I was very happy with my purchase until I got home and had to bring my mattress in. It was then that I saw a rip in the seam. I would of gotten it anyway but I would have liked it brought to my attention. It was a floor model (so no warrantee or returns) and my job to inspect it....so my bad. I am pleased in every aspect and would reccomend and and always buy from here. The staff was welcomely and listened to me and found me what I was needing!

We also didn't know going in that the prices you see are NOT final, so don't walk away if you think the tags are too high. We got 10% off by asking for a deal. My wife and I were in the market for a king bed for our new home and we were leaning towards using an online delivery service like Nectar or Purple but wanted to test some comparable beds in store. Niko, the representative who helped us was able to find us a similar package with a better price point than any of those sites were able to offer, and he was able to get us a bed the same day. I purchased my first mattress with Mattress Firm when I first moved out to Omaha 7 years ago. It was a good experience, not bad, but nothing to write home about. I decided to give them another try when I needed to upgrade a couple years ago. I worked with Niko, who has since sold me 4 mattresses. He is exactly who I want when I am trying to make a decision, gives me all my options, is patient, and isn't pushy or tries to upsell other items. My recent purchase is why I have to write a review, I have never had as great of customer service as this last purchase. Throughout the whole experience, Niko has been amazing and so helpful.

Zach was a great sales person. The mattress was for my daughter and he focused on what she needed instead of asking me. A lot of people don't do that,as they think a kid can't tell them what they need. My daughter really appreciated it. He listened to what she said and took all things into consideration. Hoping this will be the best mattress for her. The guarantees if it's not are great. The only complaint was the warehouse didn't tie it down on my van well enough. I told him I had a ways to go. We had to stop on the freeway and secure things and one more time before we made it home. It was super stressful and took us twice as long to get home.

My husband and I went to the 72nd St Mattress Firm store in Omaha and were very happy with the service we received. Initially we didn’t know much about what type of bed we wanted or needed but Niko was very patient and really helpful in explaining all our options. Niko certainly knows his stuff and helped us make our decision without feeling pressured or rushed. After nearly 2 hours in the store trying different mattresses and bed styles, Niko provided us with quotes for our top 3 choice which we then took back for further consideration. A couple of days later we popped back into the store to order our new bed which was very speedy and painless. When I came to the store he remembered me calling about the bed in the box mattresses and lead me straight to the products I wanted to see. They also had a doorbuster sale for 50% off so my husband and I got a 1,300 dollar mattress for $750, which is an incredible deal. Just slept on this last night for the first time and it was like sleeping on a cloud. We got the sleepys curve 12 inch memory foam mattress and it even comes with a 10 year warranty so I feel confident in this purchase. I also was very satisfied that I was able to pick this up the same day I needed it and didn't have to wait for delivery! I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to all of my family and friends. Me and my grandfather went in earlier today and the staff were amazing. At the time we went in there, there was a gentleman and a beautiful blonde lady. I dont know there names but I want to thank them for there amazing customer service and patience. We went in there on a strick budget and needed the cheapest option possible. My grandfather is hard of hearing and has a hard time understanding things. We finished the transaction and purchased a mattress that included a bundle with a frame and accessories. My grandfather had a hard time spending that much but ultimately left happy with a full service delivery set for next weekend!

Niko was absolutely amazing. I heard rumors about this Finnish bed expert while browsing some of the other stores and oh boy was I not let down. The moment I arrived he was right there at the door greeting me. We talked about what I wanted and needed. Not what he thought I needed. He showed me multiple options, and in the end found me a killer deal in my price range. Very rarely do I actually enjoy the process of buying something. Talk to Niko and you will be happy. Went to this location this past Saturday, January 25, and were greeted by Jon. He helped point us in the direction of mattresses which would fit our budget as well as the type/firmness we were looking for. I am a back/stomach sleeper while my wife is a side sleeper so we have to get the firmness just right to accommodate both of us. Jon was able to provide insight into each mattress within our price range while also giving us space to test out the mattresses and relax on them for ourselves which we both appreciated. He set up our delivery for two days later and our mattress was delivered in a very swift and professional manner by the delivery team. Thanks for the easy shopping experience Jon and I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a new mattress.

James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We're so excited for new bed/base. Update: 01/01/2019 I had a few concerns with our bed after 2 mos of giving it a try. The height of it was hard to get used to-personal problem (still got addressed and fixed). But it felt like the bed was too short in length! I thought I was crazy but after measuring, it really was 4-5 inches shy which makes a difference. It was a really odd and stressful situation but we were under the assumption we had the 120 night trial. We mentioned it a few times when buying the bed in case we weren't happy with the firmness. I hoped James could help smooth everything out and put my mind at ease. Turns out all he cares about is selling beds like no tomorrow and your not his problem once you leave, that is how I felt. His attitude toward the "shortness" was poor and I felt silly. Which made me even more unhappy with this bed and we had them take our old one. I called a week or so later to return the bed and was told about all the fees and blah blah, had to think about what we should do. After the call I decided to walk into the Mattress Firm in L plaza as I was already in the area. THANK THE LORD I DID! I was helped by both Jon and Jeremy and got EVERYTHING taken care of. We even switched beds cuz they had the same ones in that store and we went for the softer one after awhile of laying on them. (I was originally just hoping the same one thinking mine was defective maybe) Jeremy explained why the bed could have been a little short and gave us tips for when we got this next one. He sold us shorter base legs that we changed out for the height too! 3 issues solved and we exchanged the bed ourselves to avoid delivery! During our visit the other guy called back left a message saying I got an "outlet sale" and there's no exchanges or returns period, sorry. Willing to leave a customer that unhappy and do nothing? Gee, thanks. I can't thank Jeremy enough, he had customer service in the bag and changed my Outlook on the company from "shady operation" to "customer oriented." We love our bed now and have no regrets! Thank you Jeremy, job well done.
