Very professional store manager. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about all types of mattresses both the pros and cons. He stays within budget constraints offering the most product for the least cost. He does not up sell his additional products, but waits until you ask about it and then provides detailed information. He talks to you in a friendly manner establishing a great rapport. He responds quickly to all questions and provides above and beyond service in the store and over the telephone! His store rates 10 stars out of 5 - absolutely outstanding!

Have bought several mattresses and pillows here. First few were fine but the last was awful and asked to return within just a few days. Joyce was quite rude that they wouldn’t take it back and required lots of photos and explanations. Went to another store to return and had a better experience. Still, when you add up the fees and restocking, they took away 40%. So we received a 60% refund on a mattress we used for only two days. Just be advised of the additional fees if you have an issue.

What a wonderful, easy and no pressure experience I had with Mattress Firm. Initially I went to their website to see if they still sold the same mattress that I had purchased about 10 years ago. I couldn't find the brand/type so I used the "chat" feature. Andy told me they no longer sell that model but gave me the name of the comparable replacement. I went to their store in Peoria, Arizona and was able to try it out. I tried out a few other styles/brands but decided to go with the comparable replacement.

I’m not a fan of mattress shopping - not usually a good experience - typically thanks to the sales people, right? Some places and people can make you feel like you’re buying a used car. My daughter liked mattresses at a couple different stores. However, when we entered this mattress firm, Antonio set the bar for how you should feel walking into and leaving a mattress store! He was very helpful, genuinely nice guy, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the stores product, and he was very patient with us as my daughter checked out the different beds. I ended up leaving with two beds, one for both my daughters!

All I can say is WOW. Antonio did an amazing job! He not only took the time and patience that it takes when dealing with a toddler and a baby, he made us feel welcomed and didn't rush us in the slightest. I'm extremely picky whereas my fiancee could probably sleep just about anywhere. I tried so many different options in just about every price range and I ended up falling in love with the Purple. Only problem was my goal was to walk out spending less than $800. So he offered to look into our financing options and we were approved which totally covered the mattress I wanted. Problem after that because the one on clearance didn't come with an adjustable base which was the thing that drove me there in the first place. He somehow managed to not only get me the bed I REALLY wanted but also an adjustable base and stayed within my out-of-pocket budget. Even after that I was still torn between a lower priced bed that would've had very little out-of-pocket expenses and was pretty comfortable but nowhere near as comfortable as the Purple. The thing that finally made me decide on the Purple was Antonio's amazing patience and dedication to helping me pick, what I can only describe as, the bed of my dreams. I was amazed by the time he took with me and my family and will definitely be back in the coming years when the time for a new bed rolls around again.

Antonio from this location was able to get my new mattress to me on Saturday the 3rd. Thank you Antonia Beware if you get a mattress that sags in the middle & basically is garbage & you choose a different mattress within the 120 day return policy that you will be waiting at least 2 wks to get your replacement. My daughter came with me when I chose another mattress & she purchased the same mattress as I chose & received her new mattress within a week. Obviously the new sales are much more important than the replacement customer. I am now sleeping in my chair for another week. Very disappointing!

I got a Purple 3 Bed in King and love it. The people were nice but we decided the next day to upgrade to twin XL with the adjustable frame which we got with the King. We were told we could exchange the King for two Twins and were told to come and do paperwork and the would be delivered the next week. Waited all day with 3 changes in delivery times and finally called and found out they did not have the Twins after confirming. I was told a mess up at the warehouse and it would be another month if all works out. It was very frustrating and hope to get what I want in June. The store was nice and had a very good selection. The people know the product. I just had some bad luck otherwise I would have scored a five 5.

Our new bed will be delivered in a few days. Update I edited my stars from 5 to 3. The bed is very comfortable and works. We have a split king, and one side is already making a noise going up and down. The delivery team was not helpful and had no idea what they were doing. I called the store while they were here. I decided to update my review because I had to call the store again. The representative told me the beds should hook together, and the delivery team should have done it. I took the beds apart, and there are absolutely no clips or connections on the frame. She had no idea what she was talking about. Hopefully, the bed doesn't quit working because it's only been in the house for 5 months.
