a little bit more than we had anticipated as we added a special reclining frame to the order. The sales team was very focused and professional and did a great job helping us understand all of the (surprising!) complexities of purchasing modern mattresses and frames. Delivery went well, and the delivery truck was at our home at the time they promised and the installation was pretty quick and straightforward. And, they removed our old mattress and frame set. All in all, it was a great experience. We'll definitely return next time we need to make a major purchase like this.

The competitors tried to sell us a bed but they didn’t sell frames. Who does that? MF sold everything needed for a bed, including the frames. One stop and we got it all. I went in today with my mother to get a new bed for my birthday gift. This store had sample beds: SOFT, MEDIUM and FIRM. I tried each one. The lady helping us was really nice and helpful! By looking at some of the negative ratings, I trust that this place improved! So anyway, I loved the soft one yet I needed a medium. You can't go wrong with a medium! Don't get a firm if you are mainly a side sleeper. My mom payed for the bed for a good price! NOT $1000 plus dollars LOL! I'm excited to have a new bed in the very near future!

First of all, we committed the cardinal sin of bringing our children to what is essentially, a trampoline factory. The prior mattress store that we visited, did not take into account that both parents would be shopping with kids in tow, and we spent the majority of our time trying to corral our kids. Beyond the kid rodeo, Scott Fox was terrific in helping us find the soft yet supportive mattress we were looking for in the Simmons Amherst Hybrid. His patience was unending as we tried this mattress, loved it, yet needed to test 10 others before we were convinced. When we're ready for another mattress, we will be back!

My wife (full term) and I went in Sunday to look for a new mattress. When we got there we weren’t exactly sure what to expect. I’d never bought a new mattress and really the only insight I had into going to a mattress store was from the movie The Intern with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. So I was expecting a used car salesman pushy environment. With my guard up we went in. Instead of a coked out tattooed single overweight male contemplating his poor life choices of living at home till 40, who wreaked of desperation and broken dreams, we were warmly introduced the process of picking out the perfect mattress by a very disarming, and wonderfully friendly sweet person! Kristina took the time to show us different varioutions of firmness in mattresses as well as giving us some solid insider tips on not to over due the mattress surfing as it may result in “mattress drunk syndrome” which effects 8 out of every 10 customers. A very serious and alarming situation, not for the faint of heart. Kristina encouraged us to test out what ever we wanted to, was very kind and considerate of my 9 month pregnant wife. She was extremely knowledgeable, allowed us to shop and not hover, but was also available if we had any burning questions. As a novice of mattress shopping I was not overwhelmed with information, as Kristina made it easy to understand, as well as giving a no “bs” approach which really resonated with me as my degree is in bs. We ended up getting the King Avery Luxury Firm Pillow Top, and it is set to arrive tomorrow. She made the process seamless, easy, low stress, and fun! We’re very happy with our decision, and greatly appreciate all that she did for us to make this a really fun experience. So much infact we’ve decided to know our new born Matress Firm Sawyer! We would absolutely recommend ANYONE in the market for a new bed to stop on by and give Kristina a visit! I think you’ll find your experience to be a memorable one! I came in with misplaced bed frustration because i ordered a tempurpedic bed online almost a month ago and have been given zero indication of when I will be receiving it because its backordered, which I wasnt notified of before I purchased it. Stopping in today made us decide to cancel our tempurpedic order and purchase our bed at mattressFirm. Customer service is huge for me and its basically non existent with tempurpedic. Kristina was upbeat, she didnt lose her cool with the mom who thought it was necessary to scream at her kid every 5 seconds, she made us laugh, and she gave us the time we needed to make sure we felt good about our decisions. Good at selling and knowledgeable but left out a few details until after the mattress purchase. They do not touch your old bedframe if purchasing a new one. The automated delivery tracking is grreat an reliable! There are lots of stipulations on retuns and warranties, be sure to ask about purchasing your mattresses pad in store, it may have its advantages. A mattress is a lot like buying a car, they are there to sell no matter where you go. Make sure you get what you want. Once it's driven it loses its value! 😉

Josh Zubrick at Sleep Train in Sherwood, OR was just awesome. I have never purchased a bed before and he made the process simple and easy. Josh went above and beyond to keep me as a customer and made me an offer to get my business rather than have me cancel the order. Honestly I was dreading going into a mattress store since I'd had an unfavorable experiences in recent weeks but I needed help so I visited Mattress Firm in Sherwood on Feb 8th. Surprise! I could not have been happier with both my overall buying experience and my purchase!! Trey helped me find the solution I needed to support my king size mattress within a Wayfair bed frame that came with inadequate support. The salesperson at a competing store had tried to sell me something that would have cost nearly eight hundred dollars more. I walked away from my buying experience with Trey 100% satisfied.
