Every employee there from Ceaser to Jesse, as well as Harry have provided me 100% excellent customer service. They never push a customer or try to upsell them for the most expensive brand in my experience. They have only shown true professionalism in trying to help me get the best bed.. for someone who has severe back injuries and suffers with extreme pain every day I truly felt like they cared to find the best mattress provide me some relief in helping make my life a little bit better. This store had every make of mattress we want to try. Purple, nectar, Sealy, and several hybrids. We bought a hybrid mattress with an adjustable bed. Love the bed and the adjustable feature was the best addition. I called 2 other name brand stores one never answered the other did not have all the options. We paid an extra $99 to have it installed and the other mattress hauled away. I like that we kept the bed frame we had. This new bed fit right in our frame.

SUPER HAPPY with my visit! My teenage son is moving into his first apartment and he needs a new bed. Since his birthday was also coming up, I decided to take him with me to pick out a bed. Cesar, the manager at that location, took really good care of us. We went into mattress firm on Tuesday looking for a purple bed (having heard rave reviews from many other owners). Dale didn't time with us, discussing the many features of the bed, but also optimum sleep positions. He provided us with pillows and invited us to lay on several beds for several minutes to determine which one we preferred. When we made our decision, we needed to leave to pick up our kids. Dale did not pressure is into staying and closing the deal, but instead invited us to call later to complete the order. This was a great low pressure experience and we highly recommend Dale and Mattress Firm.

I have to say that I had an amazing experience here. I had just moved here and the place I was expecting to rent fell through AFTER I got here, so I had to get a new place to live and I came here due to divorce and I was in a new town and things weren't going well and I was really not doing too great. I was very upset the first day I came in and literally started crying in the store and had to leave. The gentleman that was helping me was named Michael M. he was so understanding and offered me words of encouragement and didn't make me feel like the situation was too embarrassing (which it obviously was) and he said to me, you deserve to at least have a comfortable place to sleep, please come back another day and let me help you. I was really thankful for how nice he was. I did come back the next week and I had to wait for him to finish helping someone else, he constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok with the wait, which I was. When he finished he found me a GREAT deal on an absolutely comfortable bed.... WITHIN my very tight budget. The delivery was ON TIME. The two men that delivered the bed handled it with perfect care as not to get it dirty at all. They adjusted my frame and set it up. They were in and out so quickly and both were very friendly. I was happy with my experience from beginning to end and when I get my next bed I will obviously go there again. I wish I could give 10 stars. I came to mattress firm because of their memorial day sale. I've been needing a new mattress for awhile now and have been having quite the amount of backaches. When u arrived with my family, I was greeted by Nicholas who was so personable and friendly! Not only that, but he was so honest and open which is hard to find nowadays, and he was very knowledgeable about the beds in the store! I was scared to lock into a payment right now, because with everything going on, I am still trying to get back on my feet! I was actually contemplating on waiting... As others have commented, Shani (Shuh-NAI) was fantastic. I'm writing this review even though we didn't end up purchasing a mattress from the store, though I'd have liked to - the service he provided was so great. He spent a lot of time with us, helping us understand what the options were and educating us on what was outside our initial scope, which actually led us to consider a mattress we never knew about and which would normally be way out of price range. Learning this location is also a "Clearance" location where they can sell the sanitized and returned mattresses at HUGE discounts made one of the cooling BeautyRests something to actually consider. It ended up coming in second in the final tally, but it was very close. Highly recommend visiting this store and spending some time with Shani.

Went in today looking for a cooling pillow. The staff was very friendly and even greeted us at the door. I have a cooling pillow but for some reason it’s bothering me. After looking through the selection available we found that some of the pillows contain Silver Chloride, and since I have a allergy to contact with metals (jewelry, watches, jean rivets) it makes sense why the old pillow was bothering me. Michael helped me pick out a Columbia cooling pillow and I’m very happy with my purchase. Shout out to the staff for helping me work through an interesting and rare problem!
