After having a mattress from Mattress Firm purchased two years ago and feeling it wasn’t holding up to expectations I was pleasantly surprised when the company approved a complete credit to replace the mattress. My experience in the store today was beyond anything I could’ve asked for. The sales person was pleasant, Easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable of the products, considerate of my needs and helped me to replace the current mattress setting up all the details making the entire process so smooth. This is refreshing in our current world of chaotic business dealings. Also surprised that the inventory is in the store and I will get the new mattress and two business days.

But store manager, Amy, went above and beyond to get to know our needs, patiently explain the unique qualities of each mattress type, and successfully identified our match. Julius was such great help! And helped me pick out the best mattress. No stores around me has mattresses in stock/in store and this particular store did and I needed the mattress same day. Had water damage occur at my home and needed a mattress replacement. I stopped by Mattress Firm and Amy immediately showed me my options and to narrow it down to firm, soft or medium. The process was easy and fast. I had to make an insurance claim, so was not ready to purchase. I went in a few days later and Kyle was also awesome. He helped to finalize the purchase and set up delivery. The delivery was flawless. I received a number of texts and a phone call the day before and the day of. The delivery team was literally in and out. They took the old ones away, which was a small blessing as I would have a very hard time doing that. Overall, a really great experience from Amy, Kyle and the delivery team. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience with Shanika! I had called mattress firm previously and met Shanika on the phone and requested that she call me when a certain mattress came in. She called me on the exact day that it came in and we went in to have an amazing mattress experience. Although the original mattress that we wanted was one of the more expensive, she proceeded to show us mattresses of all prices and had us touch and feel and see what was best for our sleeping habits. It was not only enjoyable but a learning experience as she gave us so much information so we could make a better decision for ourselves. I’m happy to recommend Mattress Firm. I recently had to make a warranty claim for a mattress I purchased a year ago. I called the store and Kyle was very helpful in explaining the process for making a claim. And although the process wasn’t as smooth one might like, everyone was so responsive and helpful that it made up for the few website snags. I shopped quite a few stores the dump Bob’s quite a few stores looking for adjustable beds and mattresses and I went to about four different places and mattress firm was the best I bought and vets there before and they take very good care of their clients he took very very good care of me and I will only buy my beds from this point on for mattress firm I will not waste my time checking other places out I’ve already done that and mattress firm is the best and if you have any problems they will take care of it no questions asked Julius is phenomenal. My family have been customers with Mattress Firm for about 15 years now and have never had any issues. Now that the time has come to buy myself a new mattress, I had high hopes. John F. was my sales associate the day I bought the mattress and his service was excellent. He showed me not only the mattresses I was looking at online, but also made some suggestions for mattresses I had not seen (which ended up being the one I bought) From there, he provided excellent service through the purchase up until the moment I left the store with my new mattress. Words can’t describe how helpful Michael was. My partner and I were in dire need of a new mattress and frame and Michael went above and beyond in making sure that all our needs, including budget and financing, were met. He was patient, attentive, and is the epitome of exceptional customer service and quality. I had purchased a mattress a couple of months ago that was not working for me due to neck and back issues and fusions. Due to my spine issues I was originally a bit skeptical on the mattress I chose. Yesterday I visited the store with my relative who is a disabled veteran. We were graciously assisted by Kyle; what a wonderful experience it was. Kyle was just so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was very understanding to my relative's needs. This was particularly helpful because the store is like the Disneyland of mattress choices. Without someone as capable as Kyle as our guide we could have spent days filtering through the practically unlimited choices. The mattress selection computer that is hand held records customer preferences down to the most minute detail, checks inventory and arranges delivery and payment all at the point of sale. Kyle was the master of using this system too. So without question, if you want the best choices for your money and you want to save time and money, please go to Mattress Firm; if you're smart, make sure you get helped by Kyle. This is a great store. I was very fairly treated by all personnel and was treated with great respect. They had exactly what we needed. Pre-ordered what we needed and paid for it on their secure website. Just pulled up and no waiting. Cheerful store personnel came right out and loaded up our purchases. One signature and gone.
