Sam was a very informative and social sales person. She gave us all the pros and cons about the mattresses and was not the least bit pushy. We told her we were just starting our search but after a quick search we went back and purchased the Beautyrest. We have two Queen beds in another room. One mattress did not hold up so we need to purchase another mattress of the same size. We will be back soon to purchase another mattress from Sam.

Samantha gave me a lot of time to discuss what we needed with a mattress. We bought another mattress about one a year ago from another furniture store to only learn the hard way, it wasn’t the mattress that fit us the best. We had such a great experience at the Mattress Firm store in Gallatin. Samantha was our sales consultant and she was GREAT! We were buying a mattress for my teenage son and she showed us a variety of mattresses and had him lie on each one until he found the best fit. She also gave my younger son some great sleep advice. The mattress we ordered ended up arriving much earlier than anticipated. We are very pleased with our experience at the store and our purchase and highly recommended!
