Dionne absolutely knocked it out of the park! As we came into the store, we were greeted happily from Dionne and told she would be with us soon. We walked through the store as she worked with a different group. Once she was done with them she came to us and began asking questions about what we were looking for and what are range was in regards to budget, size, type. Etc. Once she had an idea of what we were looking for, she pointed out the variety of options that were availability within the store, pointing out only the ones that were best beneficial to my sleep needs (Cooling technology, medium to firm, queen size). After trying out the different beds, I came to a decision. She put together the package which included delivery and as well as some pillows and a bed covering. I was very happy with the price and the customer service! I was intending on trying out different mattress stores before making a decision, but due to Dionne customer service, I felt fine making my decision there. If I need anything else bedding wise, I will gladly be shopping here!

My husband and I stopped in to see the Purple mattresses. We met Dionne and were completely blown away by her knowledge of all the mattresses and the education she provided about each brand/type. She is truly amazing and a real asset to Mattress Firm. She is putting together some estimates for a few different types for us to consider. We are moving at the end of the month and will need a new mattress. After meeting and talking with her, we won't go anywhere else. Great experience here purchasing a bed. They currently have a promotion for a free adjustable frame with purchase of mattress. The financing options helped me alot and they deliver. They also will take and dispose of your old matress and box frame which is a helpful option.

I did 3 days of hardcore research on an adjustable bed (you need to get one), and the deal at mattress firm is better than anywhere else because you get a free adjustable base with a mattress!
