I received my purple mattress on time, however… The three purple pillows were not delivered in the 7-10 business days as promised. I called and spoke with Melanie who was able to get my pillows delivered in two days. … well, TWO of the three pillows were delivered. I spoke with Melanie again and she had the third pillow shipped the next day. Thank you Melanie for your great customer service. I would definitely recommend you to family/friends looking for mattresses, etc.

Fantastic experience today. Walked in and was greeted by Tommy. He was helpful, very knowledgeable, and not pushy even though he knew I wasn't spending much. Got me a good deal on a guest room mattress but because of how respectful I was treated, I will be back for him when it's time to upgrade our main bed! Highly recommend this Tommy guy

Mattress Firm Clearance store in Madison was a GREAT experience!!! I shopped online and watched several mattress reviews on YouTube then went to the mattress firm website which was very easy to navigate!! It even allowed me to text the store staff and ask questions before we made the trip down there. The staff was extremely knowledgable even helping me decide which location would best fit my needs. I was injured and in a lot of pain so I only wanted to go to one store. When we arrived both staff greeted us and the staff member I texted called out my name! Both staff onsite was extremely knowledgable and very friendly the guy that ended up helping us listened to what we needed and showed us the exact style beds were looking for. The lady I texted helped answer questions as well and both were amazing!! They juggled between customers excellently and were very attentive. Great great experience!! We were even able to leave the store and go straight to the warehouse to pick up our bed!! Warehouse staff was great too!! Extremely professional and nice!! They got us loaded up quickly and efficiently! Great great experience all the way around!! Would definitely go back!!

My wife and I hit up 6 different mattress stores yesterday and while we didn't have any negative experiences at any of them, I have to say that Martin at this Mattress Firm location was by far the best to work with. He said hi and introduced himself, was genuinely nice, did not pressure us, and without us asking he went back to his desk and researched some beds offered at other Mattress Firm Clearance stores to see if he could find ones that better suited our needs and then presented them to us. I don't think I have ever explicitly told a sale person that I have enjoyed working with them... but I couldn't help myself and within the first few minutes of meeting him I told him what a pleasure it was working with him! Great place, would definitely recommend to others (in fact, I have already recommended to three others since yesterday) and we'll definitely be back!

Y’all. I cannot say enough good things about this store. I can tell you I put off going to this store for almost a year because I didn’t want to be sold on something I didn’t want. But finally the day had come where waiting to buy a mattress wasn’t an option anymore. So after going every possible route besides this store and failing I finally made the dreaded trip in, and I have never had a more pleasant experience at a mattress store. The lady I worked with, Sam who I believe it is the store manager, was so so kind, right away she wanted to know about my and my husbands sleeping patterns and what my budget was. She made her recommendations (that did not match what I thought I wanted... I said plush, she said medium) let me try everything I wanted and then walked me thru the difference of every mattress I was interested in. And guess who ended up being correct. Turns out buying plush mattresses in the past was the reason I was always in pain. She was so patient with me and when I couldn’t decide that day she wrote EVERYTHING down so I could come back in another day with a decision. And I’m so happy with my mattress choice. I wouldn’t change a thing about my mattress buying experience except the fact that I spent hours online trying to buy one there first.

Shelia is awesome! Will definitely return, the sale pay for one size under what you get is a great deal. And they have sales on everything in the store, they also sale headboards which I didn't know,. They have awesome deals on bamboo sheet sets and mattress covers too. Fast delivery, received sheets the next day thru Fed-X,. Check them out at their River gate location or online, I just like to feel touch and lay on my bedding stuff before buying. Ask for Shelia! She's GreAT!!!
