Best mattress buying experience ever! Vanessa the Sleep Expert was truly a Sleep Expert. She actually interviewed us on our sleep habits, tested our comfort level on several mattresses, and figured out for us the perfect mattress. Her posture was both super friendly and super professional. I had only intended to begin looking for a mattress, but she earned my confidence so convincingly that I made a purchase. I hope she will still be around next year when I’ll need another bed. NOTE TO MATRESS FIRM CORP: You should model this employee’s customer service skills for all of your stores. Your sales will increase. She is really that good!

ASK FOR JUSTIN! Great guy, asks you a bunch of questions that will help him get a feel for which mattress is best for you. Not like other places where they try to up sell you on the expensive stuff. Really worked with us to figure out which was the best fit. We laid on at least 8 mattresses before he gave us his opinion. Then ended up coming to the conclusion that one of the mattresses on the cheaper side fit us best, as opposed to just telling you the expensive one is better, he’s knows what he’s talking about and finds the one that is most compatible with you. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience! I almost ordered a mattress online but could not choose one so I wanted to try out a few. We spend about a third of our lives sleeping, and so the importance of purchasing the right mattress is essential to health, mood regulation, and physical recovery. I walked into Mattress Firm located on forest ave with low expectations; however, my attitude changed as soon as I walked through the door. I was met with a warm welcome from an employee named Justin. Justin was extremely knowledgeable in what it takes to acquire the best sleep, as well as what type of mattress would best fit me related to my goals and needs. We ran through types of mattresses (e.g., innerspring, memory foam, hybrid etc.) as well as accessories to sleep, which promote better sleep i.e., an adjustable base, the perfect pillow, sheets & comforters most applicable to how I sleep. Justin truly took the time out to educate me on the innumerable variables related to sleep and I can truly say, I felt much better about my purchase after running through all Mattress Firm has to offer. Justin made my experience memorable, as I left Mattress Firm that day more educated on sleep than I could have ever imagined. I would recommend friends and family to visit this particular location due to the professionalism and kindness of the staff. 10/10

When I walked in to the show room I was surprised to see several people in the store shopping for mattresses on one of the first days after reopening. Also to my surprise there was only one sales person in the store. I was gonna leave because I felt I was gonna be there for hours. Shopping for a mattress is no easy task. Well after about 30 minutes the saleswoman came to me and apologized for the wait. I said why are you alone? She said with a smile "things happen but not to worry I can certainly help you". We began to talk about my sleep habits and what problems I have. Within 20 minutes she had me in the perfect mattress. I felt totally confident that she addressed all my needs and worries. I purchased the mattress, the power base and a protector. I was not pressured in any way and was made to feel very comfortable. I would gladly send my friends and family to see Fran D'Aquino.

Very friendly stuff. The sales associate Fran didn't try to out sale me. Instead she worked with my budget and got me the best deal for my money. The price was great, the stuff at the store were very knowledgeable and explained everything about the products. Shipping was completed on a federal holiday only two days after the purchase and with an amazingly short 2-hour window. I was scheduled for 1-3pm and delivery trucked showed up at 2pm. I received over 5 pre-calls for order and delivery confirmation. Everything was explained to me very well and then executed accordingly. I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase.
