I waited 2 years to give my review. I purchased the Turin full size set with frame and mattress protector. I visited all the main furniture stores in the area and decided on Mattress King. Jason and staff were polite and knowledgeable and didn't pressure me. I had a 50.00 coupon I found on line and Jason honored it. With a small delivery fee they delivered and set it up. I am very pleased with the brand and it is comfortable. I highly recommend Mattress King 🤴

The entire process was so easy. Joshua was who I met with at the store, he was very helpful and we were able to have our mattress delivered within a couple days. They called to let me when they would arrive and it only took five min for them to bring in the new mattress and haul away the old one. Everyone was so nice and very helpful from beginning to end. We shopped around and no one could match their price.

They are the best! Ordered a bed, base and frame online (from a different store), and the base didn’t fit, which left me without a bed until I could get box springs delivered. A couple of other places gave me over 2 week waiting times for delivery, and they were my last hope. Delivered box springs the very next morning, right on time, and even helped set up the mattress and hauled the packaging away. Super helpful and friendly. Double stars. Will definitely call them first next time!

Mattress King ROCKS! Staff, service, quality, warranties, no sales pressure, great selection...everything was easy. Unfortunately, after 21 months, our cushion on our new mattress disconnected from the pillow top. We called them, got the online form to report the defect, received their call in less than 3 hours after submission and were told the replacement mattress would arrive in less than 2 weeks. Imagine our delight when 2 days later, they called us and delivered our brand new mattress. I have never had such a fast, courteous, no-problem replacement on a warranty item. Major kudos, Mattress King! Try them out, you will not be disappointed.

Had an amazing experience, Blaine was very helpful and patient, and didn’t try to push us into anything we didn’t want or need. They delivered it within a few days of purchase after they did a trade off with another store so we could get our mattress faster! They gave a window of time for delivery and showed up at the earlier time of the window so we didn’t have to wait around all day for it to be delivered, and even called us ahead of time to let us know they were on the way and how long it would take them to be at our door. The delivery guys even helped put on our zip up mattress pad since I was physically unable to. A few hours after it was delivered our adjustable frame started making noise and not wanting to raise up, Blaine was quick to send someone out same day to look at the problem and the guys didn’t leave until the problem was discovered and fixed! The customer service was amazing start to finish! The whole team made it a lot less stressful of an experience that one would typically have with a big purchase like this.

Just got my new bed and am beyond thrilled! My experience at the South Lawton store was smooth as silk thanks to salesperson Terry McCracken who was so knowledgeable on the products and had me in and out in minutes instead of the hour or so I thought it would take. Delivery came next day, and Michael and Kato were so professional and helpful! Got me set up in minutes, and even took the remnants of my 18 year old Sleep Number bed which is not one traditional mattress but many bulky pieces. Owner Ryan, give these folks a raise! This store is awesome. My wife and I visited on the Friday after Thanksgiving. We were immediately greeted by Ryan (only found out later from visiting the website that he was actually the owner) and told to make ourselves at home and try out any mattress we wanted to. He told us everything we wanted to know about the mattresses. We thanked him and left. We returned a week later and purchased a mattress and adjustable base from Jason. The service was just as great this time. Delivery was prompt and amazing as well with the text that allowed me to see exactly when the delivery truck would be at my house. I was able to leave work and meet them right on time. After sleeping on the mattress for a week we decided it was too soft for us and asked for an exchange under their 100-night program. The exchange was effortless. We went to the store, selected another mattress, and arranged for the delivery and exchange the next day. We even left with the small difference in price already refunded to our credit card. Do yourself a favor and visit them.

We went to mattress firm, Mathis brothers, Mathis brothers outlet, Bob Mills, gallery furniture mattress outlet, and big lots and did not find anything better, better quality. Everyone was very nice at all of the location that we went to. Jason Simpson was very nice and answered all of our questions. We bought it at 4:20pm and it was delivered at 4:45pm the same day. After sleeping on this for a couple days it is great. The mattress is like sleeping on a firm marshmallows. It is very hard to get out of bed it feels so good.

My first thought, after visiting several other stores, was that Jason was the first to offer a -disposable pillow protector - that we used while testing each mattress. He also wore a mask the entire time. Thank you for doing your part during this pandemic. He offered next day delivery and was accommodating for our time schedule. The drivers arrived on time, paid attention to their surroundings, and were professional. I am very pleased with my King size cooling-pillow top mattress and the whole buying experience.

Jeremy is who helped me, and was so down to earth, not pushy, and very knowledgeable on all my questions. He didn't try to pressure me or convince me into something I didn't like. Good Experience Went for mattress for my son's house while he is attending college. Didn't want to spend a lot and had looked around. Stopped in and Jeremy was helpful with out being overbearing and pushy. We found several reasonably priced beds and my son spent about half an hour narrowing it down to the 2 he liked best in our price range. Jeremy gave us all the space we needed to decide and then we bought the bed. It will be delivered to his house Monday and for a lesser charge then the other places we looked. Very glad we stumbled into Mattress King!

Turin Plush sleeps perfectly. It is true to its description. Medium firm which is just this side of firm. I could do one a little softer but this is a wonderful mattress to rest on. My lower back has even stropped hurting.
