Heather was amazing. The prices are nice, Heather explained everything so easily and understandably. The selection was great for what we were looking for, and it didn't feel like she was forcing us to buy anything. We were able to sample some bedding "Copper Bedding" that feels great aswell. Got the mattresses the next evening, movers were nice, efficient, and even moved out an old frame to the trash for us. Amazing company, and fantastic prices.

Tl:DR This place needs to be your first and last stop on your search. Trust! My husband, boyfriend, and I were needing to upgrade our bed. Two of us stopped here thinking it would be something a bit discounted but we knew we’d likely need to price check and try out more. However, Heather was SO helpful, upfront, and honest that we felt like we were in good hands immediately. Tried out a few mattress, she gave us some quotes and then literally left us alone to discuss it (this makes such a big difference to me that there was no pushy sales). We aren’t picky so not being able to try the actual bedding there wasn’t a big deal (though Heather had some good tips on trying beds elsewhere first). The Sealy Cal King is perfect for us and we haven’t slept so good in years! The sheets we got are super light for the summer. Delivery was super quick and easy too! The price of the bed, free box springs, sheets, and delivery were still less than what we would have paid for a much lower quality bed elsewhere. I would honestly go back to this place today if I needed another mattress and will be telling all my friends about it. Also, shout out to Heather for making a poly group feel welcome and celebrated, which is always a source of anxiety for us!

Bobby was really great in helping me and my wife pick a mattress by explaining the differences in the mattresses and being very knowledgeable about his products. This store has great brands and high end brands for great prices. They have a wide selection of brands so you aren't stuck with just 1 brand like some stores. Brand new mattress for the same price as used mattresses because they are straight from the distribution warehouse.

This review deserves 10 stars but unfortunately I can only give five, we’ll be back in recommending to everyone I know.

I went out just looking to see what deals people had on mattresses since it was a holiday weekend. I had an idea of where I figured I was going to purchase from (when I was ready) but did my homework and checked out a few places. Arizona Mattress Overstock was one of them. I promptly was back after all my stops to buy from here. What a great selection of products and the prices are great! Heather is awesome!! She is friendly and knowledgable about the products. I came in with a brand/make in mind which was no longer being made and she knew exactly what to mattress to have me try out as a replacement. The mattress I ended up buying was a Beautyrest Harmony Emerald Bay Ultra Plush pillow top and it is ULTRA PLUSH!! I believe she found me a mattress that is even softer than the one I wanted. Thank you Heather! I'll be back when I'm in need of a new mattress or a new adjustable base.

I had the BEST experience here. My bed was dead, I thought it was me but I'm way too young to be so miserable when I sleep so I went on a hunt for a great bed. I know the mattress business is a rip off so I checked out Mattress Overstock in Phoenix. Not only was the employee Bobby super helpful and knowledgeable but it was like fate. When I returned within a month the king size Beauty Rest Black Hybrid I was scoping out was not only there but had my last name on it 🥰 I bought it on a Friday, it was delivered Sunday and the delivery guys had my old mattress and box springs in and out in 10 minutes!! My husband and I were looking for a high quality mattress, but not wanting to spend over $2000 for one. We looked online, went to a couple of places, and then found Arizona Mattress Overstock. We went in with no expectations and were pleasantly surprised! They had name-brand mattresses at super low-cost! It's a no-frills place with the mattresses stacked on top of each other. When we asked Clay to help us, he extremely nice and more than willing to pull out the mattresses and place them on the floor so that we could test them out. He was no-pressure and had a wealth of knowledge regarding mattress types and the best options for our needs. We ended up getting a great mattress at half the regular price. I'm so glad we went there!

I went there with my lady and her mom, and they ended up purchasing three new queen sets for their home! The price was fantastic, and the service was top notch! This place is great. Bought my Cal King bed and box springs with delivery for less than $750. That's an amazing deal. It's a quality bed to. Sealy with individual pocked springs. It's an overstock store. So you literally walk in and its stacked high with beds. The rep there was super friendly and helpful. They don't have display models like other stores, but they will let you lay on any one you want to try. I highly recommend anyone to them. Ive had my bed for 7 months now and it still feels new. These are quality products.

