Thanks to Ed and Jake I got THE best price on a new bed. I came in here close to closing and still got awesome customer service! I can't remember exactly who referred me to come over here for a new mattress but I am truly thankful for the referral. Parking is right in front of the store so it's very easily accessed. The store is well lit and clean as a whistle. The guys don't pressure you and are available to help if you need them. The store is all one level. Everything about my purchase was straightforward. I said what I wanted and got exactly that with good service and attention to detail. They offer delivery if you need that as well. If you happen to need a new mattress and don't want used but want to pay second hand prices for quality product - this is the place!! You won't be disappointed even if it's just to browse.

For Christmas my wonderful boyfriend told me he wanted to get me a new mattress. Sleep Outfitters Outlet was our first stop because it was located near our home. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Ed who was so knowledgeable about all things mattresses. He educated us on what would be best for our needs and encouraged us to try everything out. Then we left to try other mattresses at other stores. Nothing out there could compare to our service and quality that we got at Sleep Outfitters Outlet Thunderbird location and Ed’s knowledge and no pressure friendliness. We came back and purchased our perfect mattress for less than half they were asking for the same mattress at the “other” big box store. 1000% recommend Go See Ed!

While shopping for a new mattress (November 2022), we visited several mattress stores and had a GOOD experience. When we entered Sleep Outfitters Outlet we went from GOOD to GREAT as we were greeted by Ed. Ed took the time to explain the outlet process, warranties, delivery options and the cost of removing our old mattress. We found a mattress not in stock so Ed took our number and noted he would call us if he could find one. The next day we received a call from Ed noting he had the item moved to his store for our review. We again visited the store and having made a list of several questions to ask from our prior visit, Ed took the time to answer our questions and at the close of the discussion we purchased a completed different set. Ed was stellar in his approach to helping us identify our needs, made recommendations, while at the same time providing a pressure free environment. We walked away from the store saving a considerable amount of money from the previous stores we visited, a firm grasp of our specific needs and comfortable with our buying decision. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

I received great service from knowledgeable sales staff. No pressure and no spin. Cody was polite and helped us find what felt comfortable. When it was time to pick out a mattress, discussing the price was direct and the options presented were to the point. Delivery was on time and as planned. The delivery team did a great job and was quick. Overall a great experience. I'd recommend anyone trying to figure out what feels right work with Cody to find what they are looking for. They were both so helpful, and explained all of our options. She even made sure I got my veterans discount. Other then having the General manager call me. The General manager Nicole Sent a technician out to my house. Turn out the Problem was the bed frame. Misty was so helpful and friendly! We picked out a mattress while I was pregnant. Not thinking about how my body would change after my delivery, I picked out a mattress that was too firm. After 90 days passed, I just assumed it was too late to exchange it. It wasn't until my uncle suggested I contact her to see if I could pay a restocking fee and still exchange it. I went to the website and saw they had a longer customer satisfaction but I was past that date too. I talked to Misty and she brought my issue up to her district manager. They both were eager to help me fix my complaint and we scheduled an appointment to try a replacement mattress. We picked out our mattress at our scheduled appointment. There was a good amount of inventory on hand, laid on multiple beds and found the perfect mattress and memory foam pillows, loved the pillow so much I got two of them. This place was wonderful. Misty it's fantastic!! Fourth of July weekend, bed bug infested mattress!!! Called and was given an appointment within an hour. Found a perfect set and took it home. Went to set up the bed and realized that headboard footboard and frame was too small for the mattress I bought. Call Misty back to see if bed frame was available. She said yes. By the time I got there she had already brought it up to the front and was just waiting for me. I paid for it and she loaded it into my car. She was so friendly and cheerful and helpful. The other day I needed to purchase a mattress, so I Googled "mattresses near me" and as I perused the options, BMC Mattress was listed having a five star rating. I went to their reviews and I read numerous, all five star reviews, posts on BMC, especially in relation to two employees, Misty and I believe Antonia. I called the store and Misty answered. I told her what I was looking for and after several minutes, she came up with a perfect mattress. Since we are in the COVID-19 pandemic, I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, she showed me the mattress, explained the various features, and within five minutes I had the mattress paid for. The next morning the store delivered my mattress, I set it up and I couldn't be any happier. I'm so glad that I chose BMC Mattress. Misty was a delightful person to work with. She was warm and personable, and she had a delightful demeanor. I will more than likely be purchasing an additional mattress for my place next month, and when I do, I will definitely be going back to see Misty.
