We had a great experience! The worker didn’t hover over us and gave us time to decide between my husband and I. I just wish I knew our bed would be in a box! We drove back home just to get our bigger truck. We talked to him about tying it in the truck. Wish he would have said then that it would be in a BOX!

This store is great, normally I don’t like dealing with sales associates as they typically do not listen to your needs, but this place is the complete opposite! My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Bernie as our main sales guy and Bob helping out as it wasn’t a very busy day. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Bernie asked what we were looking for, price range and had us try out the mattress in that price range never once pushing us to the higher priced mattress(even though we eventually decided to go above our budget when we sat down on a random bed). I would highly recommend anyone to go deal with Bernie and Bob, great guys that will help you with anything you need! Thanks guys.

Bob and Bernie are a dynamic duo! Bernie was very helpful and friendly encouraging us to pick the mattress that was the best fit for us and not trying to pick the most expensive ones either! We never felt pressured towards an expensive mattress or any add ons. Bob and Bernie had us laughing the whole time and we really felt like they were trying to get to know us. My husband and I haven't shopped for a new mattress in several years, but we knew we wanted something that met all of our needs. Bob was MORE than great with his knowledge and his help in finding us what we were looking for. We priced around at other stores, but no one was willing to give us the good deal that Bob was able to give. We are trying our new mattress out for 30 days to see if it's a good one for us, but we know that Bob will be there for us if we need to change it out! I wouldn't spend your time at the big, "well known" bed/furniture stores. They have the same products without the great customer service and stress free shopping that Mattress Firm provides.

Bob and Bernard were both very helpful in my selections and listened to what my specific needs were before making their suggestions. They suggested several options but didn’t try to push me in any certain direction which I certainly appreciated. I also got a fair price for my total purchase and highly recommend either for your next mattress needs! Update: I did return the original mattress (Beautyrest Beyond medium hybrid) as it just didn’t relieve the hip and back pain I have. It was quite comfortable for about an hour but then became too hard. I went back to the store and was given first rate service again and tried several new additions to the store inventory and decided on a Purple 3 hybrid mattress which seems soft but does give the support without enhancing pain. Return and re-delivery was again perfect!

Mathew with online sales was the way to go. Spent 1.5 hours in store sitting at the desk just to get him to give me a total price. I already knew which one we wanted. We had enough and left. Got on-line and checked. They have the chat option on-line. I was done in 15 minutes. And saved $1000. Yes I said $1000 cheaper than the store. Gerald was great at pointing out the features of the beds. He had me test every bed I was interested in explaining the differences in quality. He showed me the features of the bed frames and ran through the pricing and current discount. He notified me of the sales, the pricing, and the warranties. He made the financing process easy and quick. Did I mention 0% financing. I chose a Beauty Rest hybrid with the adjustable head and foot frame. First really nice bed I'll own.

The service I got was great. The salesman that helped us listened to what I wanted and the price range I was looking for and showed me just that. He even went as far as to show me the cheaper mattresses first and worked our way up towards the max that I wanted to pay until we found the right one. I found the right ones in the middle of what I wanted to pay which allowed me to spend a little extra on the mattress protectors, and have them bring it to me and take the old ones away, and still had a little left over. I highly recommend them and will keep going back to get my mattresses from them as long as they keep up the great service!!!

That place was nice but did not have the selection or quality I was show at the Mattress Firm, and the staff was unwilling to work with my needs. The first Saturday we went in to the Yukon store, manager Bob Miller greeted us at the door. We weren’t really looking to buy a new bed that day, but by the time we left, Bob had us set up with the purchase of a king for a queen plus a free adjustable base. The following Saturday we went in to pay and set up the delivery. In that one week the mattress had been discontinued and the adjustable base was out of stock. Understanding my wife is a pain sufferer, Bob found us a better adjustable base in stock and top of the line mattress for slightly more than the original deal. In all, Bob got us a better base, a top of the line mattress and helped us SAVE OVER $2500!! Do what we did - go to the other stores first and take note of the prices. Then go to Mattress Firm to buy your sleep set. You will not regret it! It’s been 2 months since our purchase and my wife and I have slept better than we have in years. Thank you, Bob!! We appreciate ya!!

My husband really doesn't do well with pushy sales people but Ray was just so nice, I can't say enough about him. We ended up purchasing a bed set for us and my daughter. This is where my son purchased his bed set several weeks ago and he just loves his! He says he hasn't slept so good for as long as he can remember. So we decided to check them out. Glad we did! Purchasing was pain free and hassle free and we even received a few extras. Ray really hooked us up but I was really pleased about how knowledgeable he is. We briefly discussed some back issues that my husband and I have and Ray's recommendations were really spot on. So now we're just waiting for our delivery and we can't wait!
