I was very happy to meet Mr. Douglas Rosero, the area manager in the store. He showed me the different mattress and suggested me to use the firm mattress. However I selected extra firm mattress, and think that will be better for my back. After the new mattress arrived, I slept over night and got back pained next morning. I knew that I bought a wrong model of mattress. I contacted Douglas, and asked weather I could exchanged to the firm mattress. After we had a major failure of a mattress in a box from one of the popular brands out there - we decided to come to this Mattress Firm on a Sunday afternoon with a mission to get a new mattress by Friday when our guests were arriving. Sales Rep Douglas Rosero came over right away and asked what we were in the market for. He was no fuss - got straight to the point, and immediately had us narrowing down mattresses that were exactly what we were looking for within our price point AND that could be delivered within the next few days. Purchased a new Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable base, With the sale going on a saved about $500. I only intended on getting something cheap but after seeing the adjustable base and feeling the massage feature I knew I wanted it. They have a crazy system in the outlet store and sold our mattress 3 days after confirming delivery even though it was paid in full but Bonnie in Plymouth Meeting made it more than right. We received all new items on original delivery date. If you need a mattress call and ask for Bonnie.

Bonnie and her colleague went above and beyond o help me in the choice pf the mattress and pillows. I was able to stay as long as I wanted and to try as many as I wanted. On another side, they were both wearing a mask , which for a nurse like me and considering what saw in the last 2 years- is very important .

They had a great selection of quality beds at high and mid-range price points. The sales person, Lisa, was outstanding. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about all of the bed features, pros, and cons, but she was patient while my wife and I tested and retested a large number of mattresses and adjustable frames (over two separate visits). Lisa then gave us a price for mattress plus an adjustable bed frame that was as good or better than anything we saw on line. I thought I was going to have to shop around, but the price and service that Lisa provided made that unnecessary. We were in a rush for a bed because of guests coming in town, but didn't purchase the bed until Friday. They delivered it on Sunday! The delivery team was prompt, courteous, and very clean with the delivery and set up of the adjustable frame and mattress. After we used the bed for one night, we decided the adjustable frame was too high for our headboard. I was about to order shorter legs on line from amazon for $43, but again Lisa came through and provided shorter replacement legs at no charge. I have bought more than 10 beds in my life from mattress stores, Macy's, dial-a-mattress, etc., and by far this was the best experience I have had to date.

Decided to pull the plug on a Purple mattress bundle and adjustable bed base after hurting my back this weekend. Ordered bed from Purples site and adjustable base from a seperate outfit Sunday night. By 2pm eastern time on Monday purple had seperate tracking for mattress n pillows n sheets. However the other outfit couldn't even promise it would ship that same day or be transparent about delivery timeframe. So I decided to look locally for adjustable bed base. Upon speaking with Barbara I easily knew her service was second to none and was wishing I could make the whole purchase through her. However, ethically I could not cancel from purple as their service was up to par with mattress firms great service. I did however cancel my order I made with the "other" company and ordered from Barbara. It was a better bed base that had more features I did not need, but Barbara was completely transparent and made me feel much more confident in the product and support I would get from Mattress Firm if/when needed. I felt excited and inclined to give a five star review in reference to this experience. And, I look forward to posting another review in reference to the delivery experience later in the week. P.s. I have never really looked forward to writing a review before unless it was for bad service. Thus far this has been a wonderful experience! Thanks Again Barbara!!! *****

The mattress business is notoriously crooked. Mattress Firm is no different than the rest. They have "Exclusive" products so of course you can't comparison shop. The prices are always artificially inflated so that they can try to sell at full price and then if you don't bite they start haggling. It was like buying a car. All that being said, I love our mattress and our split king adjustable bases. Our sales associate, LaQuisha, was super helpful. She listened to us and didn't waste our time with things she knew we wouldn't like. I can't say enough nice things about her.

This time, we had the great luck of walking into Steve's store at the corner of Plymouth Road and Germantown Pike. Keith was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a new mattress. He was upfront asking us about our price range and when we gave a fairly open range, he started by showing us the moderately-lower priced options first, then moved us through our other options allowing us to steer the process based on our preferences. He gave us a lot of information about the mattresses and was extremely kind. I never felt upsold or pressured to buy anything other than what I thought we needed. For example, we suggested getting a split box spring, which was priced as 2 fully-priced box springs (2 1/2 queens = 1 full queen box spring), but he discounted the item so we could feel good about buying what we needed to fit the items into our house. I'd give the sales process a full 5-stars, it was actually very pleasant and fun which I can't say is my usual experience buying any home items. However, the delivery was a bit of nightmare. They quoted us a day, and called the night before to give a 2-hour delivery window. Then in the morning, they moved up the delivery window from 3-5 to 8-10 am. All was OK, we came home to accommodate the delivery. Delivery service called when 30-mins out, but missed that time by over an hour when we called to check. They didn't end up delivering until about 3 hours later, which is just inconvenient when you work during the day. Matress Firm's customer service said there was nothing they could do to help because it was a 3rd party delivery service – but c'mon, they're YOUR 3rd party delivery service so you're culpable in getting the bad review. So, buying process is 5 stars, delivery was a 2.5. Overall, happy with the quality and will probably buy again.

My fiancé and I stopped by a week or two ago to look into beds, specifically one with a firmer mattress since we both have bad backs. When we told Steve, our sales consultant, what we had wanted, he showed us how a firm mattress was actually the opposite of what we had wanted. He had us try out a few mattress and was able to describe the pros/cons of each. He was really knowledgable and easy to talk to and also showed interest in our hobbies, etc, and wasn't there to just sell us something. He told us to try our three favorite and go test them out on our own and we could discuss it in private without him around. We found a bed that we fell in love with. Steve expedited the process by shipping it from another warehouse for us so it arrived earlier. He also was able to get us a great deal and $100 gift card. We got our bed exactly when they said it would arrive and LOVE it. And our backs already feel 100 times better :)

I did not buy a mattress or boxspring here. I only purchased a frame. After buying a new mattress and boxspring from a different store, I realized my old metal frame was damaged. I called the other store but it was too late to add a frame to the delivery (the truck was already packed or something) Since it was being delivered the next morning, I went here to buy a frame. Their price was the same as other stores but the women behind the register were a little snobish. After I said I only needed a frame, they started talking down the other store without me even mentioning which store I purchased the set from. For all these women knew, it was another Matterss Firm location. They tried to convince me to cancel the delivery and buy a "better" mattress from them. If it wasn't close to closing time for most stores, I would have left and bought the frame elsewhere but I was in a bit of a last minute bind.
