I’m sure I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future! I hope he stays 🫰🏻. I had a problem with my old mattress that I also purchased from MF and he totally took care of the situation! He’s also at the downtown BK location, so definitely ask for him because he does know what he’s doing! Knowledgeable sales associate Jimmy helped me to understand the latest technology in mattress material as well as adjustable bed frames. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he took the time to listen to my spinal concerns while trying out the variety of mattresses for the right support. I chose an adjustable frame with massage feature to relieve back pain and am very satisfied. I was pleased with the sales and 10-year warranty also. Lesson learned: It’s best to buy your bed in person. Installation and delivery are included, which is a great relief.

Excellent experience from the minute we walked into the store until we got our mattress delivered! Jerome greeted us right when we walked in and spent a lot of time with us helping to figure out what type of mattress we needed. He was so knowledgeable and helpful that we felt really secure in making our selection. It is kind of frightening to buy a big ticket item like a mattress that you plan on using every day for many years. You don't want to make a mistake or feel like you made a dumb decision. It never felt like Jerome was trying to "upsell" us or just make a sale. He walked us through all the options and patiently answered all of our many questions. It was great and we're so happy with our purchase! The delivery service is also wonderful. The delivery team (Billy & Raoul) were so kind, efficient and helpful! It was totally worth the extra cost to have them haul everything up the stairs, set it up and get rid of the old mattress. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and our new bed is awesome!

I haven't received my mattress yet, so this review is solely on the customer service I received at the Bay Ridge location in Brooklyn, NY. The store itself is fairly large with lots of options to try out. I went in on a Monday afternoon and was immediately offered assistance by Daniel Corona. Super nice and patient guy. He listened to my issues with my current bed, asked the right questions, and began to suggest a few different types of mattresses that might help me. He's knowledgeable with the products so he gave me good input on what might work and I even got to try what might not work so that I can experience the differences between the two. After more than an hour, I told him I wasn't ready to commit and wanted to think about it. There was no pressure to buy, but he gave me his information just in case. I went back the next day, still undecided but wanted to try out the mattresses again. Dan was very accommodating and I got to lay on any mattress I wanted for as long as I wanted...long story short, two hours later, I bought a mattress and base that I really liked. Not once was I rushed into deciding or committing to anything. Buying a bed is a big deal, and a big investment. No one should feel rushed or pressured. None of this happened to me so I would recommend asking for Dan if you go to the Bay Ridge store.

First off, I wanna start by saying "AMAZING EXPERIENCE". Moved into a new apartment, left many items behind like my old beds. Thought I could survive on air mattress'. Six weeks of mind blowing back pain, I walk into "Mattress Firm", meet Jerome and the rest is history. Jerome worked with me for 2 hours, answered all my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. By the end if my visit, I knew I had made a very wise investment. My wife and I have had the new "Mattress Firm" Mattress and stand, up and running, last night was our 3rd night in them. I apologize, but do not have the words to describe properly the difference between any mattress we've ever slept on and the mattress we received from "Mattress Firm". You have to truly experience it. I can say I've never felt anything quite so comfortable. We sleep like babies, please walk in to Mattress Firm, in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, ask for Jerome and ask him to try out the different mattress' and stands, I guarantee, he will accommodate you. The customer service here is top rate. My wife and I bought a mattress from here and unfortunately didn't end up liking the first one we chose (Goldilocks effect). We were able to exchange the mattress (they have a generous exchange policy) with one that better fit our sleeping preferences. We were first helped by Jeff who was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we returned the mattress we were helped by Joe. He was professional, knowledgeable and very apologetic about not getting the right mattress the first time. He helped us pick a mattress that better suited us, and cut us some breaks with the return fees. Even though we didn't get the right mattress the first time, both sales reps were helpful and knowledgeable.

We needed to replace a four year old mattress from another vendor that had been nothing but headaches from day one. Jerome was extremely thorough & helpful. He was able to help us find an adjustable base that would fit within my existing bed frame (I didn't know that was even an option) and ease my back pain while still allowing us to utilize the store's existing sale. Jerome was very patient with me & my family. Shopping with a special needs child can be a nightmare, but Jerome took his time with us and was great with my daughter. He sent us home to take measurements & make sure that the slats could be removed from my bed frame. There was never any pressure to buy, which would have turned me off. Unfortunately, we had some issues with delivery, which is why my rating loses a star. (This was not a reflection of or the store or Jerome) The delivery men sent from the warehouse did not want to deliver our adjustable frame. The delivery men told me that they did not have a 3rd man & were therefore unable to deliver the adjustable base. They then informed the warehouse that the base would not fit into our building, which was a lie. Apparently we were not only customers who had issues with those particular delivery men on that day. Jerome went above & beyond to make things right. He spoke to the warehouse & rescheduled our delivery. Jerome even threw in a couple of pillows for our troubles. The second set of delivery men were excellent. They were also only two men but had no trouble at all bringing the frame into our building. The second set of delivery men were both professional & courteous. We are very happy with our new mattress & adjustable frame.
