Claire Lintzen provided excellent service and was able to direct me to an excellent firm mattress using the “bedmatch” system. The entire experience was quick and not stressful.

I had an amazing experience with Claire at the Mattress Direct on Carrollton. Being a computer nerd, the Bed Match technology Was super helpful in picking out the mattress that I so desperately needed. My new Black Beauty Rest Hybrid has been delivered and set up. No exaggeration, I slept 11 hours straight with the adjustable base in zero gravity mode. Work up to no pain in my hip and refreshed!!! This is huge for a person who sleeps in 2 to 3 hour increments. I do believe that this was the best investment for health that I could make.

I was in need of a new bed But my schedule does not allow me the time to do so. I just happen to call this location. I spoke with a gentleman named Paul Thomas I try not to Buy nothing over the phone especially a bed. Speaking with Paul I felt very comfortable & confident he would help me find the right bed. He did just that I’m very excited can’t wait for my new bed to arrive. Thank you very much measures direct. Most importantly thank you very much Paul. Your customer service is outstanding

Paul was extremely helpful. I actually walked in not long before closing, and he stayed to help me out. I appreciate it so much because I have a sleep disorder and desperately need a new mattress to help with that. I described to him my preferences and he knew exactly what to show me. The mattress I picked out was one out of two I liked best and the price was reasonable. He also showed me a pillow I liked and purchased. He is a very good listener, friendly, and he helped me with a smile the whole time, and I know I was being very choosy, so I would say he is an all around pleasant person. My teenager texted me while I was shopping, and I was even able to ask Paul for his opinion on parenting haha! Some people just have a way of making others comfortable. The mattress will be delivered in just a few days and the one I have will be recycled. I'm very much looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress.
