Under new ownership, the staff in this store is so very kind, knowledgeable about the products and professional. I had a great experience purchasing a new queen mattress at Bedzzz Experess. I was met upon arrival with a friendly greeting. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to a couple of mattresses to look at. The mattress was on sale to boot. Once I made a decision, I let him know that I needed a couple of days before I could purchase. When I called a few days later to finalize things, he went ahead and honored the sale price. Which I greatly appreciated. When the men came to deliver a couple of days later... I was pleased with their delivery. They did a great job. They were quick and efficient. These days it seems like everything is so much harder than it used to be. Service is often bad. You have to wait forever. Well in the case of buying this mattress... it was easy, the service was great, I didn't have to wait. I was very pleased with the experience. And the mattress is also great. It was for my son and he loves it. Thank you Bedzzz Express!

So happy with our experience here! Jason took really great care of us and our needs, wasn't pushy and even stayed past closing time to let us figure out what bed would fit our needs the best. He even gave us a great deal on an adjustable bed frame. Never pushed for extra accessories or the high priced beds. Honest people, great prices, delivery men were very professional and made sure to take great care of everything while setting up. I don’t understand why other shopping experiences are not like this. This was the EASIEST, most stress-free purchase I have ever made. Beth, the owner, is amazing. She is down to earth, so helpful, and happy to take you from bed to bed to find the one that fits your budget and preference. She gave us a discount and free pillows with your purchase. We spent maybe 20 minutes in the store before we knew which one we wanted, bought it, scheduled our delivery, and was out the door. So my wife and I went in to browse for a bed because we had been waking up stiff every morning. You see we did t get our current mattress from a store. It was a gift from a family member who used it for less than a year and decided it wasn’t for her so she gave it to us. Big mistake on our part even though the mattress was very expensive. But it wasn’t meant for us and our style of sleeping. Barrett and his family own the store and he was super helpful guiding us and informing us what types of bed we need based on our sleep habits and body types. Could not have been happier with our decision. Best place to buy a mattress.

We just purchased our first mattress from Bedzzz Express and had a great experience! I was so overwhelmed with all of the online options and eventually decided to find a brick and mortar store to help make the decision process easier. The shopping experience was great! Barrett was a very knowledgeable salesperson and he helped me quickly narrow down my options based on what I was looking for. Within about 20 minutes I found a bed I would have never considered online and he was able to provide us a great deal on it! Some things are just best purchased in person. Barrett also helped me feel more comfortable with the whole warranty piece - I was afraid I'd make a purchase and be stuck with it if it didn't fit our needs - but they have a reasonable "comfort guarantee" and seem to want to work with each customer to make sure they are happy! I definitely recommend!

Prior to purchasing a new mattress from Bedzzz Express, I slept 1/2 of the prior year on my couch rather than my current mattress because I just wouldn't be comfortable on my current mattress. I purchased a Tempur pedic mattress with an adjustable frame in February from TJ. It's now September and I haven't slept on my couch once since this new purchase! TJ was a no-pressure salesman and really helped me to find the right mattress for me. I am now back to buy my mother a new mattress too.

Fantastic customer service and a great selection of quality beds makes this store rise to the top. There are so many mattress stores around, but check this one out for a personal touch. I didn't have much time -- or money -- to shop, but Lee Heath helped me winnow down my choices quickly. I found the full size mattress I needed at a great price. Because I have an IKEA bed with slats, I didn't need the box springs, and I was not pressured to buy them here. One more thing -- I was thinking of buying a basic mattress from At Home, but Lee matched the price I had seen there, and I got a better quality bed from from Bedzzz Express than I would have from the chain store. After getting a great bed at a great price at this locally-owned place, even the delivery was easy and reasonable. They delivered my bed within half an hour of my purchase! Now that is service!

We chose this place because of the good reviews on google and they did not disappoint. Stephen (from the Bellevue location) was very nice and patient and also very knowledgeable. We had a hard time choosing between two mattresses. We finally decided on one and it was delivered the very next day! The delivery guys were awesome! After we slept on this mattress for about 3 weeks, we decided it wasn't for us and went back in and talked with them. They were very helpful and offered to exchange for a different mattress. This is the best place to purchase a mattress. There is absolutely NO pressure, and the entire staff is so friendly. The three people I dealt with were Barrett, Beth and Jason. Lee took a lot of time showing me the difference in quality - there are several areas to consider - and in the end I purchased a bed that I think will be perfect. I had a great experience at Bedzzz Express. Tom P. was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store, and went out of his way to find the one that was right for me. He was very understanding about my budget limitations, and managed to find me a mattress that was affordable and high quality. A few weeks after buying the mattress I ran into some problems with the comfort of the mattress, and Tom once again did his best to make everything right. This store stands behind its products and will go the extra mile with customer service.
