He took the time to explain the the different models and really made this process easy. There was really no pressure to purchase anything at all and we tested things in multiple price ranges. We ultimately decided on something that was in the mid-range and we really feel like we made the right choice. Thank you James.

We went in to ask about mattress toppers and were greeted by James. He asked what we were trying to solve with the topper. We were shown everything that fit our requirements and decided on a topper. I was prepared to leave, wanting to sleep on it due to the price being more than I had in mind, but James offered to check the manufacturer website for any sales. There was a sale, 40% off, bringing the price down into a range we were more comfortable with, so we purchased the topper. Thank you for being so helpful and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience! We walked in to the store to gather information and purchase at a later time. Nicholas was very knowledgeable - educating us on how mattresses have changed over the past 10 years. Spent this afternoon with my son-in-law looking for a new mattress and adjustable base. Ended up at Mattress Firm and was very glad we did. The experience was pleasant, and our customer representative, James, was terrific. James pointed out many options, explaining about each option in detail and made sure my son-in-law tried each option before making a decision. My son-in-law was very pleased with the experience, found something perfect for him, and we left very happy, having purchased the best option and scheduled a convenient delivery date. We would highly recommend the Mattress Firm at Keizer Station for anyone searching for a new mattress.

Buying the bed was very overwhelming, a lot of information and way too many questions to be honest, although James got us just the bed that was perfect for us so one could say the questions and info were justified. The bed delivery was a bit of a different story however. We asked to have the bed delivered on a Sunday because that's the day that worked best for us. The day of, I received an email saying the bed would be delivered between 3:15pm-5:15pm, at 4pm I received a call that the bed would actually be delivered at 6:45pm. When 7:15pm came around and still no bed, I called in but there was no answer. At this point the bed delivery said between 10pm and midnight, which is quite ridiculous. We were a bit annoyed we had not received any word about it not delivering on time. Around 8:30pm I finally got a call that the bed truck had broken down at 2:30pm, even though I was told at 4pm that my bed was going to be delivered, it was quite a lie. Anyways so they told me my bed was not going to be delivered that day and they'd call me back the next morning for when they could deliver it. The next day they called me back, I missed the call but immediately called back. When I spoke to James, I explained to him my predicament that having the bed sent the next day which would be a work day for me, would not work for my partner as she could not carry the bed up the stairs by herself, he was not very polite however he did say he would do his best to work with my circumstances. Later that evening I received an email saying they upgraded my delivery service to the gold for free. The bed was delivered in a timely fashion on the new day, and according to my partner, the delivery guys were very polite. I gave this review 3 stars based on the fact that while yes I did get my bed delivered, I got a better delivery service to accommodate us and for free, it doesn't negate the fact that the customer service was sub par, and being lied to as a customer doesn't bestow confidence in ever returning to this store for future purchases.

This was the best experience I've ever had mattress shopping! They didn't hover or harass us like car salesmen, they gave us protective sheets to lay our heads on, so we wouldn't catch anything from testing the beds. They helped us get started in the right direction, and just let us check things out. They came to check on us, and offer assistance every now and then, and they were very happy, friendly, down to earth people. Our new sleep system comes on Friday!

The purchase of mattress was great the issue I have is that we were shown 3 different mattress protectors and I chose the more expensive one that you had as it showed a padding on it for the protection I receive the protector and it looks like a cheap 20 dollar cover that looks like plastic and very see through and this is not returnable so very disappointed in the protectors! Update your products so people know exactly what thier purchasing!

The man who helped me and my daughter was named Freddy. He was absolutely amazing. Not only was he professional but also more than a salesman! He helped us fit our needs and was not pushy at all. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely patient while we decided. Not only that, but he joked around with us, laughed with us, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable!! I love it when someone can be professional but also more like a friend than a sales rep. Because of this, I ended up buying a nicer mattress than I had originally planned. My wife and I went to The Keizer Station location on a Saturday to buy a mattress. It was a great buying experience and the mattress was delivered the next day. Great service is measured by service after the sale. I had to exchange some items and was told it would be 3-5 days. I am happy to report James called me on day 2 to pick up my items. James is easy to talk to and is an active listener. Good job James!!

Wow, I really appreciated how virus safe the store was from limiting shoppers to clean pens! The salesman was so sweet especially given I was just buying a platform frame. He treated me so patiently even though (sorry folks!) there were others waiting...and to top it off, he carried the frame all the way out and put it it my car (it weighed a ton!). Just all around great service. I put the frame together today and it’s great. I might have been able to get a more attractive frame online or a simple frame like I got only cheaper online but this frame is nice and strong and I was able to bring it home set it up with out having to wait for some thing to be shipped. It was a good trade-off!

