I had a miss understanding!! I thought the delivery would include bringing the mattress inside the house not to just the front door. The manger firm gave me $50 off for them to deliver the mattress inside and put it on top of the boxsprings.

Nicki was a super helpful sales lady. We'd already been to another store and we had our baby in tow. She was knowledgeable. And helped us efficiently find the twin bunk mattresses we needed first and foremost and then helped us find a new king mattress for our own bed, which had been in our plans for a while. My husband and I are opposites as far as how we like to sleep. She had excellent recommendations and suggested beds that we both might find acceptable. Eventually we settled on one we both really enjoyed! At the other mattress place the guy just sat there while we tried out beds, not once offering to help us reconcile our differences or educate us on the options.

This was my first time buying a mattress for my first apartment and was a little intimidated going in, but David and Charlie were so helpful and very patient letting me try numerous mattresses to make sure I took home the perfect one that stayed within my budget! They pretty much took care of everything. Best experience ever buying a mattress. They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for without laying on multiple beds. I had it narrowed down to two mattresses. Zero pressure to buy, but they gave me a quote on the spot. I went back a day later to test out the mattresses again and again, just outstanding service. I got a text the night before the mattress was delivered with the 2-hour appointment window and a call about 10 minutes before they arrived. The delivery truck wouldn't fit down my street, so the delivery guys parked a street up, carried the mattress down the hill, into my home, unwrapped it and put it in place. Wow! They were also super friendly!
