First off the initial visit to the showroom was so professional, as the salesman was totally honest and so helpful on the items they had for sale. He wanted me to get the absolute best mattress in my price range. I had my item delivered and the delivery went so smooth. The delivery guys were so polite and got the setup done pretty quick!! I will definitely be a repeat customer if the need ever arises and will surely refer any person that needs a top quality mattress at an affordable price. This place is top notch.

He was able to direct us to what we were looking for at less than half the cost of the other stores. I highly recommend making the drive to Mattress Express in Antioch before making a final purchase anywhere else in town.

I needed a new bed recently and was lucky enough to find out about Mattress Express in Antioch. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside I found friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who helped me find the exact configuration I needed at a good price, and then got it installed in my home quickly and efficiently. I can't speak too highly of Rusty Banks and his team. If you need a bed or mattress, go to Mattress Express. You'll do better than at the big chains.

Mattress Express, has a great and ideal selection of various sleep products that you can find online for great prices. From, mattresses to bed frames of various sizes. Their customer service and business is top notch. I highly recommend this location and it's special services for those who have moved and are upgrading or downsizing in their homes. They check the inventory and contact you by phone, as well as email to confirm your order, before a transaction in purchased. In addition, Rusty, does an amazing job acknowledging and is persistent in satisfactory customer service. His team, also delivers and assists in assembling your bed at the time of location and ensures everything checks out perfect, before leaving. Also, it's great to know that if you buy through Mattress Express, any of their bed mattresses, box springs, etc, that they can dispose and recycle them for a very reasonable price, compared to other services in and around the Nashville area. Great job!

This place is FANTASTIC if you're looking for a new mattress, or even certain bedroom furniture. Rusty, the manager, was a great listener to what I was needing and extremely helpful in making sure I was satisfied with the purchase. I also know Richard, the assistant manager, and he's great as well. The showroom is really well done, looks great, and the products are excellent! I paid over 2x as much for our king mattress in Cool Springs a number of years ago, and the quality of the ones I looked at with Mattress Express was better, for a much better price. On top of that the delivery was on time and Cory and Dean were great in setting things up upstairs in a bedroom for me, even though I wasn't fully prepared for their arrival. Honestly, you'd be foolish not to shop for your next mattress here!

Way above average for a mattress place. If you know anything about the mattress industry you might rather go buy a used car, or maybe shop for dentists or chiropractors... Hopefully you get my drift. We have been multiple times over the years and bought pillows, mattresses, and bed frames from them. Rusty is the most knowledgeable and honest guy you'll ever meet. He takes a completely confusing industry and makes it simple. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bet you can sleep on this one! I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. The sales person's name was Rudy and he was Awsome. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he truly took the time to hear what my needs were. Once I explained my needs, he provided me with options. It was never about the upsale. We had a great conversation and thats when he gave me a brief history lesson on purchasing mattresses. Bottom line, it's better to purchase a mattress from a matress store and not a furniture store. Just call Rusty and he will break it down for ya. Also, if you want to support a family owned business (local), Mattress Express is the go to place. Dont just take my word for it, check them out yourself!

If you are looking for EXCELLENT customer service this is the place to go! Rusty was so patient with us and very helpful. We had went mattress shopping all day and I kid you not Rusty was the friendliest person we had spoken with ALL day. Not to mention we got an AWESOME deal. Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Warm welcoming environment with plenty of variety in firmness and prices. We went from a hybrid memory foam mattress back to a inner spring because I have had screws and rods put in my back a few years ago and now have a few more herniated discs. I wake up in the morning after a full night on our Simmons Beautyrest Silver Plush and for the first time in years my back pain is not there. I’m waking up feeling like I slept better. Great Staff - Very straight up and clean concise. They were very honest about what they have and what the options are and best choice and best practices. Zero rush zero push just down home trustworthy. - Was able to get 2 beds for a 4 and 5 yo's and was delivered same day and great experience. this is what I expect and further to top it off they have been in business and family owned for over 25 years. This is where you want to go and get bed for your family.

I am So glad I went to Mattress Express. Who knew my mattress was just waiting to be made? This time i didn't want a Beautyrest or Serta. I was there 2 hours trying to make the best decision. I learned ALOT about mattresses and basically talked the staff too death. Finally I came upon a mattress that is entirely made in the USA and MADE in Nashville. Who knew? The Sutherland mattress co has been in business since 1893. Soon as I paid he called and ordered it. Then it is made within a couple days. When I got it, it was hot off the press. I love it and the headboard and frame. My favorite part is the tag on the mattress that says " made in the USA".