We were looking at a Serta King mattress at another store, but they needed a couple weeks to order it in. While we were waiting for them to get it in stock we found Arizona Mattress Overstock and decided to check it out. The sales person was very knowledgeable on the different mattresses, what made them special, and even their construction. He answered all our questions and didn't pressure us at all. The store itself is clean and bare bones, just mattresses stacked in an organized fashion, all you need really. The atmosphere is relaxed and we took advantage of that by lying on several mattresses to see how they felt. All the mattresses are still covered in plastic and are straight from the factory, nothing used here. We ended up getting a comparable Sterns and Foster at about half the price we would have paid for the one we ordered. The salesperson was able to give us an extra discount for also getting a Queen size for our spare bedroom. The delivery fee was reasonable and they came right on time. Our old bed had memory foam so it took a few nights to get used to a spring mattress again. Now that we've settled in, we love our new mattress and would definitely go back to them when we need a new one.

Arizona Mattress Overstock made mattress shopping so easy. My husband and I were looking for a queen mattress. We were welcomed into the store, pointed in the direction of the queen mattresses, and left to ourselves to try each one, no pushy sales tactics or pressuring sales people. Once we chose our mattress, we told the salesperson who quickly rang us up and set up delivery. We were seriously in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Our mattress was delivered quickly and efficiently by two very polite delivery men who even took our old mattress free of charge. I originally walked in around 8am wanting queen size mattress delivered the same day. The manager said they were overbooked for deliveries that day and he himself would deliver the mattress when he got off around 7pm! I ended up purchasing a cal king for 45$ more through a promotion they were offering, and about 3 hours later I received a call saying my mattress could be delivered early. As I said, I walked in at 8am and my mattress was delivered by 3pm! Amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable about the different beds, and very helpful. I highly recommend getting a mattress from here.

Bobby greeted us as we entered. Quickly pointed us in the correct direction for a king size mattress and then left us alone for a bit to text them out. Micheal and Bobby were both great. They were patient and answered all of our questions. They explained all of the differences in ways that made sense and offered their honest opinions about what the best value was. The prices were insane for new mattresses this nice. I got 5 mattresses with tax and delivery for what 1 of these luxury mattresses would cost at the retail stores I looked at. That also included box springs as well. Great store and great experience.

Once you walk through the doors you can be a little overwhelmed by the multiple stacks of mattresses but with a little information given to the sales associate they can narrow your selection down to just a few. Bobby asked a few questions to see what I was needing in a mattress and pulled down a mattress for me to try, after I asked to test out a couple others I wound up buying the first one he suggested... he knows his mattresses! The first thing I like about is its location. It sits off in the corner at the front of the strip mall. Easy access parking lot is right out front for easy pick up if you want that or enjoy there same day delivery service. I really enjoyed were you walk in and everything is priced to let you know exactly what you will pay for your selection. All the products are covered in plastic to protect you from people that try out there mattresses. They deliver great customer service and are knowledgeable about there products. Stopped by a week ago and Bobby helped me find a California king set that I liked. The price, inclusive of foundation, metal frame and delivery was approximately half what I was seeing elsewhere. I stopped back a week later and the entire transaction took only 5 minutes. The bed and foundation were delivered the next day. They were out of frames so I had to call to remind them to bring it by which they did the following day. That and the fact that all the mattresses are in plastic so there isn't really a way to directly test it in the store are the only reasons I knocked it down to 4 stars. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I got the prices and brand/model names they had in stock and went home to do research. Warning! They sell out quick so if you know it's what you want, don't wait. Bobby was the best salesman for the difficult task of purchasing a mattress. I went back with my sleeping partner. Bobby pulled down comparable mattresses, we did the lay, roll, get out of the bed tests that are necessary behaviors before you buy. He was knowledgeable about his products and BAM, just like that, we bought a mattress + box springs. Saved a lot of money and got quality name brand too! They deliver for a competitive price if you don't have a truck. This is no fancy showroom but don't let that be a kill to your mattress hunting.

