Randy was an absolute professional. He informed us of various mattress options and gave us plenty of time to try them all out. Took care of us like family and got delivery all set up with no hassles. Store was clean and well organized. My only complaint - when you spend 90% of your time on your back testing mattresses, you should really have zero stained ceiling tiles! Get those replaced and this place is golden!

I love how they have this sleep technology called BedMatch! It narrowed down our search (all beds in store to 5) and gave recommendations for what’s best for our sleeping styles. Shout out to Danny for making it feel like we were shopping with a friend and who was extremely thorough with us throughout the process. They also offer next day delivery for mattresses that are in stock. Stop in if you are looking for a new mattress. I can’t recommend them enough!

The temperature in the store was nice and cool just like I like it the first few times. It was a little warm the last time so I wish it was like the first times. I visited several stores, such as Raymour and Flannigan, Macy's Mattress Firm, etc. I even looked on line for my perspective new mattress. While it is extremely important I find the right price. comfort and reputation are also high on my list. I must start off by saying. Kudos to Greg Smith. As soon as I walked in your store, I was greeted immediately. Greg was extremely professional and provided what I call the "Ultimate Customer Experience". He took the time to listen to my needs and asked follow up questions for further clarification and to make sure I would get the perfect mattress for me. I had no idea of the variety of mattresses I could chose. I did not consider how my sleep position, any medical issues,( such as allergies), my pet and other factors would need to be taken into account when purchasing a mattress. I actually always thought you buy a mattress for your bed and sleep. There are so many important factors i never considered or thought was necessary. Greg not only took that time to explain in detail; he was very kind. This is so rare in today's world. I found myself feeling as a valued customer and know I would return for my future purchases. I also need to mention how clean and well lit the store was and made for a very pleasant shopping experience. As I mentioned previously, I Have looked elsewhere to purchase my new mattress. So, I have been looking around for mattresses in the area and visited a bunch of stores (At least 10+ in last 2 weeks) both in Bala and adjoining suburbs. My search for a good mattress at an awesome price ended when I met Mr. Greg at Mattress warehouse. I have to divide this review in 4 parts as this was a combination of 4 factors 1) COVID Safety: Compared to other competitors and mattress stores Mr. Greg gave us a full sheet of disposable bed cover before trying on the mattress and also asked to have the shoes off. The most I have seen other stores doing is giving a pillow cover max or some just hand sanitizer when you enter etc. I can confidently say among the stores I visited this one was the most hygienic. For stuff like mattress you need to lie down to get a proper feel also at the same time this can lead to a lot of contamination, so I really appreciate as a customer for the company upholding these safety standards during COVID. 2) Technology: When I visited, I explained Mr. Greg I had a back problem so unlike straight away suggesting mattresses he took me to a pressure sensing bed so the software can generate a list of ideal mattresses suited for my body. I first thought it might be a gimmick but when I tried the mattresses suggested in the list it was pretty accurate as 4/5 options were close to what I was looking for so it really narrowed down the search. It’s something similar to how CVS has those Dr Scholl’s pressure sensing machine for foot insoles. The software asks you about 7 – 9 questions (nothing invading privacy) but the end result is worth it. In the mattress segment Sealy, Beautyrest, Serta have flooded the market with different line ups, some are even exclusive to certain brands making it even more difficult to find. So, unless you find are a very very experienced Sales rep with a plethora of knowledge about mattresses, chances are they will just uptalk the mattress they have in stock. The machine really takes away a lot of that risk, quickly analyses across thousand of models and gives you your custom list. Overall a nice addition to have in a store as I did not see it at other competitor stores 3) Delivery: Unlike some major brands they currently have delivery scheduled on time despite general COVID shipping delays. Some brands offer free curbside or charge 50 to 100 for delivery, or the mattress is overpriced and they include free delivery. Mattress Warehouse provided free delivery and white glove service and I did not have to pay any unnecessary extra insurance/mattress protection fee. Simply the price you agree on with the dealer and state tax. Also, box spring was included with all mattress purchases and they even had options for adjustable bases at decent prices. 4) Mr Greg: I had a great experience buying a mattress from Greg. I reached late around 20 mins before close, he did not rush me at all in fact I was there till 9 and at no point it felt he was in a rush to make a sale. He was very informative about the mattress types and how they differ from each other while stating their pros and cons both from a manufacturing and customer reviews standpoint. My mattress was delayed from another store and hence I visited this store to buy a new one and hoping for a quick delivery. Mr. Greg was able to secure a quick delivery time slot for us at no charge and as mentioned above it was white glove service. Apart from all this when I finally found a good mattress, he gave me a very good price on it thus making it a great experience. Also, he has that good person genuine vibe, always helps to close a deal!

Walked in for the first time today with the intention of buying a new well needed mattress and was immediately overwhelmed with the salesman who sat at his desk and yelled from the other end of the store about pricing and products after we informed him that we were shopping around and might consider Mattress Warehouse if we find the perfect mattress. He continued making comments about certain services being available only to people who "actually come in to buy" and how the expensive section might not be for us, and how wrong we were at how we tested beds. We felt that he assumed that we weren't purchasing and just wasting time, which turned out to be the case due to the overwhelming information yelled at us the second we stepped in the store. The comments about "people who actually come to buy" and "that price range might not be what you're looking for" offended us thus forcing us out of the store and to a different business. I've never felt so unwelcome in a place of business. 3 stars because im sure there are other sales people in this location that are great and wouldve given us a warm welcome, helped us , and also given us space and time to talk until we were ready. Im sad I didn't get the great experience as everyone else in the reviews.