Initially I was hesitant to look for a new bed because of past experiences with sales associates and not hearing the needs of what it was I was looking for. When I mustered the courage to go to a Mattress Firm to begin the hunt for a new mattress, luckily Tamara Reed quickly obliged to help. Customer service is by no means lost with her. Not only was she excellent with asking specific questions to retrieve more information for what mattress set I needed, while also developing a trust based conversation at the same time— this was very refreshing in a sales environment. Tamara navigated me through all kinds of information in regards to mattress brands, types of materials, firmness variations as well as the multitude of options that were also available with the adjustable mattress frame. Without her expertise and her willingness to cater to every need and option I’m sure I would’ve ended up at another mattress warehouse with an item that was mediocre. My wife and I were ready for a new mattress. She fell in love with the Purple 4 at another store. We visited 3 other stores before deciding to try Mattress Firm. We were met by the salesman after walking into the store. James introduced himself, greeted us, and treated us like real people, not just another sale. James never pressured us at any time, but focused on our needs, which seemed to be a foreign concept at other stores. James used his knowledge of the products offered and what we wanted in a mattress instead of showing us what a computer thought was right for us like another store did (dead wrong!). James gave us his honest opinions when asked about beds and their reviews, which matched up with other online reviews. If you are looking for a B.S. free experience, I would highly recommend James and Mattress Firm!

I had a broken box spring, and was desperately seeking an affordable option. I found a bed frame that can be used as a box spring, and it was a great price. I went to the local store to see if they had it there, and they did. Was a super friendly and easy transaction. And it was the only one in stock in the whole state. At least that is what he said. The mattress I was originally seeking was not available as quickly as I was hoping, but the mattress they recommended that was in store, I LOVE so far!!! Woke up this morning feeling like I slept on a cloud!!! No pressure on my body at all, yet very supportive!!! LOVE this 10” Plush Sleepy’s Gel Memory Foam!!! Did not toss and turn as I’ve been doing on previous mattresses for so long! If you are sensitive or have aches & pains as I do, this mattress is unbelievable! (Reviews I saw sold me on trying it...hoping they were true...They ARE❣️) No sinking in, no edges that make you feel unstable on it & actually fall or in my case, bounce off! (I have on previous bed which LOOKED comfy...but was awful! Broke my ankle cause edge bounced me off, I’m 5’ 4” & light...long story🙃 and reason for purchasing this mattress.) This Sleepy’s Plush Memoryfoam is very stable! Great for anyone who is dealing with physical, balance issues, where you need your bed to support your movements, yet of course still want plush, cushy feeling & relief of any aches & pains. Highly recommend for anyone, any age! Doesn’t look plush, fancy at all....But FEELS it❣️ Really does feel like slept on a cloud that makes sure your snug❣️

My husband and I purchased a mattress at another mattress firm and to make a very long convoluted story short, we were not happy with our original mattress. The store that we had originally gone to had closed, so we went to this new mattress firm location and he took a very frustrating and overwhelming situation, as you can imagine not sleeping well would make you feel, and truly listened to what we wanted and needed and made it happen. I am fairly certain that he does not get commission on a returned mattress, however that did not seem to matter to him at all. Even though our original experience was not what we had hoped for, I would return to this store and work with Laryn again because of how we were treated when we had a problem. He even got his manager, and his managers manager involved who were all on the same page about doing the right thing by the customer. He had exceptional knowledge of all the different types of mattresses and asked us very specific questions about what we were looking for to get us into something that would work for us long term. He was very kind and personable. I am truly grateful.

I hate going into mattress stores. I always feel like I'm at a used car lot. The sale person follows you around, it feels like they dont listen to what you are actually wanting or needing. So when we stopped in at Mattress Firm on 11/6/19 to look at mattresses I wasnt very excited. With in minutes of walking in the door and being greeted by Freddy I knew things were going to be different. Freddy greeted us with a positive attitude that didnt feel pushy or sales like. He explained how a few things worked and then let us do our thing. He was there anytime we had a question. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses we inquired about as well. We wanted something soft, yet firm. He was awesome with our kids as well, He helped them pick out the perfect mattresses. We ended up buying 3 new beds that day. I have since recommended him to everyone that has asked about where we ended up buying mattresses from. I was especially thankful for him going above and beyond while setting up delivery. He made sure our address was correct, we double checked directions and verified our house color and more. You just don't tend to find that kind of customer service. If we ever need a mattress again we will return to Freddy at Mattress Firm!