We purchased our mattress on 4/4/16, so we've had ample time to sleep on it and review. This is a combined review of the business and the product we purchased, but the stars are given for the business side of things. Mattress (to help other customers in their search): Buying a mattress at Arizona Mattress Overstock in Phoenix was very simple and quick. We made a previous stop in a couple weeks before our purchase day to try out the mattresses before we got paid. I initially wanted a plush, but we ended up getting a hybrid Sealy Posturpedic Cusion Firm (Newfield). I use a 3 inch memory foam topper and realized that a plush would have been too soft with it on top, and due to the shared weight of 2 people, it would have started to break down a lot faster (eventual sag that ALL mattresses have) as well. The Cusion Firm is just right with the topper, which also allows for good movement, unlike some mattresses that will just swallow you up and make it hard to roll over when the time comes. Sales Associate: The sales associate that helped us was Bobby. He is a very nice guy who was totally OK with us trying out all the mattresses we wanted to (while also bringing them down to the floor for us to lay on). He was never trying to push anything more expensive on us at any time, he just let us decided exactly what we wanted...while still letting us know what most other customers were happy with. Delivery: Delivery is $45, but we decided not to go with the box spring that they supplied and kept our old one which is much sturdier. They take the $50 off for the box spring if you ask, if you decide to do the same. They also take your old mattress away for free. The ONLY thing I wasn't happy with was the fact that they only sent 1 guy to make the delivery and I had to help him carry our new mattress up a split flight of stairs with a tree partially blocking the bottom half. I deducted a star for this reason, and I hope that when we decide on getting a mattress again from AMO that they will send a second guy to help out. I also want to mention that Mike, the delivery man, was friendly. Price: Finally, the prices are great. You pay only about half of what you would pay in a retail store because mattress companies make mattresses to order, and when people don't follow through with purchases they end up going to overstock stores. We only paid $538 (after the refund for the box spring) for a mattress that is normally close to $1000 retail. Trust me I have researched it! Other than what I've mentioned, they give you a free set of sheets for leaving a review. I can't wait to get ours. Thanks AMO, and Bobby. We are very happy with our mattress and are sleeping much better now. EDIT: We never got our sheets. Oh well.

We recently had to replace our waterbed mattress that we had been sleeping on for many years, with a conventional mattress. We shopped around at many stores and most didn't even carry a California King mattress. Not only did AZ MO have a California King, they had quite a few varieties to choose from! We had went to about 5 different mattress stores that we saw advertised on tv who were having "clearance" sales and other alleged sales but AZ Mattress Overstock easily had the best prices of all of them! The store is nothing fancy but is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful! We dealt with Bobby and Mike and they could not have been nicer! They pulled the mattresses down so that we could lay on them to get a feel for them. We ended up purchasing a very nice top quality Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress for about two-thirds of what the "discount" or "clearance sale" places wanted for a lesser quality mattress. The store is no frills, just mattresses stacked up all around but it really makes it easier to look at and compare the different brands. I will certainly recommend Arizona Mattress Overstock to ALL of my friends, family and coworkers that are shopping for a new mattress. I have bought 2 Stearns and Foster beds at Arizona Mattress Overstock. These are top quality beds, brand new, for much less than retail at most other stores. This is a no-nonsense store. Walk in and there are no fancy store gimmicks, no showroom stuff, little overhead, and no one trying to sell you something you don't need or want. I will only shop here for beds. I've been to other places that have high pressure commissions for the salesmen and they have glitzy showroom gimmicks. I needed a new box spring and mattress... right away... didn't want to wait. I called several stores including Sear's, Mattress 101, and several discount mattress stores. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I remembered seeing Arizona Mattress Overstock on my way home one day, and decided to give them a call.
