Melissa was incredible. I didn't feel pressured like I do in other mattress stores where the sales reps are very pushy and act almost like car salesmen. Melissa was different. I came in, told her what I was looking for, she directed me to the available mattresses that fit my criteria, and let me lie on them to find which one felt right for my body. She was friendly, helpful, and CLEARLY knows her stuff. I never thought I could have such an easy, seamless, stress-free mattress shopping experience. I would 100% ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to ANYONE looking to buy a new mattress. Stay AWAY from MattressFirm and stick with BoxDrop.
